How to lose weight on thighs? -

I need to lose weight on my thighs fast.. How would i do that and how would i work out.

Well people say that walking for about an hour a day really really helps. You really can get into shape by doing that. If you need another way you can try doing about 50 squats a day. That helps too. Either of those would be fine though. Hope I helped. =]

Although it s true that you can t spot reduce , you can firm and tighten which will help to give a slimming look. While you are watching what you eat and cut out all junk food, do the exercises in the article listed below. The exercises work great for both inner and outer thighs along with tightening up the butt a bit. Between the exercises and dieting you should start to notice a difference (now I said notice--not a huge difference) in 3 weeks. You ll see much better results when you hit the 6 week mark. At that time your pants should be becoming very loose.Good Luck!

You can t really target an area for weight loss. Your body always loses weight evenly. So if you want to trim your thighs, you have to diet and exercise the rest of your body as well. You could try to do some lunges and squats if you want to tone your muscles for more definition, but no exercise will specifically trim just your thighs.

Just walk,run,

work out exercise

Good Question. Two things, excersize and eat right...If you dont do them both then you will not get anywhere. Focus on doing Cardio and eating right. Dont starve urself just eat right.

Weight loss tips please.? -

I am seventeen, 5 3, and I weight 120. I am perfectly okay with that and I am happy with my body. However as a goal I would like to loose about 5-10 lbs, safely and healthy. I eat pretty healthy and I know my nutrition facts. So what is a good weight loss tip and how can I lose this weight safely?

That last few pounds is usually the hardest to lose, however, it can be done. I had that same problem a few years back and couldn t get rid of that 5-10 lbs for nothing until I started weight training with free weights using super set techniques. Super setting simply means doing your sets back to back no rest, it is intense training, but you don t need to use heavy weight or weight at all if you don t want to. Just do your exercises back to back no rest for example, a combo of jumping jacks, squats, pushups and crunches would work do a cycle then repeat the cycle you will get to a point you can t do it anymore. This technique speeds up metabolism as well if you continue to do it several times a week. NO REST between sets is what does it.Or if you don t workout then all that s left is to put out more energy than food you take in. Eat smaller portions, don t snack except for low calorie stuff like fruit, stop eating at least 4 hours before bedtime. Cut out soft drinks replace with water.

How to lose weight quickly? Drop 2 pant sizes? -

I gained a lot of weight this summer from vacationing and I start school in a couple of days. Is there a way to lose weight quickly and healthily to help me look good for the first weeks of school and hopefully the rest of the year?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet withoutexercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. Fordiet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no foodafter 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending onyour initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. Ifyou don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goeycakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But yourdiet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have tocalculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Everybody wish their weight is nice .But,half of the people cannot care of their weight. Now,you want to lose weight, that s easy. But,those people who want lose weight must suffer some bitter. You can stop eating snacks or some unhealthy and oily food. And do some exercises. This will help you to lose weight.Wish you ll lose your weight successfully.

I know, it hard to loose weight, but my suggestion to you is instead of eating carbs, you have to eliminate them completely, foods like bread, sugar and all high carb containing food, instead eat high protein food, especially if you are going to work out. A also suggest all natural supplements, they helped me to loose about 6 pounds in two weeks and definitely work for you too.http://livehealthylife.weightloss303.com/

sniff (dont eat) a bannana or a green apple

psh if u get good tips give them to me too!!!!!

lol i wish there was an answer to dhat question..

Food:Stay away from white grains like pasta, bread, flour, and rice. When eating grains go for whole wheat, its a lot healthier and has fewer calories. When eating meat, always go for lean or extra lean if available. Also stay away from junk food C of course! But, dont demonize it, because if you are the type who loves their chocolate bars and you completely cut yourself off, youll only want them more. Cut down you junk intake to once a week, and on the day you have that chocolate bar make a mental note to get an extra 15 minutes of exercise that day.Make sure you drink lots of water; it helps your metabolism and hydrates your body (obviously). If you dont drink enough water your body will think its going to be starved, and will go into survival mode C thisll cause your body to retain all the water you do drink and all the fat it can get because its preparing to be starved. Also, drinking green tea every morning increases your daily metabolism by 17%. You can take vitamin b complex to increase your metabolism as well. Try eating 5 small meals a day to keep your metabolism working, and never skip breakfast! Skipping breakfast will slow your metabolism for the day! When you snack only snack on fruits and veggies C theyre nutritious and delicious! And low in calories. My doctor recommended eating a slice of cheese with a piece of fruit as a snack so your also getting protein with your fruit. Try to stop eating after 7 pm, and only drink tea, milk, or water after that. Thisll prevent you from going to bed with food in your stomach that wont be burned while youre sleeping; itll just get turned into fat that you dont want.Exercise:For exercise, make sure you get AT LEAST 30 minutes a day, but Id recommend 60 minutes. Do cardio exercise every day as well as strength exercises like push ups and crunches. Combining the two exercises will help to prevent having saggy skin once youve lost weight. Swimming can be a good strength exercise if you like going to the pool or lake C it tones everything at once and its fun! While youre doing cardio (like jogging or running) make a routine thatll challenge you but not over work you. Try running for 5 minutes then walking for 5. If that gets too easy try running for 6 walking for 4 etc.

Hai :PI m a 13 year old girl who is 4ft11 and weighs 103lbsI want to lose 5-10lbs before summer but in a healthy way but at the same time making my stomach flatter.I currently do 6 dance lessons 2 swimming lessons a week and I only eat one meal a day with 2 snacks.Any suggestions?

try the lil jack workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr

starving yourself will do you no good, instead it can lead to water retention and you may end up looking bloated. Concentrate on eating a balanced meal, excercise regularly and also try positive affirmations. Affirmations can go a long way in making you feel good about yourself and at same time motivate you to stick to a weight loss program. Try affirmations like I love and accept myself , I am now ready to accept a healthy lifestyle etc

your fine with getting exercise, but you need to eat more.i know that sounds weird cause you wanna lose weight, but eat 5-6 small meals a day, it helps shed of some pounds.and do some crunches for your stomach!

at 13 u should not be thinking of loosing weight, ur better waiting til ur body fully develops

since you arent overweight or obese at all, some good, easy ways for you to maybe tone up a bit and lose a couple pounds are1. stop drinking sodas and juice. drink sugar free juices or sodas occasionally (crystal light is really good) but try drinking mostly water2. dont eat so much processed foods. a lot of kids now a days eat the pizza pockets and frozen eggrolls and cheese fries and stuff as snacks that are so processed. just by making your own foods instead of buying them prepackaged makes a big difference. you could look up recipes to make your own baked chips for snacks, or even just grab some lunchmeat and cheese and make yourself a sandwich. 3. try to limit going out to eat to once a week. that way you dont feel deprived but still arent overdoing it. 4. try drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water a day.5. your workout routine sounds great! keep it up girl thats awesome!6. try to add more fruits and veggies in your diet. i always tell myself to have at least one fruit and/or veggie every time i eat something. by the end of the day ive had the full reccomended amount of them for each day without even really trying hard7. take a multivitamin. it helps your metabolism burn calories and also helps your body in lots of other ways like making your hair strong and your nails look pretty too! :]8. get enough sleep at night. believe it or not, this is a really important factor for anyone wanting to lose any amount of weight. sleep helps your bodys defences, helps repair and build your muscles and has literally been proven to somehow help you lose weight! weird, i know but it does! lol and since your a teen you should be getting 9-10 hours of sleep a night. if thats impossible for you, try naps in the afternoon. im 19 and take naps lol i feel so much better and more energized afterwards, even if it wasnt but a 30 minute one!good luck! i hope this little tips help!

How to lose weight, while avoiding loose skin? -

I need to lose a lot of weight, Faster diets work better with me. But I m afraid of loose Skin. I have tried to read alot of those sites telling me how to do so, but I just want a more simple explanation :)Thank You.

if u need to loose weight, the best way to do so is to burn fat in your body. And the best way to do it is to exercise everyday. Now it is not that easy to just start exercising from 2morowhen u havent been doing it before. So i would suggest that u start with just a little bit of exercise everyday and eventually increase it. Ans pls whatever exercise u do, PLS DO IT CONSISTANTLY.you can start with the most common exercises like jogging, walking, brief stretching, bending,.....And another important thing, pls dont eat junk/fatty food(hungry jacks, macca s,....). U can get on a diet if u like.So enjoy and be healthy.!!!!!!!!!!!by the way, if that is u in ur display pic, u are very pretty

Hi Zoey,I may be wrong about this, so please don t take this as gospel, but I believe the only way to avoid loose skin after losing a large amount of weight quickly is through surgery. I have known a few people with this problem, and that seems to be the way to go. Eventually your skin will shrink back to fit your new body, but I don t think there s any way to stop it from happening, other than slower weight loss.Matt

You need to lose a lot of weight? that must not really be you in the picture. If it really is, as you say, a LOT of weight, loose skin might not be avoidable. But if it s 100lbs or less and you lose it slowly, you probably have nothing to worry about.

How to lose weight (gym tips if possible)? -

I need some gym tips - I ve been out of it for two years and put on about 20kgs in the process. I m eating healthy now but I have an office job which means that I really need to put the work in since I m behind a desk most of the day. What do you advice/ Gym tips for cardio? etc... anything would be most appreciated!Thank you! x

Go to a gym at least three times a week. Every day exercise for at least 30 minutes. If you haven t exercised in a long time, do it in 3 time slots of 10 minutes. Eat 3 small meals and 2 to 3 snacks. Last meal should be before 7pm and low carb. Drink plenty of water. If you can drink green tea. This will help with digestion and cravings. Good luck and I am sure you will reach your goal.

How to lose weight on my back near pants line? -

I m about 5 ft 8 and i am 8 stone. I eat loads but don t seem to put alot of weight on. But my back above my pants line is fat, think its called a muffin top, has anyone got any adive on how to lose it, or is it just natural to be there?

Try the Lil Jack workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr

I had the same problem. For women, carbs and/or stress trigger us to hold fat around our middle --- that includes the fat area right above your butt on your lower back. What is helping me is limiting my carb intake to about 30 per day and always pair your carb with a protein. So if I eat oatmeal for breakfast (which is healthy but still a carb) I make sure to eat some egg beaters and a slice of turkey bacon too. This keeps your insulin levels from jumping and holding on to fat in that area. And while I don t want to reccommend pills (to each his own) Cortisol is specially made for that and I ve heard it works. But if you lower your carb intake I think you ll be fine. Good luck!

No matter where you want to lose weight the process is the same - do more aerobic exercise and make sure you aren t consuming too many calories. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.Make a few additional small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one. In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body.
