I know exaclty how you feel.I m 5 3 and 167 lbs. The only thing that worked for me, my doctors told me it was the most dangerous thing I had done, was a tuna diet. It consisted of a lot of water, nothing else to drink but water. 1 can of Tuna (in water), 1 tbsp of Mayo, 1/8 tsp of salt pepper, a bowl of lettuce, and 5 saltine crackers, twice a day for 3 weeks. Before I started this, being very active, biking, hiking, and swimming, I weighed 209. After 3 weeks, I was fit, happy, healthy, and only weighed 120. My docs said it was dangerous because I am female, and tuna is almost pure protein. A high protein diet did it, but it could cause other risks, even though I came out very healthy, but it is up to you.

I ll give you one, Eat tuna and crackers every day, the protein in it will get rid off the fat, also, at 12 eat a small bowl of carrots or any other fruit, I say carrots because they help ya have a healthy looking skin color, and drink lots of water no soft drinks, whenever you re tempted to eat something u know u aint supposed to just get on the phone or draw, distract yourself! try to lift weights so your skin can stretch!

well you can stop eating pastas and high fat and sugar bread. stick to whole grain and eat a healthy diet. exercise in the morning and in the afternoon. go for a walk or play some basketball in the park. That sounds like a healthy target, but no fast way. To lose around a stone (14 lbs), I d give it at least two months because a weight loss of one to two pounds a week is a good, steady healthy weight loss which, most importantly, will stay off. Eg when you have your weak moments or have to go out for meals etc it won t affect the loss as much. Of course, exercise will have to have some place in your schedule, say 2 to 3 times a week, and you could start with walking if you re not used to exercise or go to your local gym and they will devise you a plan. Or gather some friends together and go play football in the park or badminton/tennis/swimming etc. You don t say when you want to lose the weight by but this is the best, long-term way which will keep the weight off. whats up with those first stupidly crazy answers?anyway just watch your fat and carbohydrate intake, in one sitting you should not eat more than 45g of carbohydrates. Also watch how much sugar you eat, even certain fruits are high in sugar like bananas and mangos, pineapples. When you eat meat only have 2oz of it. you can get a little scale at a restaurant supply store. Also get at least 30 min. of exercise in 3 days a week. This isn t a super fast way to loose weight, loosing weight too fast isn t healthy anyway. But by changing your diet this way is much more healthy and will keep the weight off in the long run.

this is only for a crash diet, and it should not be followed in the long term (also keep in mind that i m notttt a doctor!!! so follow at your own risk!!)-only drink water or milk or tea(green tea is excellent for getting the metabolism going!)-no snacks-limit breakfast to 500 calories (or less), lunch 400 (or less), dinner 300 (or less)-chew gum in between meals to keep hunger away-try to avoid carbs-eat as much fruits/veggies as you like-use small plates so as to make it look like you re eating a lot, but it s not really that way-excercise each day, even if it s just for 20 min or so, remember, muscle uses calories more than fat!! (use small weights, high repititions for toning)GOOD LUCK!!!

I think that diets don t work because we are force to do something that we don t like to do. the secret to stay in shape is portion control at the beginning is a little hard especially when you eat out ---so, you really need to focus on small portions but don t worry because after a while it becomes a habit and you get to eat all kinds of foods .

You re not gonna like this, but loosing weight is a process... if you lose it fast , you ll regain it faster . You don t have to go on a diet, you have to change your dietary habits and start some workout routine. Anyhow... don t create false expectations: body types are genetically set. As long as you do it right it will. After you wrap yourself in plastic wrap, do some cardio. Take it off afterwards. You need to make sure you drink a lot of water while you re doing this also. You should be having 10 to 12 cups of water a day. You lose weight and inches because you are sweating all the toxins and impurities out of your body. It s kinda like taking a saunna, execept you re burning more calories. I actually plan on doing this tomorrow morning so it s kinda funny you mentioned it. :D Hope I ve helped.
