I need to know how to lose weight, I have 3 kids and i have no energy i just want to lay around have no energy? -

I have no energy and all i do is eat i dont know how to stop i crave food all the time...What will help me?

As bad as people say diet pills are for you, they could be helpful in this case. Well, atleast to start out. Almost all diet pills are basically just caffeine pills. Start eating healthy, commit to this healthy diet, and begin a work out plan. Take these diet pills to give you the energy to start. I used to know a diet consisting of odd foods, such as grapefruit, hotdogs, tuna, etc. Sounds strange but it worked wonders. I lost aout 6 pounds a week. All the dumb stuff prople tell you about diets and other silly methods for losing a few pounds are just short term fixes for a bad lifestyle - Learn about calorie intake and what not to eat. Be active don t be lazy and lay around thinking that starving yourself is going to fix all. Find out your ideal weight and not try to be like some of those tooth pick models staving themselves . Forget the diet fixes look at what your eating and make changes , remember this is a life long thing - I ve never been over weight because I m active and don t eat garbage .

I m on a lowcarb diet now. I ve lost 10lbs over the last three weeks or so. It s a bit slower than I would like since I have to lose some 60lbs or so and don t want to completely stop eating the things I like best for ages. I know this diet will take me 2 years or so to get there but it s the only one that has worked for me and having been heavy all my life, that should tell you how many of them I tried.

In the 1st place, if there were a diet that really worked, there wouldn t be any fat people, room temperature water is better for you. Try walking 30-60 minutes a day, and strength training as well. Cut out the salt, sugar, bread and meat.

There is no such thing as a yogurt diet-but adding yogurt to your diet is good-it s a great low fat-low calorie snack. You ll get tired of eatting tons of yogurt-just try to eat a well balanced diet with plenty of fruits, veggies, and lean protein like chicken breasts, tuna, lean meat If you want to lose weight you need to exercise pretty much every day for at least 30-60 minutes to see results, weight training and cardio activity-good luck but make sure you keep it up-diet and regular exercise is the best way to lose weight all over.

Im 14 and i weigh about 160 pounds and also im about 5 foot 8/9.I know im fat, and everyone makes fun of me about it, even my own family and i want to know how to lose weight and prove them wrong. Im a vegetarian which means i don t eat meat, no eggs, fish, chicken etc. I also want to get bigger muscles. My goal is to get somewhat of abs before summer ends. So what should i do?

Keep in mind that you are only 14, and your body will take some time to get to what you have in mind. But a great way to get started losing that weight is to do a couple simple things: cardio at least 3 or 4 times a week (40 minutes to an hour of swimming, running, biking, hiking, etc), cut out soda, and eat sweets sparingly (you don t want to drive yourself crazy by saying you can never have them). Once you have lost some pounds, you ll want to start doing weight training, and if you really want to build muscle, use more than your body weight (don t just rely on pushups and situps if you want results). And to get that lean look you want, you ll need some source of protein. As a vegetarian you can get that through nuts, avocados, etc. I ll attach a couple links that I have found very useful, read the articles in the fitness link, they are great. You need to start with cardio. Run and ride a bike...a lot. You also need to start lifting or doing pushups. Go to your library and go get a book on weightlifting.As far as your diet goes, you need to eat TONS of nuts and beans. That will be your only source of protein since you re a veggie-man. Protein builds muscle.

whoa there lexie, i don t think that s too good of an idea.five pounds in three days is overkill. it s probably going to be difficult. but here s how to start:try eating a balanced breakfast - most important meal of the day! have an egg white for protein, the yolk has cholesterol. toast, and a banana. this ll get you through till lunch - sandwich, water, fruit. snack on almonds and yogurt later in the day, and have a light but healthy dinner. try to eat dinner earlier than later b/c that ll help you sleep easier, and you ll feel better, too.exercise: not hardcore, but bike/crunches for your stomach, and run to generally tone your body. and listen (or read, but whatever): i m sure you re gonna be fine even if you don t lose the weight. people aren t gonna come up to you and be like OMG you lost five pounds or OMG you didn t lose enough weight. i think this is mostly your thinking that you need to lose this weight. trust me you don t. maybe over time you may want to, but not for this one party. you re beautiful, and don t let these 5 pounds weigh you down. no pun intended. ;)good luck and enjoy yourself at the party! :)
