How to lose weight going from a raw vegan diet to a meat eating diet? -

I was recently put on a high protein- meat eating diet because of my Anemia. I am afraid I will be gaining weight since I had been a raw vegan for several months prior. I don t know how to control this fear; my entire day revolves around the calorie intake I take in now, and if it has fat, sugar, and what not. It s really frustrating.Can someone give me some healthy eating tips eating normal food? So I can still lose weight? How often should I eat? Thanks for the help!

Eat less work out more

I use to work as a dietary aide and I am a cook for different institutions.First of all protein can come from other sources such as eggs or peanut butter,protein shakes made from fruits and veggies together.Eat 3 small light meals a day meat such as fish,chicken,and turkey are good don t fry grill,broil or poach hope this will help.

You must know that you can get iron and protein from vegetable sources. I cant imagine why you would go from raw to meat. Why didnt you just go vegetarian and eat vegetables rich in iron? Why did you not just take vegetarian supplements?

If you don t eat sugars and carbs you will not gain wieght, you will probably loose. Eat lean meat and vegetables (leafy ones, not starchy ones). Take a fiber supplement if you get constipated and you will loose weight.

If you ve not started yet, be prepared to get sick! You can eat the same as you have just throw in some chicken breast, or some steak. (also concider protien powders - they might help without a bunch of meat).But, it sounds like you were using your vegan diet to mask an eating dissorder. You may want to check that out too.

How to lose weight in your arms? -

I m losing weight everywhere else except my arms. I lift weight and everything else but my arms are still big. Are there other ways to lose weight in your arms.

Flabby or just big arms? The more you lift with your arms, the more muscle will grow on them. Muscle weights more than fat.

Weight loss tips please? -

I have been trying to loose weight for a couple weeks now, and I know I m not going to see results immediately, I just want to know if there is anything I can do to speed it along. I work out everyday for 30mins, with Jillian s 30day shred video( from the biggest loser). I don t have alot of money so I can t afford all these low calorie foods plus I live with my fiance and his brother, so I can t shop just for myself, so I have been trying to cook with olive oil, and use less salt. I cut my portions in half, I drink water with my meals, and instead of potatoes or any other sides I ll have a salad. I try to have veggies, dairy, meet, and fruits everyday and have as little carbs possible. I have also replaced my morning coffee with green tea with no sugar. if anyone has any tips that will help me see results faster please help! Any advice is welcomed!P.S. I m not on any weight loss supplements, I was told most don t work.

You can t target weight loss..you can do as many sit ups and crunches as you want and yes that will build muscle and tone you if you do enough regularly .But it will not shed the fat. the only way to lose fat in any area is overall body weight loss. Which comes from diet and exercise.

How to lose weight a bit quicker? -

Okay so I weight 220 pounds and im 5 11. Every morning I go to school on my bike which is around a 10 minute ride, then come back biking too. I ve been controlling my eating a bit more also. I d like to lose my manboobs if possible! I want to get down at least to 200 pounds... whats the best way I can achieve this? mY bf WENT FROM 240 TO 198 IN 3 MONTHS sitting on his butt allll day...he didnt do anything....however he ate fruit--thats it all day everyday...mid night snacks would be a bowl of strawberriesfor lunch he ate bananas and yogurt...but basically just a lot of fruit....and he was always eating. But just fruit.

other than using you re bike- which is good :) try eating more fruit and veggies and cut down on the junk food. You can have chocolate and chrisp but limited you reself in a day.or you could try weightwatchers- thats pretty good xx

Alright, lets get things straight. You do not HAVE to listen to me, you don t even have to read this, but if you do, good for you. (: Ok, the number 1 drink that people are getting fat is due to soda. A whole can of soda is equal to 10 tablespoons, which is equivalent to about 39g of sugar inside a coke. It is crazy, I know. Now, if you replace your soda with water, you are knocking that off, and clearing your system-relatively fast because your body is made mostly of water. Now, that should lower your intake of sugar, making it easier to lose weight with faster results.
