How to lose weight fast? -

I am 13 years old i m a guy and i i am 5 4 and weigh a bout 160. i visited my uncle over the summer and he is really bulk and said that i should lose fat not necessarily weight (although it would be bad if i lost weight) but he said tht next time i see him he wants me to be in better shape. how can i do this in 17 days?

you re 13, a boy, do it slow. since you re in school and you don t want to lose weight just fat, try track and field. those people are slim, muscular and strongIMO, you re a young kid and you should not be dieting unless you re 250lbs, but then not even.

Cut out junk food and start jogging 4-6 days per week.

Here are a few simple things to start you off:-Stop drinking any sugary drinks or soda or anything and try to strictly drink water. it may sound weird, but it will help lose a decent amount of weight if you normally drink other things.-2nd. try to cut out the junk food and deserts and everything and maybe just have a small dessert once or twice a week-third try walking or jogging. maybe start slow and short if you want but try to work your way up, exercise is important-4th eat in proportion. if you have something healthy but if you have to much, its not healthy anymore.-5th. make sure you eat breakfast, and breakfast and lunch should be your larger meals. lunch the biggest and then dinner and breakfast are sort of tied. but its important to have a decent healthy breakfast to start your metabolism than a good sized lunch and then a medium dinner. also it may be good to eat 4-5 times a day of 2-3 small meals and then a healthy snacki hope all goes well :)

Here s a suggestion-don t eat until you lose the weight. Starve yourself. Then start eating again once you ve reached the desired weight- and you ll put it all back on. There is no way to lose weight quickly without definitely putting it back on, and then some.Consistent healthy eating habits and excersize is truly the only way.

I hate to work out. It is so boring. I used to go walking everyday for 1-2 hours and then do 8 minute abs then I got home. The pounds just melted off. Everyone I knew would comment on how awesome I looked. Of course when I no longer had time for it, the weight all came back :(

just start running. If not on a treadmill, then outside your place. Also eat cereal and milk and nothing else. its light food and it burns quicker and not fattening. But just run..you dont have to lift too many weights.

try pilates - you wont loose weight but you will definately tone the stomach butt and legs and you will drop a size at least, seriously

try going to the gym for the abs and the beach for the tan

Lift weights and do some cardio type exercises.

hey, im 14 + im pretty much 111.3 pounds,im getting a little self contious about my weighti am going to the beach in a weekand im wondering how i can go from 111.3 pounds to 105 pounds in that amount of time, in the fastest way =)

uhhh u can be on a fruit diet.. like eating 500 calories a day and burning them all b4 u go to sleep if u think ur that fat,,doing that for a week... u will lose about 8-9 lbs
