How to lose weight...without losing my .....? -

ok so i really need to take off some weight...but at the same time...i don t want to lose my boobs or my butt....what are some good weight loss exercise...or how can i work out my butt....i know it s a weird question...i would love if someone can give me some tips....serious question....

You can t prevent weight loss in any body area if you are losing weight. What you can do is start a strength training routine to develop and tone the muscles in those areas and that will help.Weight loss is an overall process and there are no magic answers. Pay no attention to weight loss supplements and pills and all the latest fads. You need to think about many factors but most of them are related to issues we ve known about for a very long time. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one. In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body. An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. If you want to lose weight than you should be doing total body circuits that include upper and lower exercises. An example would be.1. Squats - 20 reps, use body weight if beginner2. Push ups - as many as you can and aim for 15, on knees is fine for beginner3. Hamstring curl - 15 reps, use a stability ball4. Inverted row - 10 reps* rest 45 seconds between each exercise and 2 minutes at the end of the 4th before repeated 3x through. What you can do is do specific exercises that will build up your pecs and glutes to make your boobs and bum more shapely. Would it be nice if you could choose! I loved the machine where you lay on your stomach and pull the weight toward your butt with your heels. I think it gave me a great butt and I can t remember the name of the machine/exercise. Once you lose your desired weight just start toning specific areas.

If you had them before you gained the weight, chances are they will remain. However, if they got larger after the weight gain then they will get smaller as you diet down. Its typically, last on first off.As one user said, squats will build your butt muscles but breasts are just fatty tissue.

But im not a dietichian but i hope this helpsBreakfast: Unfrosted Mini wheats with 1 bananas chopped mixed in or low fat low sugar yogurtSnacks: FROZEN grapes they last so long and really stop that sweet craving for ice cream or something. Fruits Veggies. I LOVE triskets but get the kind that are in olive oil they are better then the original s health wise and the fats in them are healthy fats. Dont get reduced fat. Its only 1 gram less fat then the olive oil and not worth it. I also eat lots of chicken and tuna. Brown rice or beans. Whole wheats and protien rich foods. I eat ALL NATURAL peanut butter every other day mostly and about 1 serving of it.Dinners/Lunchs: Tuna sandwhich, Chicken sandwhich, Tuna and triskets, WHole wheat tortilla with brown rice beans and chicken, Sometimes guacomolie. Try to have Little meals all through out the day. Thats what I have been doing and it seems to be working. Well I am 12 years old and medium fat. I weigh 103 pounds and my height is 4 2. I am short for my age. I eat about 3-4 times a day. When I sit down my stomach becomes sticking out and all crumpled up. I have extremely fat thighs. I have chubby cheeks. I have man boobs. I have a neck that is weird . It looks like 2 plates stuck in my neck. I want to get rid of--Fat thighs-My stomach-My fat upper arms(above the elbow)-My chubby cheeks.-My man boobs.Please suggest things a 12 year old MALE can do. well you are quite young and some of it could be baby fat! it s true! I lost my babyfat when I was 19!!! all of a sudden I became skinny!!!But the best way for you to look great is to keep fit! do lotsa activities and if you want to get your midsection in shape then do sit ups! and do lotsa ab work out! nothing good comes without a little bit of hard work and it s great for you later on too! don t diet...just don t unless your doctor tells you exactly how, because I know you won t diet in a healthy way because you don t know how at your age. Just get 1+ hour of cardio EVERYDAY. and also since this can t harm you, the only good way of dieting is splitting your meals in half and eating 6 meals a day. your eating the same amount but more calories are burned and not stored as fat because your metabolism is more active

be happy always. avoid too much carohydrate items, oils, butter and salt etc take little Take carrot, and green vegetables by making salad donot eat sweets. do excecise regularly do not keep your stomach empty. take water at different intervals in the whole day. How do I lose weight, I don t care where. All I know is I ve started Jogging, weight lifting, doing random exercises (The wall 1:30, Push-ups 25, planks 1:00, crunches 25, and leg-lifts 1:00) for 2 months now! I would think I would all least lose one pound! I don t eat junk food. the only reason i can think u havent lost weight is because you dont need to. Everyone has a set weight, fat content, etc. that is in their genes. Once you are at that point its going to be really hard for most people to drop below it without taking drastic measures (like anorexia type things). if anything i would suggest gaining muscle weight.

i am 55kg and 5 ft 4inch. i awnt to lose my weight mostly near my middle. suggestions plsi was about 45 kg 3 months ago and perfect and now within 2 months or so have gained about 10kg weight. this is because i have left my house and joined a hostel and the food with we are made to eat is too much for me and ther is no enough excvercise. i am home for 15days. can anyone suggest a way to return to normal like i was before in these 15 days???plsi feel very uncomfortable.my waist was 23 before and is 30 now. so helpppppppppi am vegetariani am a girl

The only thing that controls your weight is how many calories did you burn and how many did you consume.Any food can be fattening is you eat too much.Track your diet, list everything you eat and drink each day, total it up to see how many calories you are getting.Exercise 3 to 5 times each week. Do something that will change your lifestyle so you will maintain your weight for life, not just for 15 days.

The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice.
