Will i lose weight fast doing this? -

My wedding s in 7 months. I m 5 5 female, 175lbs. Have reduced food intake, cut out sweets, brisk walk 2 hours everyday, and do 100 sit ups everyday. When will i see results?

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Hun, I am on my way to losing 60 pounds and I have already lost 20 in my first month and a half! I want to look good for when my husband comes home from Iraq in April and even lose a lot before a trip to Dallas in Feb. I don t spend any more money on this plan than I did on my grocery bills. short of losing a limb or organ, you have to be patient. exercise is important so prepare to sweat for a lot of cardio to burn fat if you want to lose faster 90 mins of it, although, it depends on your current health, always consult your doctor before taking on a program. do weight training to tone and increase strength and metabolism. 6 small meals is a good idea to keep your body burning fuel all day. Don t eat late, 7pm is a good rule, or 3h before bed. You need to burn more calories than you take in, I believe another answerer added links to calorie estimation websites, this is only an estimate of your needs. I suggest a website called sparkpeople.com . it is free and will help you find your personal goals and track daily progress, meals, and exercise. I also do the master cleanse, it is intense you have to have a lot of willpower to complete it. it is not really meant for weight loss, it is internal cleansing/ detox and basically a minimum of 10 days fast, but a perk is weight loss. the best to lose your weight is be as a vegetarian. at the same time you should do exercise as much as you can becouse there is a proove that every single movements can burn your calories and you also should try to avoid any kind of junk foods. have a enough sleeps at least 8 hours but not less than 6 hours becouse it could make you gain your weight.If you think you cannot be a full vegetarian and its very hard for you to make it try to be a vegetarain at least for 3 days per week.and u will see the best results will come on your way as your desire. trust me it really works!al the best!!!

Is there a easy way to lose weight without your parents noticing that your not eating because my mom watches me a lot when i eat. And i really want to lose weight as fast as possible I dont care if i have to barf to do it..

The fastest way I know to lose weight is the 5-4-3-2-1 diet. You would eat all the same things that your mom prepares but in smaller amounts. You would have to behave like someone who had gastric bypass and just cut small bites and move them around on your plate so that it appears that you re eating a lot. The key though, is to eat enough so that you don t cause your metabolism to become sluggish. If that happens, then you won t be losing weight very quickly. You must eat very healthy foods, so request that your mom prepares lean protein, veggies, fruit, whole-grains, low fat dairy, etc. In fact, by talking to your mom about wanting to eat healthy, you might get her on your side. She can t possibly find fault with that--she obviously just doesn t agree with your assessment that you need to lose weight.

Not eating and throwing up is the fatty s solution to being fat, it doesn t make you look attractive and it wrecks your body. don t become another body image obsessed youngsters. unless you are morbidly obese why do you want to lose weight. just adopt the 30 mins a day exercise attitude. if you are going to barff to try and lose weight you will make me sick. and probably start making your mom worried sick!

eat things like salad and soup and watery things like jellocuz they have not alot of carbs and you can eat alot. but i think if ur mom has to make sure ui eat then u have an eating disorder and dont need to lose weight,

Cardio and eat healthier....not eating isnt going to help you lose weight, puking might help you temporarily but its very unhealthy and you shouldn t do it.

Hi Britt,That s kind of a hard question to answer, almost seems like a too good to be true situation. But I will give you some information that I think will be helpful.There is so much false information going around about weight loss. Some is decent advice but most of it is horrible.The most important thing for fat loss, is that your diet is as natural and unprocessed as possible. It almost always comes back to the over processing of food that makes it bad for you, and makes it totally destroy your metabolism and hormone balance in your body. For example, why eat refined grains, when you can eat whole grains. Why eat refined sugar, when you can get natural sources of sugar from a high nutrient whole food like fruit. Why eat highly processed, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils (these are THE worst thing in the modern diet), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organically raised meat, and so forth. The point is to not fall for some gimmick like low carbs, low fat, high protein, or any other combination that has you focusing on one macronutrient vs. another. Your body needs all macronutrients to thrive and obtain a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. Trying to cut an entire food group out just works against what your body needs.Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. Don t count calories, it will drive you crazy. Just stop eating when your satisfied. You will get to where you want to be. You really have to want it, I did, and I m at my goal weight now.
