How do I lose weight fast? -

I m looking to lose 30-50 pounds fast before I start school again. I m 6 0 and i weigh 200 pounds. PLEASE DO NOT RECOMMEND DIET PILLS OR SUPPLEMENTS!!!!!!!

I had the same problem. People usually say DIET AND EXERCISE!!Honestly I lost weight buy eating normally. And exercising. Try doing something you enjoy, such as joining a basketball club, or dance classes. There are sooo many options.I also tried 50 sit-ups an hour before I went to sleep. If you can t do 50. Start with whatever your comfortable with and increase the number of sit-ups every night or week.Throw out ALL your chocolates or sweets. It s much easier to lose weight when there s nothing to tempt you.And whenever you think that you re going to eat something that will make you gain weight. eat small meals. NO SWEETS, NO SODA, NO FAST FOOD AND DRINK A LOT OF WATER!!!! eat lean meats/veggies/ and if you want whole wheat! if you don t want to run or anything go to your room and dance to some music and sure you sweat you will have fun and lose weight.

I think that the best way to lose that quantity of weight would be by eating just smaller portions and by cutting out unhealthy foods and sticking only to the healthy ones. Such as salads, vegetables....And for more of a filling meal such as at supper just eat smaller portions then you normally would. I think that most people tend to gain a lot of weight just by drinking soft drinks and eating really unhealthy. As for exercising your legs and belly fat your best bet would be maybe getting into a sport that requires much physical activity to make it more entertaining such as soccer or skiing or w.e. Well what you need to do is drink lots of water cut on the sweets, try to eat more vegetables that will make your digestion system work better..Also try to stay away from flour foods, like bread, pastas, and keep on the running just maybe one day you run the other just walk for at least 1 hour tops. How much is a lot ??? Anyway, I needed to lose some weight too so I just started walking, and it s working! Just start with a brisk walk around the block, then move up to walking everywhere you possibly can, INSTEAD of riding in a car. Take a walk every chance you get. Around the block, up to the store and back, etc etc. The weight will melt off. ALSO, drink low-cal drinks like: water, G2 (LOVE IT!), etc etc. and lay off the fast food and carbs as much as possible. If you love hearty food, just cut your portions in half and don t eat after 6pm... Good Luck hun!

going up and down stairs is good for your legs and crunches will help out with your stomach. Also good food as well as eating in moderation will help. but you have to run way more than a mile to see any kind of result sorry but their really is no other way.

swimming... ?i would stick with running. just walk a dog or something while you run. it really is effective. you can even start running 5ks and stuff which are a lot of fun.

well...to loose weight....u should probably.....totally stop eating sugar(ex. desserts, snacks wit sugars,...etc...)....trust me...if u can do dat...u ll be ok....but..incase ur wondering...wat am i suppose to eat?.....well....eat veggis....fruits.....bread......but no jelly......tiny bit peanut butter.........but u hav to keep at it for about every 5 weeks

well you should run about 3 miles - slowly- by doing low intensity training you will burn fat-- not just carbs- complete that 5 days a weekalso you should eat healthy and not eat after 7:00 PM

i did weight watchers and in 1 week i lost 7 lbs i didn t do anything but follow that i swear if u think u can and stay with it u will lose Weight

I lost a bunch of weight by changing what I eat. Nothing big, I just cut back on the fast food and had 3 meals a day. I ate to be satisfied not to be full. I know you won t like this but running will really help you. Try it out slowly and move up from there
