try tabooWHAT to eat for losing weight? Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, especially NC (negative calorie) food.* Print these lists. They will be your ... Bible , from now on !* Dill and parsely - include them in all your salads. Also ognion + garlic.* Try eat mostly fresh vegs fruits (whenever possible, of course)* If you really want a book, then check this out: The Negative Calorie Diet Workbook Cookbook - eBook (Win95/98 only). Read more about this e-book here.? Eat fish, chicken, beef, pork. (preferences are in this order)* If you are a vegetarian, then ignore this!* Avoid fat meat? Eat 2-3 slices of bread/day. Don t EVER exclude bread from your diet!? Snacks between meals (if needed): apples, oranges, grepfruits and other NC fruits* Don t cheat ... NO cookies, chips, candies, brownies etc! * EVEN if they have low fat indication... They might have low fat, yet they can have lots of CALORIES !!!? About rice, potatoes, beans, [xxx]nuts, pastry, pasta... you know!* Don t eat too much of those, at least during the first weeks of the diet. I m not a low carb addict, but I ve noticed weight gains if consuming those in large quantities, especially when associated with other foods.* If you like them a lot, try and eat them like one meal. A nice delicious plate of spaghetti could be your lunch (never dinner!), followed by a nice big apple. These rich starch foods are not good for dinner!* At dinner time, chose mainly large mixed veggies salads... with fish, lean meat or cheese (if you are not a vegetarian). if u want to lose weight the best food to it are baked potatoes with nothing on it. no salt no nothing just plain. u can eat a 10000000000 baked potatoes till ur stuff and not gain a pound. i heard that from a weight loss tape. the best drink is water or gatorade. thats a start then when you work out do some taeboo. if u want a macine. run with dumbells on a treadmill. u could do the rocky workout. but thats a new story. u could use a butterfly macine i think it works the abs1) It is not just the amount you eat, but what you eat. Lean meats and vegtables that snap are a good place to start. And by snap I mean fresh and not boiled or doused with better or whatever.2) Exercise moderatly but for about an hour every other day. Spend half of that walking or running at a good enough pace for you to feel labored. The other half of the time use weights, or exercises such as push ups or situps to get a muscle burn . A gym is also an option, but I don t know if you have the money for or want to spend the money on it.3) Sleep well. To bed earlier and up earlier. Exercise in the morning when you wake up, not in the evening before bed. 7 hours of GOOD sleep is a must.4) Occupy yourself with a hobby that keeps your attention for a long period of time. A hobby like this keeps your mind focused and gives less of a chance for snacking from boredom. That is a good place to start... if you see good results, keep it up and modify to fit you... if it does not, see a doctor AND a trainer Keep working out, drink water a lot, eat 5 to 6 meals a day but in small quantities, vegtables are important specially cucumber and lattice, fruits not be eaten after meals except by 2 to 3 hours, minimize the starch quantities in your meals lots of salad is important, your last meal must be before you sleep by 2 to 3 hoursthe most important thing is you don t lose patient wait and have a strong will to be as what you wantyou might have some more ideas from www.ivillage.comgood luck

My mottois, you cannot lose loads of weight just buy sitting around on ya **** doing nowt, you have gotta exercise, even if its just 1 hour a day to start off with, i heard that walking is the best, if it is i would get my self a dog. Report Abuse

Have confidence in u. ur husband picked u not because of ur body but on something else and be proud on what he likes from you.

Cut out all carbs for a few weeks. No bread, potatoes, corn, rice, cereal, pasta, fruit, tomatoes, beans (except green beans) and peas. Lots of meat and green vegs. Also walk 45 minutes every day to speed up your metabolism

get on your walking shoes and get started.

That drug has some nasty side effects. Outside of increasing your physical activities and making sure you keep your diet the same as it is now, except for a few more healthy items, there is nothing else you can do. There are no short cuts for the weight loss. Avoid any more experimental drugs, especially for weight loss, and consult a dietician/personal doctor for more information. Do NOT starve your body, ever.

treadmill everyday, for minimum 2 hours a day, blv me it works ;)

Take a multi vitamin in the morning and pack in a breakfast with high fiber, fruits, and skim milk. Wait about an hour for morning nature to take its course and then start any excercise that gets your heart beating. Stay like this for about an hour. Drink A LOT of water and take a hot bath preferably in high steam. When lunch comes around, try to eat a little more of the veggies and a little bit of the carbs as well for energy. Take a 30 minute walk and go about your regular life. For dinner, Eat a high protein meal with less carbs and make sure that you do not eat 1 hour before you go to bed. Another method is to eat little meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism running straight through. Make sure that you sweat a lot.I can give more advice, but I am busy today.

THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO LOOSE WEIGHT.THE BEST THING FOR LOSSING YOUR WEIGHT IS TO DO SIT UPS.THE REASON WHY I SUGGEST SIT UPS IS BEACAUSE IT REDUCES OUR WEIGHT AND LET US REGAIN OUR BODYSHAPE.BUT IT WOULD BE USELESS IF YOU DON T DO ATLEAST 50 SIT UPS IN 1HOUR DAILY.AND DON T FORGET YOU SHOULD NOT DRINK WATER IMMEDIATELY AFTER EXERCISE,IT WILL REDUCE THE EFFECT.WAIT FIR A MINIMUM OF10 MINUTES AFTER EXERCISE AND THEN DRINK GLUCOSE WATER

Drink lots of water and do some brisk walking. The more hot the water the better. Drining hot water (not warm) helps you to lose weight.Best of luck

Well, you could go on a salad/vegetable diet with nonfat dressing for a week. Combine with like a good excersise like walking or jogging and try to get access to a sauna. You should be happy with results. The weeks you arent on salad you should be doing portion control. Usually the first couple weeks are hardest but then you get used to it.

This site should inspire you: http://www.nbc.com/The_Biggest_Loser/They have a short version that occurs during a month and they do it all with diet and exercise.I hope you find some great tips. Here is something for you that I found on the site:TAKING THE FIRST STEP*Any kind of exercise can be intimidating for someone who has been sedentary for a long time. Taking the first step can be as simple as literally taking a few steps. Here are some guidelines to getting started. 1. Just get moving. Exercise two or three times a day, but for only 10 or 15 minutes at a time. This gets your blood flowing and gets your mind wrapped around the idea of being active. Drink plenty of water. Stop your activity if you:Have pain, tightness or pressure in your chest. Feel dizzy or sick Break out in a cold sweat Experience muscle cramps 2. To reduce stress on joints such as knees and ankles, you may want to avoid a lot of weight-bearing activities. Some suggested activities:Walking - start slow, this is a weight-bearing activity. Dancing - either standing or seated, if standing, this is a weight-bearing activity. Shallow-water (waist to chest-high) exercise Deep-water exercise - works entire body Weight-training - be sure to use correct posture and slow, controlled movements. Start in a seated position and work your way up to standing.Bicycling - start with a recumbent bike to avoid joint stress.3. Wear form-fitting clothes, especially on your legs. This is probably not the kind of fashion advice you are used to, but tighter, synthetic clothing wicks away sweat and reduces chafing of the skin. After your workout, use an antibacterial soap and be sure to leave no body part damp. 4. STRETCH! Stretching before and after any physical activity helps prevent injuries during your workouts. However, obese newcomers should avoid stretches that strain the lower back. 5. Buy some new shoes. Running shoes offer the best support and it s good to buy them a size larger than normal since feet swell during exercise. *Information adapted from the National Institutes of Health website.
