I would like to know a fast way to lose weight? -

I have a problem with going up and down with my weight. I like to see fast results but I will lose and then that it and I get frustrated and put the weight back on plus I need a diet that will help me lose weight fast and consistently

There is no way to lose weight fast and keep it off. All those ads are junk. Just eat healthy foods, like vegetables and fruits and fish (and yes, even carbohydrates), and exercise the recommended 60 minutes a day, at your gym or elsewhere. It s not just eating or exercising alone that takes off and keeps off weight; you need to balance out both. Bonus: exercising makes you less tired, and your body actually feels better after the shower. It even reduces aging!

in reallity not in hollywood dream land the honest truth is there is no one true fast way to lose weight.your best bet is a steady course of mild to moderate exercise, with a balanced diet. with this youll burn fat, and grow muscle which in turn well cause you to increase your metabolism. the end result is your weight well stabilize at an healthy level and youll feel great.heres my reccomends. 1) see a doctor get a physical and check up to detect any possible health issues, and ask for reccomended excerises and such. neevr start a diet or excerisie program with out consulting with a physician and if you feel pain ro discomfort check with your doctor immediately.2) check with a liscenced nutritionist. they can set you up with a healthy menu of balanced foods. one mistake people make most often si they fail to properly eat a balanced meal each day. you hear about fad diets, and people only eating salads, drinking nothing but water etc. DO NOT do this an unbalanced diet cna be worse for you then eating too much food or bad foods. a properly balanced diet of foods can be far more beneficial.3) finally sign up for a gym membership or a physical trainer. they well weigh the options and help you develeop a regimen fo excersise that can slowly but steadilly build on your successes. allways rememeber sometimes in excercise less is more. 4) buddy system, find a worlk out buddy. a friend or spouce whos willing to go with you and work out with you. together 2 is better then one. a friend can share in the hardships and pain, and in the triumphs and joy. he/she can motivate you and vice versa be motivated by you. together you provide a support structure for each other that enable you both too succeed.allways remember. the key in physical fitness is BALANCE. blanace is the key. a balanced diet, a balanced regimen of excerscise, and a balanced outlook on life can help you tremenedously in the long run. your gains well be slow theres no safe way around that, but in the end youll feel far better about yourself then you ever have. Never lose more than 2 lbs per week. 1 lb is safer. I know your anxious to get the weight off but its hard to keep it off if you lose it any faster, youll screw up your metabolism.

i dont know why although i dont eat alot. i weight i weight 145.50 pounds about 66 kilosi am 5.3 feet tall i used to be 125 pounds. i want to lose 20 pounds plzzzzzzz tell me what to do. i dont like using pills and working out in the gym. i can walk and workout at home so any effective dite ?

You need to increase your activity. I know you don t like to work out but you obviously need muscle to burn fat and it looks like you are gaining fat. Diet needs to stay clean and free of alcohol and sugars. Green vegetables in fact are your best bet and no more than 3 oz of protein at meals. Stay away from fried food, potatoes pasta, sausages and processed meats, salt (of any description) and drink a lot of water. Most of all you need to start weight training that will be the only way for you to burn up the fat your are starting to accumulate.

its not if you eat a lot or not. Its what you re eating. If you re young, you re probably just growing. And you should get over it. If not, then its probably the way you re going about your dieting and habits. If you eat once a day at mcdonalds, you re not gonna go anywhere. Not eating? Does a body worse. Anorexics are skinny because they don t eat anything at all, and therefore their bodies need to burn off all the fat they have stored over the years. Its all about balance. Count your calories. I d say stick to a 1200-1400 calorie diet a day. Don t eat junk. Be healthy. Drink lots and lots of water. When i feel hungry, when i shouldn t, I drink some water and its like i was just imagining being hungry. I eat 5-6 small meals a day, thats what they typically recommend for active people, especially women, who are losing weight. Do some sort of cardio exercise (running, fast-paced walking, at-home cardio videos) i d say.. 3 times a week. 6 max. Then do strength training, to TONE, not to bulk up muscle. Female fitness magazines give tons of weight exercises you can do.Don t use pills. No use. You can do it on your own.Oh yeah, its physically impossible to burn a 1,000 calories by walking for an hour, according to whoever posted above me. I m sorry. Running won t even do that much for you.

cut out carbs (breads/starches) and red meats from your diet completely, eat lots ofdark leafy vegetables, and when you do want to eat meat eat chicken/fish that is grilled,broiled,baked, and boiled NO FRIED FOODS, no fatty foods, sugary foods, or sweets. drink ONLY water and eat a variety of fruits for snacks such as oranges,apples,pineapples,blueberries, and peaches, you should notice the difference within the first few weeks of altering your diet

The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. Do sit-ups and eat fruits and vegetables. Cut out carbs, fats, oil, and fast food. You could walk or run with a friend and keep each other going.
