How can i lose weight fast? -

I need to loose 45lbs fast is it possible to lose that much say in a couple weeks healthy wise. do diet pills work. drinks. what can i do please help me?

I have lost a total of 120 pounds so far.I lost 105 pounds in my first 6 months. Here is how I did it.1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me. Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. There is NOWAY to lose 45 lbs in 2 weeks the Healthy way, you should have stared a few months back before you wanted to lose that much you should see your Doctor for a good Healthy Diet, but u won t lose 45lbs in 2 weeks .

There is pretty much impossible to lose that much weight in a couple weeks, unless you cut off a limb.(!!) Fast weight loss, as well as not lasting, is usually somewhat dangerous. Especially when you are taking diet pills... those can cause heart problems, kidney and liver failure, and in extreme cases, death.The best way to lose weight is to eat healhy (complex carbs-wheat, lean protein, FRESH fruit and veggies,) drink plenty of water (Green tea promotes weight loss, too) and to exercise at least thirty minutes a day. Doing this, you will actually start to see results sooner than you would think, though not as fast as some diets ( I hate that word) promise.Good Luck!!

diet pills arent that healthy drinks taste like crap. reduce your intake of calories(super skiny me) or go on a water fast(you drink nothing but water and it is totally healthy)
