Help me do i need to lose weight? -

I am about 130-140 but I am 11 and my height is 5 1 or 2 and I want to know if i need to lose weight fast and how. Any websites or tips and don t be rude and say get rid of the cake, i don t even have cake. If you do you might as well not answer. Thank you.

Just try exercising and running. Try biking to the park then play sports. Do you run at school? That is good. It might help you.

just eat right and do some exercise.your metabolism is still fast and you re still realllllyyyyyyy young.

I know it s tough to lose wait. I myself had trouble but with diet and exercise i lost the pounds. Don t skip breakfast. You lose more wait eating breakfast because it boosts your metabolism!

Eat a healthy breakfast, then eat a healthy snack (such as 10 pretzels, hand full of mini carrots, 4-6 oz lowfat/or fat free yogurt, then have a sensible lunch such as a sandwich: wheat bread, lunch meat slice cheese and salad with only a tablespoon of salad dressing, then an afternoon snack again a fruit or vegetable then dinner, bake broil or grill you meat only eat 3-4 ounces of meat such as chicken, beef or pork loin or baked broiled or grilled fish, an hour or two before you go to bed munch on some carrots or apple, something that takes long to chew this should help you not wake up hungry, Make sur to eat fruits and vegetables daily and drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. The main thing I think is that you need to be aware how many calories you re consuming. You should aim for 1200-1500 a day depending on how active you are and your body frame.
