How to lose weight????????? -

Okay so i dont really know why,, but okay im 14 years old and im about 160 lbs..Which is alot..But im active. But is there nything ican do to lose about 10 pounds for someone..in like 3 weeks..Its important. And exerises i can do every night plz.. help!

yeah its totally possible. you might even lose more. but be careful.you have to excercise. go running for 15 minutes the first day...20 minutes the next..slowly increase it to 1 hour. with that, control your eating habits. dont stop eating. do this and i guarantee results.good luck :)

Don t think about losing weight that fast. Just exercise everyday or 4 times a weeks and eat correctly. Eat a little several times a day to boost metabolism, but make sure it s healthy for you. AEROBIC EXERCISE is best. Running is the best way to lose weight (and not have a whole bunch of muscle because running makes your muscles lean and cut). Jog 30 minutes straight without stopping (it doesn t matter how fast you run for now) because after the 30 minutes, then the fat starts burning. I would also do a little warm-up jog before the main job in order to get warmed up and a make sure you walk a bit after the jog to cool down. Make sure you stretch well before and after exercising (and also before you sleep) so that fat will distribute around your body and not bunch up (so that you look skinnier and better shaped). Joining a sport at school makes it easier because then you re forced to run by the coach.Keep your expectations REAL!

it is much harder to loose weight after you gain it, even if the medication has caused the weight gain. I go to school full time, so I feel the same way you do. I have to force myself to go to the gym, and it sucks, but I do it because I told myself I wanted to lose the weight. I have this stupid cycle where I exercise and eat healthfully, and then I just stop exercising, and eat whatever I want! Each stage lasts about two weeks. Just start with little steps... like adding a walk in after dinner. Maybe invest in a pedometer, sometimes wearing something that reminds you to keep moving will help to keep you motivated. If that sounds boring maybe try a sport, like join a local softball team...your having fun, getting exercise, and hanging out with people. Or set a goal like training for some sort of race or charity run. Maybe start with something like a 5k and then keep on improving. Having a friend that can help you stay motivated can be a big plus. Well i was SOOO lazy as well till i got a gym member ship and really just knowing you have one gives you the encouragement to go tot he gym. So maybe try getting a gym member ship. Plus they tell you how to eat healthy while still eating. If you stop eating or eat less then of course you will lose weight in the end BUT your body will hold onto what you DO eat because it thinks it will never get food again. See what i m sayin? Well i leanred all this from my first day at the gym, which was 3 weeks agao, but i ve been going consistently. :)
