lucky us - there is NO easy way to loose weight! Food is actually about 80% of your weight loss - so eat healthy exercise!I started doing core a few years ago - I am a belly dancer, and need my hips to be full, but my abs toned. PUT DOWN THE FORK!!! lol, just playing. It s more about changing what you eat and not starving yourself, as starving yourself slows metabolism and makes it harder to lose calories even if you re taking in less. Drink water and work out, go jogging or even walking to start with.

Get exercise and eat fruits and veg. :) You will be surprised at how much skinnier you will feel after working out regularly, even though you have not lost any (or many) pounds.

i stopped drinking all soda. jucie etc... and I only drank water.ONLY WATER.I also ate breakfast, and walked. I lost 12 pounds in 6 weeks!!!!!!

Well first cut down on portion size and switrch to heathlier foods.(ex. from pop(soda) to water). And work out everyday.
