How to lose weight? -

i need to lose 4 pounds off my stomach and 3 pounds off both my legs in 3 weeks. any tips on what excercises to do and wat to eat.

i played lawn tennis for 6 days and unbelievingly lost weight in that.. i used to pick up more than 50 balls everyday in that session of play.. it really worked.. and fun with lawn tennis was an add-on... try to fibrous and proteinaceous meals..like fruits and veggies...

OK..let see..you must not eat after 10pm...don t eat too much rice..it contain many sugar..cut all the junk foods..do many physical activities..don t sit or lay after you have ur meal....and if its all this do not work on you.....take a diet pill and smoking..is the best way to lose a weight....good luck!!

For abs personally I know that the plank position( http://sparkpeople.com/assets/exercises/�� )If that is too hard, try crunches, etc. (Try to hold the plank for at least 15 seconds)Also, look into the side plank.

have a commintment for doing daily sit-ups and curl-ups, and try running at least a mile a day... the more the better though, but don t push yourself too hard! i worked for me :)

How to lose weight????? -

HI, im 14 years old, 5 5 1/2 and 134 lbs.... i know im chubby :PI would like to lose 10 lbs... i think thats pretty reasonable..first, i dont know how many calories i need to take in to mantain my weight- i tried looking it up but it wasn t giving me any results, so if you guys know how to evaluate that, that would be greatly appreciated! (im at school all day so i get very little excerices- gym for an hour three times a week and probably spend about 15-20 minutes walking home from school each day... sometimes i do more here and there, a bike ride or two...)SO anyways, i would also like it if someone could ive me a meal plan to follow which would get me to my goal weight at a SAFE rate :)thank you :P

First you have to get motivated, then change your eating habits (switch to healthy foods) and exercise 4-5 days a week for an hour. Within 2/3 months you will see a BIG difference in you body and you ll feel better too. Good Luck!!!Oh yeah! DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!

Hi. yet another person trying to lose some weight. I m 5 10 , weigh about 215, and would really like to lose weight. It s not like im inactive or anything, I play high level soccer and im pretty good at it. I just am not happy with the way I look. I have been working for the past couple weeks on losing it. I ve tried to eat a whole lot better than i usually do. I ve run 4-5 days a week, sometimes only 2 miles, sometimes 3 and a half or more. i have noticed a little bit of improvement in the way my jeans feel. I think ive lost enough there to fit a smaller size or two. the problem is that im not losing any weight at all. will it just take more time or do i need to change something??

Listen your not fat your body is going to change at that age. Let your body just develop. Set healthy eating habits now and make sure you get exercise and you will be ok. I am sure you are changing which is why you might be putting on weight but no need to stress over that. Besides if someone asks what you weigh just lie.

I have a skinny stomach, but a big butt and thighs, how to I lose weight in my thigh area without losing weight in my Tummy or anywhere else. I am a 13-year old girl.(By the way)

Stay away from carbs and starches. Try to atkins diet. And do a lot of cardio. Don t drink cokes or any drinks with sodium or sugar.

okay...i am 160 pounds...my fat is mostly in my thighs. how do u lose thigh weight? im thinking about going for walks everyday (we live where theres lots of hills) from my knees down, its solid thick with muscle, and my thighs r just blubber. how do u lose weight in the thighs? will everyday climbing do good? its just my thighs that needs it. thanks

You can only target fat loss to a certain extent. You would do this by working your thighs more than other parts of your body. You want target your slow twich muscles which means you want to do small weights, many times. Normally, you lose weight in reverse order of how you put it on no matter if you target it or not.

Lunges. lots and lots and lots and lots of lunges. Throw is a buncha squats. Don t use any weights or resistance when doing these exercises. you want to tone and sculp.

Ya, first walk, dont be too hard on yourself, then start jogging after 2 weeks of walking, then start running after 2 weeks of jogging.

lunges or do wall sits where you put ur back to the wall and bend your knees like you sitting that will definitly reduce fat.

Try walking up and down stadium stairs... Maybe at a local college or high school football stadium!! They helped me loose 8 inches in my thighs

running, BIKE RIDING and climbing up the stair about 30 times
