How to lose weight fast? -

I need to lose about 15-20 pounds. I have a relatively fast metabolism and I m thinking that maybe if I just eat better (meaning I will actually eat breakfast, eat a good lunch and dinner, and drink lots of water) I should be able to drop it easily. If I eat fruit and vegetables at every meal, and I eat a healthy snack every once in awhile, the weight should come off, right? Also, I would like to do this without exercise, although I am not opposed to it. If you guys think it is necessary, do you think maybe a walk about midday everyday would do it? Or would I have to do more?

Eat light meals such as salads or if you don t like the typical salad make a spicy salsa and put it in a hollowed-out tomato.There are many different things that are healthy and delicious... for meat i recommend baked chicken with a little olive oil. Excersise wise i would say a brisk one mile walk a day or every other day will really help. Also as a snack the best thing to eat would be celery with peanut butter on it. PB is high in protein and will keep you full for a long time which will help you take longer or more intense walks without getting hungry or tiered out.

Ya you should lose weight by eating healthly, as fruit and vegtables have no fat! Excersise isnt nessasary but it does speed up weight loss!!

I don t like the way I look but I am a little overweight. I want to be normal but low normal like almost underweight which would be like 80 or 85 so ill settle for 90. I am 12 yrs old and I am 5 0. If you are unhappy with your weight, ask your parents to take you to your doctor so that you can discuss options. Also you could discuss extra curricular activities that will get you out and about more often. Please realize that at your age you are still growing...so you ll probably lose the weight over time anyway.

ok i am 13 and i weigh 95 pounds.. i want to lose a TON of weight! im sick of being fat. and im almost 5 foot. i try not to eat when i dont have to. only when im forced to. Obviously, eat less junk and eat healthy.Exercise as much as you can and drink 8 glasses of water a day.2 weeks isn t long enough to notice any weight loss as the first week you will be losing water not fat. Good luck and have a nice holiday :)

Just start by eating healthy. hey there is 7 people in my family and 3 of them are really skinny but 4 of us are either chubby or fat so onto the point anyway the skinny people love junk food and when we others see it we are tempted to eat it what should we do and i don t want something that will make the skinny people mad. don t go to the gym.just1. don t drink pop2. exersize daily, even if only a few minutes3. don t eat after 7pm4. eat several small meals a day instead of three big meals, this helps your metabolism work faster5. realize that this takes timenumber 5 is the most important. don t set unrealistic goals for yourself. you have to realize that if you want to lose weight in a healthy way, its going to take some time and determination.good luck!

Ask the skinny people not to eat their junk in front of you and hide it from you so your not tempted.

I dunno...i think its exercise...Most doctors said the same thing. And i agree with them too. Try to exercise when you re hungry. But after exercising, don t rush to eat first. Wait for 30 minutes, then eat something but not until full. Hope this helps
