k so i am 15 and overweight (220 pounds). It is winter right now and i go on vacation in 2 months and i want to really start losing some weight but since it is winter it is hard to do stuff outside. What are some things i can do at home that will make me lose some weight before I go away on vacation. My goal is to lose 20 pounds in 2 months. I do not know if it is possible but i really want to try.Thanks

There are ways to making yourself appear more slim by wearing darker colors. I assume you re a woman so I would suggest Capri pants preferably black. Capri s make your legs look longer and slim. You should not be worrying abput your weight because you re very young. However, you asked a question so I ll try to answer it the best way I can. I m sorry to say eating less and healthier won t cut it. You also need to exercise regularly. Cardio is extremley important when you want to lose weight, as well as the food you eat. Avoid eating food you know you can resist if you try hard enough. One valuable lesson I learned was to eat when you ARE hungry. I used to just eat when I had nothing to do and became a fatty! Have 3 healthy, but filling meals a day with snacks inbetween (for example: fruits). Continuing a diet and exercise is important since it s so easy to become lazy, but if you have the strength, integrity, will-power, and determination, you can do it! Hope I helped.

i weigh 98 pounds and want to get down to 90. im short so its average for my height. how long would it take me? how many calories to eat per. day? tips?

first of all how tall are you. Coz 90lbs is very small and if you are anything over like 5 4 even, then thats like underweight!

Even if you are short, about 100-117 is a good weight range for you to be in. You really DON T need to lose any weight. If you want to tone up however, try some weight lifting/strength training. That can give you a cute athletic physique.
