Some FAST weight loss tips???IM DESPERATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!? -

Ok, I really don t want any answers like you need to eat healthy and excersise. Plz I have a busy life and need a good diet pill that will work fast and effective for me. I m a 15 year old, 5 1, and weigh a good whopping 135 lbs. I ve heard that if you drink Coconut Oil and Apple Cider, it will make you lose weight. Does it work??? Please I need to lose 30 lbs in 2 months. God in heaven please help me...

Hi,You are super young - so you have to be careful - bottom line. You can lose that weight by restricting your starch intake (going low carb - cut out the bread, etc in your diet) and eat mainly protein, cheese sticks, etc. You need to exercise - do an hour a day - running, jumping jacks, tae bo - anything - just move your body. When I was younger, I lost 40 pounds over 2 months, but it s all about how bad you want it. You are really going to have to concentrate on it. I d skip the diet pills - you really don t need them!Good luck!

There aren t any fast SAFE ways to lose weight. The goal you have to lose 30 in two months can be reached easily if you just look at what you re eating. If you cut out high calorie foods, sugar filled drinks, read the lables of the heathly drinks for you before drinking them. How busy can your life be at 15 that you can t fit in excersise for a half hour a day?1300 calories a day is not enough calories, that isn t a safe way to lose weight.

Sweetie unless you want to develop an eating disorder on top of any other problems you have (trust me, you don t), don t go on any crazy diets. Its quite OK to be 135 pounds. If you really hate it you can eat all the same foods just eat smaller portions and don t obsess about it, and only weigh yourself once a month. I think you should take up a martial art or running. It will make you more confident, and give you a great body like Buffy.

oh my god, get a grip girl! FAST and WEIGHTLOSS dont go together! And diet pills dont work. And the cold hard truth of the matter is you have to EAT HEALTHY and EXERCISE, if you did that in the first place you wouldnt be needing to loose weight fast. There is nothing you can do about it... you have to eat healthy and exercise no matter how much you want to loose weight.... and NO coconut oil and apple cider doesnt work!you can loose alot of weight by just cutting back on what you eat and getting off your ***

It takes a combination of things. I, like you are trying desperately to loose weight and have already lost 12 lbs this month, this is what I do... I drink Slim-Fast for breakfast and lunch with a small portion meal for dinner, I run 2 miles on my treadmill 6 days a week along with a 20 min. abdominal work out video, and a cleanse twice a month with Castor Oil and Prune Juice.

Its physically impossible to lose 30 lbs in two months! You may be able to lose 16, however. Fast way to lose weight? starve, take laxatives, drink lots of water. Healthy way? eat 1300 cals a day and go jogging twenty minutes everyday.A?a

try the maple syrup, lemon juice, water and cayenne pepper diet

Eat a small meal every 3 hours. Its proven that if you dont eat women actually put on poundage instead of losing. If you eat every 3 hours that will increase your metabolism and help you lose wieght faster

Exercise-- the best one is to push yourself away from the table.

my friend ate only ten apples a day and water and she went from a size 12 to a 4

Weight Loss Tip!! Please help!!? -

Ok so i do cheer leading and i want to loose some weight so i can be the flyer. Does anyone know any good ideas that you can loose weight reasonably quickly, im willing to put in a lot of effort towards my goal! Any ideas at all??

The formula for losing weight is not difficult - consume less and move more - the issues arise when we in reality try to put that into practice! There are a lot of stumbling blocks in the real world aren t there?! The only diet which clearly worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials remaining, it has been highlighted in Fox News and CNN. I shed 20 pounds, it clearly does work!

I need some weight loss tips ! Im active and eat balanced meals? -

hi i start school on sep.4 and i was wondering how much weight do you think i can loose. Im 4 feet 9 inches (yes veryyyy short) and i weigh about 110 pounds. I want to shed 5-10 pounds. is this possible and if so what are some tips to doings this?thanks

It is good that you eat well and and are active. That means you are already half way there. My suggestion would be to do some strength training (weights, dumbbells etc) to build up a bit of muscle. We need muscle in order to burn fat. Muscle is a very active tissue, so burns fat even while resting. You need to have a certain amount of it in order to burn fat efficiently. Every pound of muscle you have will burn 50 extra calories per day.If you burn more calories than you take in (achieved through a healthy eating plan), build up muscle through strength training and complete 30 minutes of solid cardio a day then weight loss is a certaintyThis following website gives you the tools you need to develop a healthy lifestyle and maintain it for a lifetime.Good luck and all the best with your weight loss goals

This informative website provides me with effective Fat Burning Nutritional Tips in a natural and healthy ways. The results was surprisingly impressive. Most importantly, I need not spend much money to the weight loss center anymore.Hope you find it helpful. All the Best.http://www.artcademy.biz/fat_burning_nut

For the last 3 months I have been able to lose weight successfully.I was referred a weight loss program by a doctor at my hospital.Take a look at it, I didn t regret it, So won t You: http://KillWeight.info

1: Get your workouts done quickly. Start using Supersets if you arent already. Youll get more work done in less time and truthfully, youll bump up your metabolism and increase your rate of fat burning while working out with weights. #2: Interval training. Theres some strong evidence to show that doing interval training can help burn more fat in less time. While I do believe that, I mix my workouts up to have some cardio sessions at a moderate intensity for 40 minutes and other sessions will be high intensity styles. Its definitely something to look into if you are trying to strip away body fat. Id even go so far as to say if you are advanced, you do add 2 sessions per day for no more than 30 days. Im a firm believer in the less is more approach but sometimes when you are doing less, you have a lot of areas when you can tweak your cardiovascular program and use it as a fat stripping tool. #3: Make weight resistance your #1 priority. As you build more muscle, your metabolism will increase. This means, if you put on a pound of muscle, youll burn 300 extra calories per hour because of that. Thats like a 30 minute cardio workout for doing nothing! The more muscle you can build, the leaner you will become. If your goal is to build muscle or burn fat, weight training needs to be the foundation of your program. #4: Dial in your nutrition. Make your meals at home and ensure you are eating 5-6, smaller but frequent performance meals. Theres quite a lot you can do when it comes to nutrition from carbohydrate cycling, nutrient ratio manipulation or just generally tightening up your diet to eliminate processed foods. All too often people have so-so nutritional habits and immediately look to a fat burner, some diet tea or detoxification formula when all it really would take it a few minutes analyzing your current eating plan and making some minor adjustments. Sure, theres a heck of a lot more to it than just these 4 little tips but let me leave you with this. The ONE thing that literally saved me was something Dave Draper said in his book, Brother Iron, Sister Steel.Consistency! There are no secrets. You simply have basic God-given genetics, body chemistry and bone structure. And provided the attributes of discipline and determination, you apply yourself full bore, and your body potential emerges, slow and sure. - Dave Draper

Weight loss tips? -

im 13.im 5 6 and i weigh 139.my biggest prblems are my thighs and my tummy.am i overweight?i really want to lose this weight.im really insecure about myself.please help!

alright holmz cut out all bread dont buy school lunch and go on a high proteen diet eat proteen every 2-4 hours and pretty much cut out all carbs you dont need them and your not overweight when you go in to the gym for a couple weeks just do your abs and thighs then do your tricepts and bicepts for a couple weeks. but in this make sure you wait at least 48 hours to work the same muscle. drink water and eat plunty of proteen. dont work out for more then 11/2 to 2 hours on the weights. this os what i do then after this i ride the bike four atleast 45 minutes so i hope this helps in any way but dont be insecure if you know your doing something about your weight then thers nothing to worry about so peace out Holmz

run

i think ur average! just stay fit, eat healthy, and exercise!

just exercise and cut out junk food!

no white bread or rice....just limit your carbs. Only eat high fiber wheat carbs (oatmeal and wheat bread, high fiber cereal) to increase your metabolism. Start jogging too, instead of just walking. Dribnk atleast 2 glasses of milk a day and eat plain yogurts. Drink cranbery juice mixed with water and eat tons of fresh fruits and vegatables. Lift weights, even if its only 5 pounds. Do crunches and sit-ups and do leg excersizes to strain your muscel and loose fat. If you stick to eating a low carb low calorie and high fiber (fruits, vegatables, and high fiber grains) foods, continue working out (jogging and running and weights and sit-ups crunhces and leg exersizes) you will shed the fat and gain mucsel you will be proud of.

Get a PS3and drink lots of redbulltons of that shet

That sounds like a good weight for your height. However, if you want to eat healthier, which will probably shed pounds at the same time, then you should limit your sugar intake. High sugar items include, sodas, bread, rice, etc. If you eat a lot of any of these items, probably cutting just one of these out and not replacing it with something else will help. Do strength training for toning. All cardio (running) will do is hurt your knees and help your heart.

The first thing to do is to quit with sodas, junk food, reduce bad carbs (like white bread) and fast food, increase lean protein and veggies in the diet....exercise, walk for 30 mins a day really helps.

Eat only 3 times a day.Jog every morning about 2 miles.Do at least 20 sit ups pet dayDo at least 10 push up per dayAnd then see the result :)

Exercise will build your self confidence, even if the results aren t immediate. Start it up and avoid the fast food. Good luck.

lift weights, i know you dont think it would help for losing weight but it does. start taking a walk every day... then a jog part of the way... then jog the whole way. dont eat fast food very often

do x and some lines of coke easy way of losing wieght

Weight loss tips please? -

ok, im going to hawaii in about two weeks and i want to look good in a bikini. please tell me any weight loss tips you know.

Julie B, Last month I was able to drop 10 pounds. In addition to weight lifting I joined a weight loss clinic in North Carolina. Maybe you should try joining a weight loss clinic in Hawaii. http://www.weightlossexercisetips.com/Ha It would have been hard to loose the weight without some help and reinforcement. I now have much more energy and glad that I did not wait forever.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day. Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Losing Weight? -

I need weight loss tips. Ive tried everything. I walk to the mall /every/ weekend. Which is up two very steep hills, and takes an hour a half each way. I don t eat alot of junk food.. and i eat mostly fruits veggies! help?I would really appreciate it =]

You re leaving something out. You re not being honest with yourself. The bottom line is that if you burn more calories than you eat, you will lose weight. If you re not losing weight, you re eating too much and not getting enough exercise.

hmmm....mabey you just need to change your diet/excersise program everone has their own thing that works because everyone s body reacts differentley to things mabey you should get a personal trainer or excersise different parts of your body

You have to exercise more than once a week and sometimes it ll seem as if your weight has gone up because the scale will say so. If you are exercising enough, then u will gain weight because muscles weigh more than fat. Look at the way clothes fit you not at what the scale says.

When I wanted to lose weight I would eat a peice of dry toast for breakfast, a plain turkey sandwich on wheat bread for lunch and a normal dinner. I had no problem dropping the weight and I was not exercising either.I don t know if your on any medications but I know some medications tend to make you gain weight. If that is not the case you may want to see your doctor. Maybe you have something else going on like an underactive thyroid. When you have an underactive thyroid you gain weight no matter what you do. If that is the case you will need meds to regulate it.One last thing - my cousin was overweight and he worked his way up to using the stationary bike for an hour every day and ended up losing up to 50 lbs. in about 4 months and he kept it off.Good Luck.

Go to my weight loss page and you ll find some info. At the bottom of the page is a link to Melt My fat away that is a super read!

Whether you like him or not, you have to respect Dr Phil just because of one thing. He continually asks his guests one simple question: How s it working for you? Success in anything comes from FINDING WHAT WORKS then DOING WHAT WORKS.I am going to reveal to you the Secret Weight Loss Formula that Celebrity personal trainer don t want you to know about. Before I reveal the secret, first I need to explain to you that there is process that your body goes through to burn body fat. So how does your body burn fat?It is a two steps process and in order to lose body fat you need to:1.Release the fat from the fat cells and only then2.You can burn the fatHow does your body release the fat from the cells? Before you can turn your body into a fat burning machine, here what needs to happen: your body fat need to be released from the fat cells. You can accomplish this step successfully with your nutrition program. Here are some specific tips that you can apply right away to achieve that.1.Eat 4-6 small, frequent meals and never skip meals.2.Eat natural foods; avoid processed refined foods3.Eat lean proteins with each meal.4.Eat more complex carbs, fruits vegetables.5.Drink plenty of waterHow does your body burn the fat? If you started exercising and then reached a plateau, you have probably burned more muscle tissue than fat with your workout. This is the worst thing that could happen.Let me explain. Less Muscle = slower metabolism = Weight loss plateauThen you end up in the yo-yo dieting bandwagon. How to burn the *fat* instead of burning muscles. You need to do some MODERATE cardio training. The key word here is moderate. Doing too much cardio can be detrimental and I am sure you have seen those people that are doing cardio on a daily basis and still not getting anywhere. The result is a low metabolism. Low metabolism means, your body fat is not going anywhere, anytime soon. Here is what you need to do:1.Do some moderate cardio training; the key word here is moderate2.Never diet but consume little fewer calories that you will burn (No starvation diets, Please...)Your muscle tissue is your best friend when it comes to burn body fat. You need to preserve muscle tissues in order to keep losing weight. Most people go on a starvation diet combined a lot of cardio to lose weight. At first it may seems like this is working because they are losing scale weight. Now think about, scale weight does not tell you if weight loss is from fat, water or muscle tissue. Scale weight by itself is not a good indicator of success. To maintain muscle tissues you need to:1.Do some resistance training. (This is not optional, it is mandatory)The secretNow that you understand the whole fat burning process, I am going to reveal to you how celebrity personal trainers do to get those amazing transformations. The strategy is to combine all the steps that I outlined so the body works as a unit. First, the trainer makes sure that his client is eating the proper food on a regular basis. By that, I mean eating so that fat WILL be released from the fat cells. Then and only then they exercise the body to burn the fat. The important idea to take from this is: The fat can ONLY be burned after it is released from the fat cells .If you know anybody that has been exercising like a maniac and they don t seem to go anywhere, now you know why.The reverse is also true, do you know somebody that is eating properly but they are not including any resistance training combined with moderate cardio. Now you know why their body still looks the same. All you need to do is to combine a nutrition program, along with some MODERATE cardio program and maintain muscle mass with resistance training. Everything is combined with one goal in mind: Turning your body into an Automatic fat burning machine. It is that easy. There is a final step to that process and it is tracking your results.Remember Dr Phil; dont keep doing something that is not working. Tracking helps, you determine what works for YOU and what does not. Without tracking, you have no idea on how to change your strategy.Don t like the results you have been getting? Then CHANGE YOUR STRATEGY.How do you change your strategy? How do you find one that works? DO NOT continue doing something just because THEY say it s the way things should be done. Allow yourself to choose the solution that will work for you, regardless of what it may be. The only way for you to know who is right is to measure your progress and ACTUALLY track your results.CHANGE IS HARD, but it s also worth it. Not getting results makes change EXTREMELY HARD.Get support from friends, family or a coach who knows about body transformation. Losing weight is not as hard at it seems once you know what works for YOU. Visit http://www.charlesblain.com for The Best Weight Loss Exercises .

If you can afford the extra expense, try hiring a personal trainer. Most of the ones that come to your house or meet you at a gym, also provide nutritional information specific to your body type and composition.

I ve been exercising for 3 weeks, but i ve been eating a lot, so its not working out. I suggest the advice above, being honest with one s self, The intake of Calories has to be less. thats all. and Excersice. Good Luck.

walking is a very good cardio vascular exercise (good for the heart). It is important to eat a balanced diet, you need carbohydrate for energy as well as fruit and veg. Drinking plenty of water is also very important.Other exercises you could try would be cycling, if you join a gym, the rowing machines and stair climbers are good as they also tone up areas like your tummy, bum and thighs. sit ups are good too. As well as the above you could try taking a supplement such as sea kelp or lecithin which help metabolise fat (use it as energy). Also you could talk to your doctor especially if you have a lot of weight to lose who could give you a diet plan and advise on other exercises. I hope that this is of some help

it sounds like you are living a healthy lifestyle, but i would add in more exercise. remember that you won t lose weight very quickly in any case (which is normal--shoot for 1 pound per week), and especially if you only exercise once a week. you don t have to do that much exercise every day, just start by taking a brisk, 30 minute walk every day in addition to your walk on the weekends.. once you have been doing this for a couple weeks, try doing a run/walk exercise..for example, run for three minutes, and then walk for two, and repeat this for 30 minutes or so.. and do it every day..also, buy some dumbells and do weight training.i hope these suggestions helpgood luck!

My 15 year old son has the same problem. He gains and gains yet never sits still and his eating habits are normal for his age and activity level. We took him to the Dr and found out that he has Cushing s Disease, which was a tumor growing off of his pituitary gland and in combination his adrenal glands are malfunctioning. If you truly can t loose weight and you are sure that it s not your eating or activity, then go see your Dr. At least then you will know.

I have stuck to one key rule that seems to work for me. I eat what I m hungry for. It has gotten to the point that things I once at often I no longer crave, they might even make me feel ill when I eat them. It has taken me five years to really get this way but I crave healthier foods now. And every now and again when I crave something that might not be too good for me I understand that my body might actually need something in that food. Also I try not to over-eat the good foods. I set a limit and I ve trained myself to know when I m full. I ll feel uneasy if I ve eaten more than what my body needed of a certain food, even if it is good for me. Good luck.

It may seem strange, but losing weight is more of a state of mind than it is an eating and exercise regimen. While it s true that ultimately to lose weight you eat less calories than you expend, each person s eating habits and metabolism are different. Most of all, their reasons for eating the way they do are different. As one who has gained weight and lost it three times now (with three different diets!), I know about that battle. Right now, a modified South Beach diet is working quite well (and I m not exercising much at all). If you really are eating healthily (which I now realize means WAY less sweets and carbs than most Americans eat!), then the only other choice is to eat even LESS, which isn t always a great choice, or exercising more. But know that if you quit exercising, you are MORE likely to gain weight back, and perhaps more than you have before!Good luck!
