Looking for quick 20 day weight loss tips? -

A friend and I are competing to see who can loose the most percentage of weight within the next 20 days.I already eat lots of fruits, veggies and drink lots of water. I also do at least 20 mins of cardio on the treadmill 3 days a week, and I weight train once a week.I m not interested in any cleansers or diets where I eat nothing but soup all week.But aside from upping my cardio and weight training are there any other ideas on how to speed up my weight lose and win this thing?

Well you can loose a lot of weight within that time if you do a very strict diet. For example become a Vegan for those 21 days where all you can eat is vegetables, fruit, and water. No meat, dairy, carbs, or liquids other than water, and of course in moderation. Don t starve yourself and don t make your self sick as well. Instead of using the treadmill...walk for 30 minutes 5 times a week.

I am 16 and very active. I play lacrosse for 4 hours a week, swim competitvly for 14 hours a week, and do various types of dance for 12 hours a week. I m a lacto-vegetarian (I eat no meat or eggs). it sounds like you have plenty of exercise. no offense but you sound a little heavy. i just know someone your height that weighs 135-140. your waist sounds really small. this may sound weird but some people have bigger bones and they are heavier. to help lose weight:1.eat until you have a little room left2.drink plenty of water!!!!!3.if you have a dog try walking him twice a week4.if you have somewhere to go in walking distance walk there5.try hanging out and walking around your street with friends6.don t just stop eating because this will do nothing!hope i helped a little!

well you obviously eat healthy but if the only beverage you drink is water and alot of it your guaranteed to lose pounds by the week. i lost 7 lbs in one week at one point from just drinking water instead of soda and juices

So, my husband is leaving for 4 months on a deployment around September 12th, and I really want to use this as an opportunity to lose some weight before he gets back. However, I would like to get a jump start and start loosing some right NOW. That way, when I go back to stay with my parents it dosnt kill me because I already have started. I weigh around 170-175 and Im only 5 3. I know I can get back down there since I have been really skinny before. I gained over 50 pounds in the past 3-4 years, and now that Im off of birth control I havnt have as big of appetite.Anyway, how can I lose around 10 pounds by Septmember 12th?Is that even possible? cut back to a 1500 cal diet of complex carbs(grains). Also, the diet should be high in dairy so that your body produces less fat naturally(it takes a long time to explain but trust me). So products like skim milk are good and make sure none of your three meals has a lot more than one of the others. caffeine does a great job at curbing appetite. I have a great tip that worked for me.See after a meal, I still want to put something else in my mouth :) so I started chewing gum after meals.It helps me to get rid of the desert bug, I mean it s sweat, keeps you from putting anything else in your mouth.Another thing is if you have a bar set the food on it, fill your plate with small portions and then walk to the table to eat.If the food s not right in arms length you are less likely to get seconds.If you live alone, fill a small portion, then put the food up before you eat. It s too much trouble to get it back out for seconds.Avoid donuts, and no trans fats.If high fructose corn syrup is in the first five ingredient of a food, don t eat it.I should know, I went from a size 5 to a 1.

i have the same problem and my stomach fat won t go away, either. i went to the gym and asked my trainer for some exercises to make it disappear and she said it sometimes is hereditary and won t ever go away!! Suck it in (which is what i do LOL)and Gooodd luck!!!
