How to lose weight in certain areas? -

I dont have very much body fat, i weigh 230 but i play football and i am one of the strongest players on the football team. I am 6-1 1/2 and can bech 265. but when i used to be fat i had man boobs since then i lost weight but i cant get rid of them. how do i get rid of them?

do tons of pushups.try doing 100 morning and night and go up from there.its more important to do some every day than the # you do (just push yourself every single day). Missing days will hurt you in this goal.

yeah i know some guys who play football with this problem, and its because they dont know how the human body works, its good to buy books. your weight still might be too high so if you were to drop some more you can lose them maybe another 20lbs a guy your height according to health and fitness charts should weigh around 186lbs. also if your just focusing on bench pressing you start to develop boobs instead of pecs. you have to workout other parts of your pecs and shoulders and back and abs to pull and tighten your body and form necessary areas. try focusing on other hammer strength fitness machines in the gym and do lighter weight and more reps to exhaust pecs on the bench press.also I dont know where your body fat % is at but try and drop down to 6-9%

This is just likley your stubborn area. It also happens to be mine. The only way you are going to get rid of that is through your diet and some cardio. You will have to restrict calories somewhat. Say just under 2k. You are going to have to cut way down on sugars and starches. No fried foods or other saturated fats. Stick to proteins, some good carbs (like Whole wheat and whole grain breads and pastas) fruits veggies and dairy. Drink 1.5 to 2 L of water a day and add at least 1/2 an hour of cardio to your workout routine (footbal pratice would count).

When you beef up, all your fat turns to muscle, so the more fat you had in an area the bigger that muscle will be. Could they possibly be large pecs? The same thing happened to me.

Whats the best way to lose 10 pounds in no more than 2 months ? -

I m 5 3 and weigh 110 pounds and would really like to slim down especially since bikini season is coming up in about 3-4 months. I was wondering if anyone had any effective weight loss tips, since I burn 600 calories per day already and am out of ideas. Also , I don t need anyone to remind me that I don t need to lose weight because I already know I have a healthy BMI and if I didn t want to do it I wouldn t be asking. Drink lots and lots of water.Go swim laps at your pool as much as posible.Stop drinking pop. Yes that includes energy drinks. Works for me. Good luck :)

Don t eat as much and that should do it

most of losing weight is in what you eat. You dont have to go on any special diet, eat what you like but just eat healthy. If you have to ask yourself if its healthy don t eat it. You said you burn 600 calories, im guessing that s from cardio? You should lift too. A lot of people worry about bulking up when they lift, but unless you take in a lot of extra protein you ll be fine. lifting increases lean muscle mass which burns more calories than fat. Also with lifting you may still weigh the same, but youll be thinner because muscle is denser than fat. So 1 lb of fat takes up more physical space than 1 lb of muscle. Also with eating, DO NOT starve yourself for two reasons, 1st your body will go into a survival mode and will retain fat becasue your body assumes its not getting food anytime soon. Second you will end up binge eating more than if you just ate when you were hungry. Also i recommend eating small meals every 2-3 hours. If you lift, even if you dont lift, dont measure your results on the scale or BMI (BMI IS TOTAL CRAP, SO IS THE SCALE). As long as your happy with the way you look who cares what number is on the scale. If you want to numerically measure your progress use a body fat calculation, either in the gym or online. (JUST GOOGLE IT).Dont try weight loss pills, they dont work for the most part, and most results are lost due to bad diet and exercise habits. Pills like hydroxycut just cut out water weight, so you may see results on the scale, but as soon as your off the pills it will come right backhope this helps

lots of sit up and jogging. normal procedures do not eat candy s chocolate too much. skip meals .. eat more vegetable.drink lots of water.

fast walking or running/jogging. yoga is good too because it builds up your core muscles and all those little muscles that you didn t even know existed. (the muscles you use for balance)

OK My Dad told me these great sit ups:First u lie on Ur back with a regular sit up positionThen u barely rest Ur feet on the floor and make sure the flat of ur back is always touching the floor (this is the lowerest part of ur back.)Then u reach up to the ceiling (not outwards) twenty times with both hands. ok this is what I did and some people may think this is unhealthy but I m fine.cut your calorie intake big time, 100 calories in the morning 100 calories in the evening and 100 calories at night. Chew gum to fight hunger pains,, drink loads and loads of water drink diet soda it s 0 calories and the fuzzy bubbles makes you feel full. workout Like CRAZY, run, sits ups, curls, crunches. Eat Neg calorie foods like, Celery, Carrots, Cucumbers, Apples, Green beans. Eat fruits, strawberries are good. Grapefruit, Green tea burns calories. Take fiber supplements. When you feel hunger eat a small handful of grapes, Stay out the Kitchen!!Do that everyday and you will lose at least 5lbs a week. It worked for me.Think Thin, remember nothing tastes as good as thin feels

Start jogging....I know, not what you wanted to hear right. Along with a healthy diet...and drinking a lot of water...jogging or walking will help you take off a few extra lbs. As for loosing weight fast...starving is not an option as you stated...so why don t you try the drinking a lot of water thing....and make sure you don t eat any thing after 7 at night.Make sure you eat a decent breakfast...healthy of course, and a small lunch, and a small dinner. Don t eat any unhealthy foods and exercise daily (not just jumping jacks kind of exercising, but treadmill, jogging, weight lifting, etc.)Don t take the sneaky way out by saying, Well, this one Oreo won t hurt me... Make sure you stick with what you plan to do, or else it s just not worth it.Plus, don t overwork yourself - the point of losing weight is to be healthy and happy, not to find yourself in a stressed and uncomfortable position. Don t push your limits.
