Will you give me some quick-fix weight loss tips? -

I have a special occasion to attend next Saturday. I was wondering what are some tips - other than healthy eating and exercise - to help lose as much weight as possible from now until then. I know it won t be much, so please don t tell me that I don t have enough time or whatever...Thanks in advance.

Drink 4 oz of water before , during and after each meal..It s amazing how much weight you can lose and water is great for you.

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com Good luck and stay focused = )

Here is a pretty good article I found about short term weight loss: http://www.weightlossfatloss.us/weddings_weightloss.asp

I need to lose weight ? -

I m 5 9 165 lbs. That IS in healthy range, but it s at the top of the healthy range. I want to get healthier. I m getting married in October and I want to look my best, but that isn t the only reason I want to lose weight. I want to generally be healthier. WE both need to lose weight. We don t have money to join a gym or join any kind of weight loss program.Any easy cheap suggestions to lose weight would be great! We both want to get healthier!

Invest in a bike and you and your hubby-to-be can ride together, at least 30 minutes a day. Cut the JUNK!!!... Most of all, excuses are made by those who don t want to push themselves. Talk to a nutritionist and/or fitness instructor on some easy exercise routines. i say you use what you have at home like do 3 sets of 10-12 reps curling a gallon of water, be creative. Daily chores around the house is a great calorie burner like vacuuming, washing the car, gardening, It all takes time and patience...

Besides finding other exercises that you are interested in doing, the other thing you can do is change the way you eat. Some ideas:1) Use smaller plates. (Get seconds if you want, but having the initial small plate may signal to your brain that you are fuller!)2) Portion control (don t let your stomach decide when you are full.3) Eat for fibrous food (like green veggies) or use a fiber supplement. Also with exercise -- try walking to do some of your chores instead of your car and also if you have a bike that should be easier on your ankles. If you live in a warm area, try to get outside and not veg :-)GOOD LUCK!!!

Make some dumbbells out of water bottles and use sandbags to exercise with.

Put on some sneakers and go for a jog.Sit ups.Yoga.Celery.

walk and run around the block drink water not soda

Healthy weight loss fast? -

I m not looking for a miracle here, but I m wondering if anyone has any good advice on the healthiest, fastest way to lose weight. I just bought plane tickets last night to go to Fiji and New Zealand in March, to see my best friend (who has the body of a tennis player) and an old boyfriend (who s a martial arts guru). I know neither of them will judge me for my weight, but it ll bother me. I just want to look my best when I get there. I ve been working out almost every day for weeks now, but I wonder if anyone has any tips on how to slim down and tone up quickly?

here are a few tips as exercising alone cannot help until n unless you have the right control over some of your habits. they will surely help you to look fine within a few days :1. Say no to bread, alcoholic beverages, and carbonated beverages2. Avoid Sugar intake3. Get adequate sleep to feel fresh all the timewatch out for some more tips:

Nope just work out and eat slightly less mostly fruits vegetables. or you can do the simplest thing jst starve urself for a week

The greatest fitness company I know is Fitness Fun.They are dedicate to improving your fitness. They also have a promise to their members that they would loses 2-5 lbs in the first week. If not they you can quite no question ask. It is rare to see that kind of promise these days. If you do not want to loss weight then it doesn t apply to you.Another, part is a weight maintain program. This a 1 month program that helps you keep your weight loss off. They give you the tools you need to do this. After the 1 month is over you will be able to keep the weight off all by yourself. This company has more tools that help the member even more. Email me if you need more info (http://www.F I T N E S S F U N . P A G E . T L IS THE COMPANY WEBSITE(remove spaces)

You have to make sure you are eating a healthy balanced diet also. Whole grains like brown rice, wheat bread, sprouted grain bread, fresh fruit, vegetables and eating 6 small meals a day. The more you eat in a sitting the more your stomach streches and the more your body is likely to store excess calories as fat.

If you can spare 5 minutes to read the instructions given in http://looseyourweight.info you can loose weight by yourself.

I need to lose at least 30 pound in 9 weeks? -

( that s about 2-3 pounds a week) and I do not want to take pills or join weight loss programs. I just want to exercise and eat healthy. Any help?

What I did was I cut my food intake in half. So if I had a bagel every morning, I only had half of one. Get plenty of sleep. It reduces stress, and stress can make you gain weight. Drink a lot of water; it flushes out toxins from your body, and makes you feel full. It might sound weird, but green tea helps not only to lose weight but it makes your body healthier. When it comes to exercise, start slow. Running a mile or playing tennis for a few hours every day can do wonders. And it makes you feel really good after, so you ll want to do more. Yoga can help; I was really apprehensive to try yoga because I thought it was for n00bs, but I tried it, and it feels amazing! So that s it: drink lots of water, cut food in half, drink green tea, and do running exercise. You ll be in shape sooner than 9 weeks!

You can lose more body fat eating protein fat (don t eat protein alone) than not eating AT ALL. To lose weight fast, eat all you want, but nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter half an avocado a day (for added potassium). Keep the calories high the fat percentage high, at least 65% of calories. Green vegetables some cheese will continue weight loss but at a slower pace. The first 2 weeks eat several cups a day of (mostly) lettuce celery, cucumbers, radishes, mushrooms, peppers more variety of vegetables thereafter - add 5 grams per day additional every week (20 grams day first 2 weeks, 25grams 3rd week, 30grams 4th week etc) til you gain weight, then subtract 10grams. That will be your personal carb level (everyone is different depends on how active you are.) Start with meat, fats salads for 2 weeks and then slowly add in more green veg, wk4 fresh cheeses, wk5 nuts seeds, wk6 berries, wk7 legumes, wk8 other fruits, wk9 starchy veg, wk10 whole grains. You will learn how your body reacts to different foods. The first week is just water weight but fat is lost thereafter if you keep your calories high enough. Otherwise the body will strip it s own lean tissue for nutrition. Although that may look great on a scale it will make it MUCH easier to accumulate fat in the future (since all that pesky lean tissue burning up calories will be gone). The body won t release fat stores if you lower calories below what it needs. It will slow metabolism to compensate store every spare ounce as fat. If you continue lowering calories, it will continue lowering the set point, til it can survive off nothing store fat on anything. The body will only release it s fat stores if it knows there is plenty of nutritious food.Eating carbs while trying to lose body fat is terribly inefficient. When in glycolysis (burning glucose as fuel) you have to lower your calories (which slows your metabolism) exercise heavily to deplete your glycogen stores before burning body fat.The core of Atkins program is converting the body from glycolysis (burning glucose as fuel) to ketosis (burning fat as fuel). Dietary fat levels need to be at 65% of total calories, if not, the body will still remain in glycolysis by converting 58% of excess protein into glucose (via gluconeogenesis). It takes minimum of 3 days to convert a body to ketosis, (but only one bite to convert back to glycolysis). People feel sluggish the first week but most feel better than ever thereafter.Simple carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice) trigger insulin which can store the calories eaten into fat. The more protein the more the fat burning hormone glucagon is released. The more carbohydrate the more the fat storage hormone insulin is released.Simple carbs are addictive can be disastrous to health. The best way to break the addiction is NO carbs for 3 days. Make a huge batch of deviled eggs, eat one every time you want something - have huge omelets with bacon, sausage, peppers, mushrooms cheese. Pork chops smothered with peppers, mushrooms cheese - pork rinds dip or tuna/chicken/turkey/egg salad - steaks - a huge sugar free cheese cake. Eat so much you won t feel deprived of anything. By the 4th day, the addiction will be gone you can start making healthy choices.High insulin levels promote inflammation, weight gain, hunger unbalance other hormones. Controlling insulin levels will balance out other hormones allow human growth hormone (HGH) to be produced naturally so lean muscle will be gained even without exercise. Any exercise will greatly increase muscle mass with high HGH levels.Ground flax seed (2 Tbsp) 1/4 cup water, artificial sweetener, mix in a raw egg - let sit 10 min. to absorb liquid, put some cream cheese in the middle nuke 2 minutes. Suggested for daily fiber needs. As long as you have 9grams carbs per hour, you will maintain insulin control shouldn t gain weight, no matter the calories because insulin, the fat storage hormone is not activated. Many people gain weight on high carb, do low carb to lose weight then are shocked when they return to high carb gain weight. Many people can return to moderate carb levels but very few can really eat all they want of sugar maintain weight or health.

I m with you there sister, my goal is 50 pounds in 4 months. The best thing to do is change what you eat and get plenty of exercise. I m going by the if god made it eat it, if man made it leave it alone diet. Its best to set yourself up with plenty of healthy snacks during the day, its much easier to eat healthy if you have everything on hand. A veggie medley with a little bit of ranch (don t forget your greens), 1 or 2 fruits, some whole grain crackers or cereal bars, a salad or wrap and maybe a small candy treat everyday. Just nibble away at food most of the day but limit how much you have with you so you don t over do it. When it comes to sweets it fine to have a small amount here or there so you don t binge later. I bring Hershey s kisses with me, only like 5 for the day, it gives you the satisfaction of sweets but you cant pig out on them. You need exercises every day, from 20 minutes to an hour whatever you have time for, as long as you mix it up between good cardio and muscle building, I hav friends that train for marathons and they say it s surprising what a good 30 minute walk will do a few times a week..

It actually helps if you stop eating red meat and just eat fish, veggies, breads, and fruits. Also, walk everyday. If you can t because it s cold outside, try and do yoga or pilates.Yoga and pilates are very easy to do and you ll become more flexible. Plus... the best part if that you don t sweat, you just feel the burn and focus on exercising your core. it s great! Plus you get to wear the cutest outfits. :D

First, start keeping track of what you eat and how many calories you eat a day. You can use this: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie to help you figure out how many calories your body needs to eat a day since it varies from person to person. Keep away from fatty, high salts, and sugary foods.Second, start exercising. Work on cardio first, like running, biking, etc. That will be what will burn fat. Strength training will build muscle which actually weighs more than fat, but it is still good to do some strength training to help tone your arms and legs.Good luck and remember not to take it too seriously or else you may end up hurting your body instead of helping it.

definately control your diet to at the most 1000 1200 calories TOPS. do not skip meals this causes you lose focus and make you feel more hungry. and obviously excersize dail (jog, run, swim, bike, whatver you can do) you can probably lose this much weight if you stick with this. goood luck :D

I don t know about 30 pounds, depends on your body, but my friend (he s a guy) lost about 20 pounds from JUMPING ROPING everyday, I don t know how many hours he did it but yeah, 20 pounds in 2 months, I think that s a darn lot, don t you think?

Exercise is just as crucial as food intake when it comes to losing weight. There s loads of good guidance for exercise on the web resource in the box below. I lost 9 pounds by following their techniques.

Why am I doing all this working out with no results? HELP ME!!!!!? -

I have a major problem, I ve been working out the last 3 months 4x a week and am NOT losing any weight! I teeter between 138 and 140 every week! When I work out I do an hour a session, 4 miles, I walk a half mile at 3.1mph with an incline of 2, then I go to the elliptical and do 3 miles on the weight loss program, then I go back to the treadmill for a cool down of half mile. By the time I m done I m sweating like a pig, but still am NOT losing weight! What am I doing wrong??? I ve been eating really good lately too, all kinds of fresh fruits and veggies, and smaller portions. For breakfast I have a bowl of raisin bran cerealLunch I have a ham and roast beef sandwich with no condiments, and a cup of applesauce.for a snack I usually have a bananaFor dinner it varies but I usually have a salad with fat free ranch dressing, and soupHELP ME!

Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper - meaning step down your caloric intake. Start with a good-sized breakfast though. This will jump-start your metabolism and help you burn more calories throughout the day. Dieting is not good because you deprive yourself of nutrients you need to build enzymes and metabolize food. With that being said- take the carb. intake down some and increase the amount of protein you eat. Proteins help develop digestive enzymes, which, in turn help metabolize foods. Proteins also help in muscle building, and more muscle means a higher metabolism. Try switching up your workout routines, too. Perhaps throw in a little weight circuit training. Even body weight exercises will do. Switching things up and shocking your body is how you achieve results. Best of luck!

just hang on thereyou are losing fat but gaining muscle which is much heavier than fatDO NOT WORRY , you sound like you are doing everything perfectly and 138 -140 is not fat or even heavy so dont worry , TAKE CAREpolly x

Thanks for being so specific...makes it much easier to help you!EXERCISEYou re doing the same exercises over and over and over, which means your body gets more efficient...meaning you burn fewer calories. While you say you re sweating like a pig, I m not exactly sure why because your cardio session doesn t seem all that heavy to me...and I m disabled. If a disabled woman can do more cardio than you, that s your problem: you aren t putting enough into it. So, steps 1 and 2: change your cardio up, and do it harder. Your second problem is no weight training. No, you won t bulk up. Look, if you want to keep burning calories outside of the gym, then put on some muscle. If you just want to burn while you re on your elliptical, then don t do any muscle building exercises. No, you won t bulk up, as if that was a bad thing anyway. So, step 3: add weight training. When I say weight training, I don t mean doing arm exercises for 10-20 minutes. I mean get in there, know what you re doing, target specific muscles, build a plan, push yourself, keep a workout journal. DIETWhat you think is really good actually isn t. Breakfast is okay, but again, variety is what you re looking for. Step 4 is to realize you need nutrition, not just portion control or fat free. All that junk is, well, junk.Lunch is just hilarious, I m sorry, but I have to say so. You re eating meat on bread and a cup of carbs and wondering why this isn t helping? Where are your vegetables? Is the bread at least whole grain? Why not eat fruits or a side of salad instead of applesauce?Snack...like your meals, you need lean protein + natural carbs each time you eat. Chowing down on only a piece of fruit isn t going to help you out. It digests much faster and makes you hungrier sooner. Adding protein slows the digestion. Try adding peanut butter to your banana (just 1/2 teaspoon will be fine). Dinner...like your lunch, it s something you shouldn t be doing. However, you CAN do this well, but because of the rest of your diet, you probably aren t. 1. That salad had better be loaded with vegetables, not just iceberg lettuce, a tomato, and a couple pieces of carrot. 2. Fat free ranch dressing? I know the fat free part appeals to you, but what exactly are you eating? I ll tell you: a bunch of CRAP. Fat free still means they can put in any slew of crappy ingredients. You may as well be using fat free vomit on your salad. Switch it up for something more flavorful. Even just straight balsamic vinegar is sweet and tangy and wonderful.3. I hope that s some delicious home-made soup filled with all kinds of good veggies and lean meat, but I m sure it s just some junk you poured out of a can. So, if you want to make your soup and salad dinner better, here s how:-Make your soup at home, adding fresh ingredients.-Use spinach and a variety of lettuces to make your salad. Add dried fruits, nuts, and vegetables like beets, onion, tomato, olives, mushrooms, carrots, celery, cucumber, turnips, and parsnips. You can also add tofu, chicken, or fish to it, which I recommend doing to get more protein. So...Step 1: Change your cardio.Step 2: Put forth REAL effort. Sweating doesn t always mean that you re doing well...some people just sweat a lot.Step 3: Add weight training.Step 4: Understand nutrition. Do this and you ll see results.P.S. Polly had some encouraging words to say, but I bring you reality. Encouraging words are all well and good, but lying to people isn t. You have a bad routine and an even worse diet. Also, muscle is denser than fat, not much heavier. And since you aren t doing weight training and only do longer cardio sessions, you aren t putting on muscle.

What is a healthy amount of weight to lose in...? -

ok so what is a healthy weight loss goal with about 6 weeks to lose weight.is 20 too much to aim for..?or should i go for 10-15i have already lost about 20 pounds so far but i want to at least lose a total of 30.also what are some fun exercises i could do.i dont like push-ups/crunches and stuff like that but is there anything else i can do.thanks!

it depends on how much you weigh and you body type.but 20lbs is an good start for 6 weeks but again it all depends on how big you are.like if you where 240lbs and wanted to lose 20lbs in 6 weeks that might seem kinda crappy for almost 2 months work.but if you have a moderate Weight 20lbs would be just fine because you also have to take into account that you might gain 1 or 2lbs in muscle too.personally i don t believe that there is such a thing as a Fun exercise but the ones you said are actually really good cause they workout multiple muscles.

well they say about 3-5 pounds every 2 weeks is healthy.Fun exercises? haha. well wii fit is pretty fun [:But if you dont have a wii then nevermind[:

take martial arts, there fun and very healthy

20 is good. but don t go below 1200 calories a day.

20 lbs. sounds nice to me.

Do you have any weight loss tips for an overweight young woman? -

im 200lbs 5 3. i m in desperate need of guidance. i need to start as of RIGHT NOW. i need to loose 20lbs first and for-most. the thing is, i dont have alot of time for cooking fancy, and my body hurts alot to do long exercises, especially running. help me out PLEASE. i just feel horrible this morning and i cant continue like this.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet withoutexercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. Fordiet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no foodafter 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending onyour initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. Ifyou don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goeycakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But yourdiet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have tocalculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Eat healthyCut out all fast foods, all sugary foodsEat smaller portionsLoad up on veggies, both fresh and cookedVeggies are not cooking fancy, you can buy frozen veggies that take about 5 minutes on a stove or spend $8 buying a bag of peas and carrots. You can even eat them with low-calorie kraft ranch dip.Exercise at LEAST 30 minutes a day. Yes your body hurts because its out of shape. Why dont you try running for 10 minutes and then doing some palates? Make the running time longer when you can.Other great carido is, jump rope, swimming. You can do yoga and palates for strength exercises. Go to a gym, you can use an elliptical which is similar to running without the bouncing effect. But regardless, if your muscles are not aching after you work out, you are not getting the benefit of your efforts.

The first thing you should concentrate on is your intake of saturated fats. Reduce your intake of burgers, fries, cheese-laden pizzas, and other fast food items from a fast food joint. Substitute foods rich in saturated fats with healthier choices, such as baked, grilled, and leaner meats that are much lower in fat content. Once you reduce the intake and get used to the changed diet, take a step forward to eliminate these things from your diet completely. However, keep in mind that the change in your diet should be gradual and not abrupt. Also, a treat of your favorite food once in a while will do no harm in the long run.The next thing women should concentrate on is your ongoing exercise routine. Most women avoid the use of weights with a fear of developing huge amount of muscles and losing the feminine delicacy. But, using weights is extremely essential to improve the results of your efforts. Weight training is not just about bulking up. It is about developing some amount of muscle in your body. Every pound of muscle thus added will help you burn more fats even while sleeping! Hey, lets get some facts straight.1) you dont need to cook anything fancy in order to lose weight2) you just need to watch what your eatingUnfortunately, cardio is probably the number 1 most effective exercise to lose overall body fat.My advice is, do cardio every single day 30mins/ with 5min break ( you can split it up ).If you feel like you want to push it, make it 35,40,45.-Add green tea to your diet, it increases your metabolism, therefore drink it first thing in the morning, and perhaps during the day. (its affordable)- dont just look at the calories, watch out for saturated and trans fat.- no fast food.- no alcohol.- dont eat after 8pm. Whatever your eating right now, reduce to half.- Consider taking those rapidcut pills while doing cardio, to increase your fatburn by 33%. - I ve tried it, it gives you this energy boost.have a nice day, feel free to ask me anything.

if you drink sodas cut them out completely. Drink lots of water and try to exercise if you can. I would say start out slow on exercising though until you feel like you can do 30 min.or more. If you get stressed out relax. Stress can cause you to gain weight. I used to weigh around two hundred something pounds and now i am getting close to my goal weight which is the weight i should be. It is kind of hard but if you keep up with what you are doing you will lose the weight and be healthy. I also found out that by keeping a journal of what i eat and how much i exercise helps. Good luck in losing weight.

There is no magic pill or program for weight loss, regardless of what others tell you. 2 - 3 lbs per week is a healthy weight loss. You need to follow a sensible diet. Start eating fruits and vegetables and lean protein. There is a great show on the Lifestyle channel, Cook Yourself Thin. They show you how to change your fave recipes to low fat, low calorie. Its a really neat show.Their idea is that you take your goal weight and multiply by 10. This number is your maximum daily calories. You need to eat what s called filling foods to not get hungry all the time. Things like apples and bananas are filling. Almost all types of beans, garbanzo, green, kidney, re-fried fat-free, beets, cauliflower are some of the many filling veggies.Avoid over-use of salt, you will retain water.Drink water, and if you dont like it plain try a little squeezed lemon or lime in it. Drink at least 8 ozs before each meal. You may also want to try switching from 3 meals a day and eating 4 or 5 lighter meals.Vigorous exercise is not required especially at first and if you haven t done it in a while. Just start out walking.Losing weight requires a lifestyle change.Good luck!

I know how you feel. I ve tried Weight Watchers before, and it really did work. Everyone is different, but the average you would lose would probably be a pound a week. I ended up quitting because I wasn t motivated and just lost money on it for quite a few weeks. But it s honestly effective, and not that hard to follow if you re motivated, which it sounds like you are. If you think this is something you might want to try, look for a meeting in your area, and ask them about it. It s worth a shot. Good luck, I wish you the best :)

I am goin thru the same thing. I have been dieting and exercising for the past week and I lost 3lbs. It will b hard but u can do it!!! You can not b lazy if u want this to work. Ur food doesn t have to b fancy jus healthy. U should really try to exercise and you can start off walkin long distances instead of running. If u email me we can get thru this together!

Hi. I ve been on a weight loss program from Isagenix for one month now. I ve lost 19 lbs already. The best part is... there is LESS cooking with this program. And... its all natural. No drugs or bad side effects. Drop me a note if you want to learn more and find out where to get their products.

you dont need to run right away. ride a bike if you like that better or just walk around the block for like 15 minutes a day. also write down every single thing you eat and drink today and then tommorow try to cut something out or replace it with something better, like water instead of coke

Check it out here. Its an excellent site with some wonderful options for you. It will definitely help you. Have a look.http://weight--loss--info.50webs.com/http://instant-weight-loss.co.nr/

Try to make your metabolism go fast and along with some exercise in return for that will be a great weight loss.Good luck!

yes, do not eat sweets.

One thing that my husband and I found that seems to be a little bit easier are these 2 methods1) You can try eating only so many calories per day. The avarage amount of calories that a person intakes is 2,000 calories per day(you will find that on pretty much food package/container that you see.) I would suggest 800-900 calories per day and stick with it. On the weekend, you can eat anything that you want. (Splurge) but do not splurge too much. You dont want to take away too much from what you did that week.My husband and I lost about 15 pounds doing this. If we did not splurge(eat whatever we wanted and how much we wanted on the weekend) or if we exercised, we would have lost more weight faster so I would suggest that if you do this you exercise even if it is just walking. If this doesnt sound good to you there is another method that you can use.2)You can eat 3 times a day as usualFor breakfast you can eat a bowl of cereal, a piece of fruit, breakfast bar, or even just a side saladFor lunch you would eat chicken salad and add whatever salad veggies that you like. other kind of salads are also optional. For dinner eat a side salad and breadsticks.any of these in any order will work. You will wanna exercise also at least 2-3 times per week for at least an hour.My husand and I lost 22 lbs in 2 1/2 months using this method. And even with this diet, we chose one day a week(saturday) to eat what we wanted. This is how we were able to get through the diet because we had to come to an understanding that eating is a lifestyle and this I think will help you get to where you wanna be. Good Luck!!!

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Before you start exercise, you have to start with a healthy and stable diet. After that is under control, then start brisk walking every day. It doesn t have to be a lot, but it is something. There are a number of things you can do for a diet that is still healthy. The first thing you need to do is consult with a doctor or a nutritionist if they can. They will be able to give you a target weight loss goal. You need to figure out how many calories you need a day. According to a calorie calculator, with your height and weight, you should be eating anywhere from 1600-1900 calories a day. The more you exercise, the more calories you might need though.-Avoid foods in high fat, especially saturated and trans fats. Mono and Poly saturated fats are known as the good fats , but you should not exceed 40g of fat per day, and you should not exceed 15g of saturated fat per day.-Avoid foods high in added sugars. The better sugars come from natural sugars such as fruit, but they are still calories and need to be watched.-Drink plenty of water. It helps in weight loss and is needed.-Drink 100% fruit juices with no added sugars. Avoid drinks with added sugars such as sodas and iced teas.-Eat 5 servings of fruit/veggies per day. Green veggies have the most nutrients.-For meat, lean meats are the best. Some examples would be skinless, boneless chicken breasts and turkey.-Seafood is low calories and low in fat.-Add oats and granola into your diet. Nuts are another good option, but watch their fat content.-Stay motivated. If you are able to see a doctor or a nutritionist about your diet, they will be able to guide you through it.

Don t just walk, go jogging or running, for 3 to 5 miles. No joke but you really need to eat breakfast, a big healthy one after you run in the morning.. morning is the best time, after you sleep for a long time essentially.

above 100 and lesser than 200
