Im not incredibly fat, i do have muscle, i ran a mile in 10:00

you can get one of those meal replacement shakes it will give you the nutrients to survive but its not worthwhile replacing an entire meal with it because when you stop your body will be starved and you will put the weight back on twice as quick, i suggest using a high protein shake with no carbs or fat as a snack replacement but still keep your meals during the day but space them out and have like 4-5 (one of these can be a shake) small meals throughout the day and dont eat carbs after 7pm at night because your body wont have time to break them down. drink up to 8 glasses of water and cut out sugary drinks and sweets. if you want to loose it quick and keep it off this is the best way.. as for what shakes to use just go to a pharmacy or store that sells all that stuff and just pick from their range anything with no carbs and fat... theres that many out there they all do the same thing though..

It s simple really.. Eat healthy and exercise.. You don t have to quit eating the cookies, but just keep them to a minimum.. And when cooking add lots of veggies and fruits. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes a day.. You ll feel better, look better, and your stress will go away!

heya.well I was fat like a humpty dumpty when i was 16. So I was tired of being called fatty.. so i started going on some sort of crash diet. It helped though. What I did was :1. I completely stopped munching after 5.2. I stopped consuming carbonated drinks.3. Instead of taking pasta or rice. I wehnt on just a slice of bread. for each day.4 Exercise for atleast 30 minutes. With alot of Crunches, sit ups. and jog.And the result. I dropped almost 20 kilograms in 2 month.

Well is the simple matter that you dont probably want to do exercise the only advise that I can give you is eat smaller portions your body will get use to it and your stomach would ask for less food, if you dont want to do exercise at least move alot when you clean, have sex, or even dance but seens you gain 30pounds than you need to exercise and eat smaller portions maybe once a week eat something that you like and the rest of the other days eat healthy

If you are a fast eater (as I used to be) then eat slowly.. The faster you eat the more you eat. The slower you eat the quicker you will get full and stop eating. Also if you cut down on the sodas and candy and junk food in general I m sure you would see a difference. And I ve noticed cutting down on the food intake helps. Good luck.

I lost 45 lbs.in 3 months. on a low fat high protein diet ( 1 gram of protein per lb of weight) and 3 days of cardio per week about 30 min per session.
