Is it harder to gain weight or lose weight? -

If you have to gain weight, would it be harder than losing weight? I am on a weight loss program and it is going REALLY slowly!

A lot of people do not realize but they take about the same time. You do not wake up overnight 10lbs heavier, so you should not think that you will lose it overnight either. Stay motivated...hang a picture of your former lighter self and see what you are doing all of this for...

Losing weight is hardest.

It took me almost 6 years to go from 78 lbs to 115. Its so hard to put on weight. I envy women who are loosing weight (I used to work in a gym as a trainer and saw how wonderful it can be!) because if you are motivated it WILL happen. However sometimes you just can not gain weight no matter what you try.

Most people it s hard to lose and ez to gain.Some people different tho.

it is equally hard. gaining weight is hard for people with really fast metabolisms and are super skinny, but it s easy for people w/ slow metabolisms and who are overweight. it s hard for people to lose weight who are overweight, because food is a major part of life and a huge temptation. neither is easy. overweight people, such as myself, may think it would be incredibly easy to gain weight, because we do it so easily (hence being overweight), but it is not so easy for those people who need to do it.

I plan to keep this going for a 12 week session and then start again.Right now I weigh 179, and I m 5 7 . I target weight is 130lbs.I will try to post my accomplishments regularly. doing pilates is a great way to loose weight and get toned. you also shoud do at 30 min of cardio at least 3 times a week,drink 90oz. of water daily and eat lots of fresh veggitables and fruits daily.

cut out sodas esp. the dark colored ones too much sugar why u think their dark yhay don t want you to see want u 2 see all thee sh*** in it eat lots of veggies.this may sound crazy but when i stayed in and really cleaned handwashed dishes washed clothes, vacuumed, dusted w/ a rag, cleaned windows,sweep mop that worked me out more

have someone to diet with youthat way you will have support and someone who understandswhat youre going through

As you ve posted this question 5 or more times I have a slight suspicion that you are trying to do some free advertising of the weight loss products you mention above. Perhaps a little more subtly next time.

When taking a fiber supplement, how long before it starts quot;workingquot;? -

I m starting to take Benefiber as part of a weight loss program. I was curious to know how quickly this starts working. The bottle instructs to take a dose three times a day. Curious to when it begins working . How soon after you drink the supplement can you experience your first movement ?

I m noticing a difference on day two. I m taking Acai berry colon cleanse. Got it from the GNC. they also have chews that taste great, just like eating a grape starburst.

ok, im 20 years old and a size 4 currently.by the end of Aug. I need to be a size 1 or zero, and my body is strong enough and i have enough will power to go through any hard cardio n strict Diet !I also know that THE HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS ROUTINE is a max. of 2 lbs per week, but my case is an emergency, i need to participate in a bikini-body contest, its a matter of life n death! Eating healthy and perhaps doing little exercises like Sit-Ups,Push-ups,Jumping Jacks, Squats, Leg lifts, and Stretches. Also you could try lifting weights, don t have any? Make your own (its what i do) Just take Two(2) milk jugs and fill them with water, Hold one in each hand and Do 50 squats with them in your hand (or as many as you want). Because its not WHAT you eat its HOW MUCH you eat that determines your weight loss.Fruits,Veggies,Fish,stuff like that.And you need to remember that if you do this, and loose weight you ll have to keep up with it and keep working out to make sure your weight stays like that
