I feel so bad, what should I do? -

My girlfriend says she��ll dump be if I won��t lose some weight and I think she means it. I��m 5ft 10 in and 209 lb. Any ideas? Although I have weight problems I never thought about starting a weight loss program. What do you recommend?

I think you could take that in two ways. Either she said that to you because she loves you so much, or she doesn t like you at that weight. Either way, perhaps it s good to lose some weight. You could start going to the gym, and watching your food. Of course food isn t always the problem but if it is, try to eat as healthy as possible, try to eat 3 times a day and do not eat anything right before you go to bed. And remember to never skip your breakfast. If you need some professional help with losing weight perhaps you should pay a visit to a dietist, they will probably be able to help you out.

You ve got to enjoy exercise and the gym may seem like a chore. As long as YOU want to loose weight then go for long walks, jogging, swimming. well you cant lose weight unless you want too, not only because your girlfriend wants you too. and that seems like a really superficial reason to dump someone, maybe she wants to help, but shes going at it all wrong.

I went on cutting on calories two months ago...? -

i m trying to lose weight for my upcoming wedding and has started dieting for two months now...i added pilates workouts and although without measuring how much i lost in weight...i could tell it in my dress sizes...i could wear the shirts that i couldn t before...i tried to count how much inches i shed off rather than watching my weight...my concern is, it seems like i m on a plateau in my weight loss program...i noticed i m always hungry and lost my motivation for losing weight...what do i do?

I REALLY NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT!!!? -

Ok so I have been overweight ever since like second grade... I have always planned to lose weight before my senior year and come back to school and look like super hot and sexy he he i know its super geeky but... well MOVING ON... the thing is i am now 18 years old and graduated from highschool I am still 5 9 220 pounds that is almost 100 pounds over weight... I really want to lose weight not just to impress everyone but for myself... I have been on several weight loss programs before inlcuding LA weight loss, curves, and just plain diet and excorsize... I have reached the point where i am thinking of even seeking a hypnotist(i dont even believe that junk works) Does anyone have any SuGgestions on a way for me to lose weight... preferably easy... please no sarcastic comments honestly...

I used to struggle with weight issues, not horribly so but enough to kill my self esteem. I had surgery on my leg nearly 2 years ago and part of the healing therapy was to walk! I walk at least 6 km every day (well, nearly). Once I started to see that I was losing weight, I then cut out coke and other soft drinks and ate less at meal times. Drinking lots of water is good. I also used to clean my teeth a few times a day because then I wouldn t feel like eating on a minty fresh mouth. Boredom is the biggest factor in wanting food for lots of people so if you can keep your body and mind active, it wont think about food. With the walking I have this route that takes me by a lake and is about 6 kms long. Find a nice track rather than just around the streets. See if you can get someone to come with you. Take along your favourite tunes. Me, my dog and my mp3 are great companions now. Good-luck!!!

I m just starting the lemon detox diet, I m on day one. It tastes horrible (I hold my nose and scull 500 ml then rinse my mouth out with Listerine) But I was not expecting it to tastes the best after feeding my body with all the yummy crap over my whole life span. It states all over the packet that it is a weight loss program. But that is mostly from not eating and emptying the bowls which normal store up to 5kg of waste. My question is with all the people who have complected this detox program how much weight have you lost, but mostly how many cm have you lost, (because that is the true weight loss)
