Has anyone got any good weight loss tips? -

I m a 18 year old girl, i m 5ft 3 tall and i weight 127lbs.I was just wondering does anyone have any good advice as to how i can lose weight? I have cut down on the amount of fatty foods i eat and i ve also started to excercise more, but was wondering if there was anything else i could do to help with my weight loss.Any tips on how i could tone up my stomach a little would also be great. Hay LaurenEat more steamed rice and White meats as they are easier to brake down....not saying tht tht s all youu should eat but there very good foods for your body :DIf snacking have like nuts and fruit instead of cake and stuff like that and try to drink more water and Tea s....Soup is also a very good food for youu as it is filling and not verry fattening (if you get the low fat one s) also try doing Sit ups for your stomache and get one of those inflatable exercise balls i find them very helpful in the winter and you dont feel like going out side in the wet and cold ust chukk the DVD on for the exercise ball and your on ya wayyy it s a great way to exercise ya stomache muscles very well :DHope tht helps yaaa :Dxxoo

Lift weights. alot of girls think that lifting weights will make them muscly. this is not true. women lack the natural chemicals in the body to become huge and muscly. Lifting weights boosts your metabolism for about 6 times longer than cardio workout. which means your burning fat for longer. You must have breakfast. This meal is the single most important meal of the day. It breaks the fast that your body has been on for the last 6-9 hours you ve been sleeping. People who eat breakfast have also shown that they manage their weight better.2. Drink plenty of water! Drink 1-2 litres a day at first then work up to 2-3 litres a day after a week or two. Your body will get used to drinking this amount after a while and the frequent trips to the toilet will lessen in time.3. Eat regularly! You should manage your eating pattern and strive to eat every 3 hours. This helps your body to fight off cravings, gives your body a smoother energy level throughout the day, will help you eat less at meal times and will keep your hunger at bay.4. Aim to have 5 meals a day. Breakfast, small snack mid morning, Lunch, small snack mid afternoon, evening meal no later then 19.00 if possible.5. Get some exercise! First off, don t tell me the healthy weight loss per week is 1 to 2 lbs. That s not what I m asking you for. I want to lose 16lbs in a month. I m 14, 5ft, and 131lbs. Losing weight it pretty easy for me. I can easily not change my eating habits and just work out for 30min five times a week and lose 4lbs a week. But I want to change the way I eat this time. That part is what s going to be hard for me. Would this be okay?:breakfast - apple (60 calories)lunch - half ham sandwich (around 120 to 150 calories)dinner - a slim fast or really small salad (190 calories)workout - treadmill for 30min (burns 250 calories)

First all you need to just eat lean meats like turkey, chicken, and fish. Pork is not good at all. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Dont starve yourself by just eating a slim fast bar for dinner. Try eating raisin bran for breakfast it has high fiber, and make sure you use small 5 pound dumbells to tone up your arms, and a balancing ball for doing sit ups and other exercises.

,You re not going to lose weight faster by not eating. If you don t feed yourself properly, then your body will go into store mode, and will start storing all your fat instead of burning it, no matter how much you re working out. Eating properly is just as important as the workout.

Ok I would do two small potions for breakfast like cerial,fruit,salad yorgut. For lunch another small portion. For dinner I would eat a big portion. I wont do the treadmill I ll just walk. Or just tell your mom that u want to get a nutrionist for eaten more healthy

Well it will be harder for you to lose weight if you are planning on eating that amount of calories. For a woman she needs at minimum of 1200 calories for her body to function properly. Any less would cause the body to go into starvation mode. So that diet you listed above wouldn t work very well for your body. Then it will tell you how many calories you should eat in a day to lose 16 pounds. Also plan to do exercise because it is good for you and will help you to lose weight. Good luck!

I dont know if I would do that weight loss thing or not. Maybe not a good idea. When you are feeling like you want to eat, go get a really big bottle of water. Hi everyone!I have been losing weight for the last few months, and have been really good with my diet and gym/swimming almost every day!However, i still have more weight to lose, and have recently been in an accident which means I am on crutches, my left leg will be out of use for around 5 wks!!I was just wondering if anyone could give me a simple diet or even some suitable exercises that i would still be able to do (i cant particularly bend the leg either) that would help me continue my healthy weight loss at all?Thanks very much all x

You might be confusing your info.. These supplements are extremely good for you, they have omega 3 fatty acids which are excellent antioxidents which help eleminate poisons from our blood and prevent cancers from forming, but they dont help weight loss in themselves.... .. BUT,, if you change your diet, move more and possible eat lean cuts of protein which includes salmon, tuna, and cold water fish like that, and eat plenty of grains, seeds nuts, which help with fiber (including ground flax seed sprinkled on salads, in breads etc).. and eat fresh fruit and vegetables... You can possibly loose weight...
