In need to lose weight fast, making women like me? -

myspace.com/iamdwade. Judge my pic and tell me how much weight i need to lose. What is the best, fastest way? Problem is i usually dont get home after 9, and its hard to eat dinner. What advice can you offer me?

O my God, what is wrong with you? Of course,you want to lose weight without diet or exercise. Plus, just losing weight will get you a supermodel. Hmmmm...... I think you need to rethink this.

i wouldn t focus on how much you weigh, but i d focus on your body composition (body fat percentage). that is the true measure of health. the best way to lose weight is to eat as healthy as possible, cut out empty calories (calories with no nutritional value; like sodas, potato chips, etc.), and exercise whenever you can. you don t necessarily have to work out, just take the long way to wherever you go and it ll help; granted i do recommend working out. if all else fails, start up a flexibility regimen, it only takes 5-10 minutes of your time and you will begin getting healthier after just 3-4 sessions. good luck!

your right, all you need is to look good and women will like you. when you open your mouth and fart sounds come out, women will still like you because you lost weight.what a society we live in today.

Well beggers cannot be choosers! SO you need to get on a work out routine and eat in moderation all foods you enjoy: no gorging on cookies now(just one or two- enough to satisfy the craving!)As for the excersice....walking! Thats all it takes! A little extra walking in the day helps the pounds fly off! Trust me on this one!

Uh you won t get very far.The key is to burn off more calories than you take in. So you sitting on your butt and eating chips isn t going to work.

How come Im not losing weight? How can I lose it fast? -

I m 5 5 /5 6 -ish and my weight varies from 145-155. For about a month I ve been exercising (running 1-3 miles a day and lifting weights) and eating healthy, but I m not losing any weight. Some said it s because my body is used to doing physical activity, so I won t lose pounds as fast as someone who isn t (I play sports all year around), but I exercise a lot more that I did. How can I lose weight fast?

Well you have to change your routine every so often because your body gets use to what you are doing and doesn t see the need to adapt to anything new. It differs for everyone, but a basic guideline is every 6 weeks change your routine. You are athletic I assume so you may have very dense muscle fibers which weights more than fat, but you are healthy not obese. Not sure what types of exercises you are doing, but try running at a steady pace then sprint for 30 seconds then back to your steady pace, do this every 3 to 4 minutes you run and see if that helps at all. I am trying to lose weight too. Today is my third day of diet/exercise. I feel great. There is a fun work-out video on youtube. It is AMAZING!!! It works on your love handles and abs too. I don t know if you have heard of Tae-Bo, but that is what it is. You don t even have to go out and buy it. When I am doing it, I sweat until I drop. My shirt is literally soaked in just 45 minutes. I used to go to gyms and swimming but I never saw results fast enough. Be patient and add Tae-Bo (Aerobic) and (Abs) total of 45 minutes a day for 4 times a week and you will notice a difference for sure!For my diet, I am eating a lot of veg/fruits/nuts and protein - chicken/eggs/fish. I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off.
