What is a good way to lose weight fast? -

i really need to lose weight. fast. i need some simple, easy tips to lose weight :D like.. excercises, links, good food, bad food, etc.i am 5 4 and weight 135 lbs. (: so yeahh. tell me please.DONT BE MEAN JUST TO BE MEAN PLEASEEE (:- Sarah Jonas :D

hmm.. dont fret.. just rely on the power of puberty to shape ur body in no time.. I once admit to myself that I AM SOOO fat... yet by the time i reached 15... I got a major make over!!! but when i turned 16.. i ate again.. too much!!! soo.. once the magic of puberty strikes you.. START CONTROLLING YOUR DIET!!! :)

you dont need to lose weight your at a healthy bmiim 5 2 and 125so your just fineif you wanna lose fat and gain muscle walk more do crunchesbut you dont needa lose weight ur fine.

- Running, or jogging for 30 minutes outside.- Going to the gym.- drinking atleast 8 glasses of water each day- eating small portions of food.- chew slowly.- breakfast is always important!- lots of fruit and veggies.those are what I go by :)

Of course everyone is right in suggesting cutting calories, eating healthier, exercising, and drinking plenty of water. On top of it all, stay positive and don t punish yourself. Be kind but strict with yourself. Also when you re eating, take a drink of water after each bite. It gets you fuller faster!PLEASE don t get started on anorexia or bulimia! I tried it to lose weight and now it s something I can t break. It s best to do it the healthy way.

come down with a mild case of anorexia :)haha just kidding...reduce calories, work out an hour or two a day, avoid sugars, load up on fiber and water...voilla... you ll lose weight. :)

You are all right, if you lose you most likely don t need to lose more than 5 pounds. Jogging and eating things like yogurt, fruit, peanut butter, chicken, salad, vegetables, etc will help you lose 1-2 pounds a week.

My parents does fat loss for idiots its a diet that really helps and it s all about balancing carbs and eating the right foods. she has lost like 8 lbs in a week so that is pretty good! :)

Whatever you do, DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. Not eating only makes the calories and fat cling on to your body.Instead of eating 3 big meals, eat 5-6 small meals, such as a serving or fruit/veggies. Stay away from junk food, sweetened drinks including coffee, soda, and even juice. Drink plenty of water, that boosts your metabolism.You can never get fat from eating potatos (not as in french fries), water, or raw veggies.To lose weight fast, for the first two days, drink and eat nothing but water with lemon juice in it.

I won t be mean to you, but you re not overweight.. Just get your 5 fruits and veg a day, your 25mg of protein, a little bit of dairy, 8 glasses of water and you ll be perfect..

How I lost weight:Skip for a while every day and PUSH YOUR BOUNDARIES! When you re hungry drink water instead of a snack and if you are still hungry eat an apple or some other fruit. If you wnat dessert try things like a fruit salad and maybe add soem low-fat vanilla icecream for extra flavour. Don t go for unhealthy breakfasts with lots of sugar and go for things like special K that have bran and fruit and stuff.I hope I helped! =D

Crunches. One set of 40 regular crunches, One set of 20 cross legged crunches (lay flat on your back with one knee at a 90degree angle up in the air, put your other foot on top of that knee) 10 straight legged crunches (Lay flat on your back with your feet flat on the ground, raise them 6 inches) then finish with 40 regular crunches again.

stop eatin fatty foods, drink water, relax, run, jog, and do some crunches

Start to eat healthy food and eat on time. Do not postpone your eating and stop eating sweets and etc.

Any good diets to lose weight fast? -

i have heard about the diet 18in4 (lose 18 pounds in 4 days) can someone tell me the diet plan? ori just wanna have a really nice body for the beach...im going to the beach in about three weeks. does anyone know how to lose about 10 pounds in 3 weeks??

ok ..3 weeks somewhat possible. i will help u. Don t eat bread at all any kind of starchy food ..pasta, patatoes. count your calories and fat. If you consume 1000 calories a day u should be able to loose over 6pounds or more. Eat small meals during the day , eat until your not hungry no more not until your full. Include fruits such as apple in between meals. Eat tuna, fish with whole grain rice. Make yourself salads to fill u during the day (many nice vegetables). Get natural oatmeal and boil it it will fill you up when u hungry. Buy yourself V8 juice when u feel fatigued. Put hot spices in your food to speed up your metabolism like tobasco sauce. If u dont lieke fish eat beans the best protein grown from the ground. Try to go runing and stick to this !!

drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you ll gain everything back, trust me.eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like chicken breast.skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.if you feel hungry, but don t want to over eat, chew gum. it ll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!and don t forget to exercise!try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.good luck!
