How do you lose weight fast? -

i tryed not eating but it brings about other health probs.

I have started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 117lbsA DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT....there for we are all on a diet....THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGEYou got the change the way you think and feel about foodTRY THIS, and stick to it.The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change.Results will be in about the same timeFruits and VeggiesEat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.Don t eat anything that comes in a can, box or package.........THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD.....If man made it, don t eat itNO white BREAD or SUGARNO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and CaloriesNO FRIED FOOD...Stay away from FAST FOODNO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKSWalk your dog, or walk a friends dogDon t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle changeI have lost 20.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........Write down every thing you eattake a multivitamin at night

When mind is not healthy, body��s health goes away , i.e wealth ��W�� attaches to word here and now it is said �� GOD is NO Where !�� Here Health is GOD! Hence to reduce weight eat enough fruits like apple, vegetables , butter milk and ample quantity of worm water. Avoid constipation. Avoid total non veg . including eags and fish. Sufficient exercise . First walk slowly for 10 min -1km, then increase walking speed for next 20 min-2km,observe Increased rate of breathing then walk in moderate speed for 20 min-2km, observe moderate rate of breathing, you will start sweating, slow down walking speed for next 10 min-1km, observe normal breathing. Cool down, seat calm quiet! Concentrate on your body and say�� I am loosing weight��. Practice this for 1 week and record the weight reduced.

if you starve yourself, the very next thing you eat, your body is going to absorb all the fat, carb, sugar, etc... in it. It s better to eat a good, healthy breakfast because it increases your metabolism the rest of the day. Don t eat after eight at night. Drink a lot of room-temperature water- it ll make you feel full. Also, drinking green tea burns calories. Excerising, of course. But in order to burn fat, you have to keep your cardio up for more than 15 to 20 minutes because after 15 to 20 your body begins to burn fat. I run or do aerobics.

Weight Watchers helps greatly. I started just a week ago and im down 6 pounds!its so easy,the foods great! and theres online recipes so while enjoying your same foods, you can lose weight!

Im 12 years old, Female and Im going to be a 7th grader. Im struggling with my weight. You can notice my fat even if I wear a sweater. My thighs are big, and i want to make them smaller, but I want a bigger butt. How do I lose all the weight before school, and look skinnier.

I had the same problem last year. what i did is i started going to the local pool and doing laps that is really good if your not the running type. I also started taking my dog for really long walks that way by benefiting myself i benefited her. Really any cardiovascular work will do. Also cut fatty foods like chips candy and sodas. Try to drink water. out and to get a bigger butt do squats they are great for your butt and thigh muscles. But NEVER become anorexic because your body will burn your muscle before your fat.Hope this helped,Hannah

I really need to become skinnier too.Im 10 im 80 pounds im 4 8 becoming a 6th grader what i do is i jog my dog to the park cause my park is far away from my house and i jog not walk, keep a slow pace.And i eat 3 times a day cause i used to eat like 5 times a day.I have a bacon belly:(Its sooo sad. i hate it.Sometimes i do crunches too.

A little late for that..You probably should have started losing weight for school BEFORE summer to give yourself enough time to do it naturally.Don t take weight pills or go on diets or anything like that.The best way to get a great body is just to exercise, and eat healthy. Don t starve yourself, just make healthier, better choices on what you should eat.
