Weight loss program help? -

i just started a personalized weight loss program that i just designed for myself. With watching what i eat to exercising. From your experience is there anything that i can add to that that would speed up the process or help with the weight loss.

Just stick with it, drink plenty of water, and DON T STARVE YOURSELF!!!

drink lots of water, and drink a cup of warm herbal tea (no sugar) before each meal.. it makes you feel more full. Also, measure all your food and write it down - it will keep you honest!

If they areyour problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will haveto work double on them. The best approach is this:1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normalweight, lower for overweight).2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.3. Target your problem areas with exercises.an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on astool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make surethat it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or youwill damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of yourbody back, until it s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second andmove it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week addto the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - sixpack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than thesecrunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results ATALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. Juice is often sweetened but fresh fruits have natural sugars. When you eat fruit, you are taking in a lot of fiber, which is needed by the body, and fruits of course are an excellent source of vitamins.

It is possible to lose weight quickly but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight fast then you will inevitably put it all back on again just as fast. The only thing which clearly worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a few free trials in stock, it was highlighted in Reader s Digest and USA Today. uhh i don t think you need to lose weight man, don t turn anorexic on me. but if you mean like lose a few pounds quickly. Stop eating carbohydrates, or eat as little as possible, do cardiovascular exercise one day then lift weights or something the next. eat good amounts of protein and even more fruit and vegetables. this might actually make you gain weight but that s cause muscle is 4x heavier than fat (or something like that) unless you actually wanted to specifically lose weight which is kinda weird. then don t work out or eat lots of protein. but i don t recommend that

Why do you want to lose weight? Your BMI is approx 20.3 and a healthy BMI is 18.5-24.9. You do not need to lose weight based on the figures you have given. I suffer from an eating disorder have done for 20yrs and I started at your age with a similar BMI to you. You do not want to suffer as I have done, you do not need to lose any weight.

you have a BMI of 20 and the range for healthy is 18.5 to 25 so I guess you should try and maintain, but maybe tone.Lose much weight and you ll suffer health complications
