There is no good way of losing weight fast. You can do something extreme like eating only once a day or something, and you will probably lose weight. However, if you lose weight fast, you gain back weight fast. You will gain the weight back again very easily.

Don t eat fast-food and take a 30 min walk daily.

Eat Protien every three hours, but a very small amount...like equal to the size of the palm of your hand. Don t eat at night. Drink Water only. Go to weight watchers. my sis goes. She lost 10 lbs. in like 2 weeks. That s a lot of weight!!!

Cut out sugary drinks and fried foods. Get some source of exercise and most of all drink 2 liters of water a day.

eat healthy food and keep track of the calories. And then exercise and burn off more calories than what you ate. If you don t like to exercise than don t eat alot.

easy you have to have it all laid out . first get on a low calorie diet fish, salad ,veggies and other then try walking a mile or playing everyday sports you can also do sit ups push ups and ride bikes just stay active

Exercise bike in a sauna , seen it on UFC lost like 8 KGS in a couple of hours .. drink lots of wter though dont do by yourself lol you could pass out or something. Id say do that a couple of times a week .

increase your calories burnt and decrease your intake ,so simply count the calories you eat a day and then look up the calories burned doing regular daily activities and exercise in a Medical Association website Health and Fitness
