How to lose weight on a thin person? -

I m 5 4 and 110lbs. I want to lose about 5 lbs. I read somewhere that it s harder for people who weigh less to lose weight. I don t think I m particularly thin, but compared to a 130lb person wanting to lose the same amount, the latter would do better. What would be the best way for me to lose this weight? My metabolism is pretty good. All answers are appreciated. Thank You. :)

1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes its hard, thats why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.Source(s):ok i didnt write this but i copied and pasted the words but i just put it in number order and made it easier to read.

Eat fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. For the calories in one kid-size box of apple juice, you can enjoy an apple, orange, and a slice of watermelon. These whole foods will keep you satisfied much longer than that box of apple juice, so you ll eat less overall.

Ahhh I don t think you need to lose weight. You might just need to tone up! Self.com or fitnessmagazine.com have great workouts that tone/firm. They also have cardio workouts. I think you have a good weight, and your bmi is healthy.

why would you want to lose weight? between 110 and 120 is perfect for a girl/woman your height

you don t need to lose weight, quit worrying.

How to lose weight in 1 month or less? -

Step 1:First of all cut back on sweetened soda and juice... these drinks have a lot of calories and the calories .Step 2:Cut back on breads and rice, carbohydrates. they have a lot of sugar which in turn can turn to fat plus they don t keep you filled as long.... eat foods high in protien and fiber... meats, greens, protien bars... high fiber bread.Step 3:the next key is exercise.. Start a walking club at work.... if you walk during your luncg break even if it is a 20 minute walk that adds up during the end of the week. get a wal in on the weekend or go to the gym a little here and there will make a difference over time . a few minor changes will really make a difference.

I tried out everything to lose weight, and nothing worked until I tried out acai berry. I know they say that pills won t work, but they certainly worked for me, and they have been featured on CNN too. There is a free trial on at the moment at www.freelightpro.info , try it out, how worse could it make things?

Lots and lots of fruit and vegetables. A small amount of protein everyday. As for excercise, walk walk walk. Try to mix in some strength training if you can.

Read this article. No need to buy any diet etc. No need to spend any money. http://healthmad.com/weight-loss/how-to-

I recommend Sparkpeople.comIt s great!

try eating fruits and vegetables. they are less fattening than starches. also foods with protein are good .avoid fast food with too many calories and fat.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

How to lose weight for a 13 year old girl? -

I am 5 4 and 95 pounds. How can I lose weight, I want to be in the low 90 s or the high 80 s. I have the Wii Fit does it help?

wow! you seem like you need to gain a little wieght, i mean i girl that is 13, should weigh 110-115. i m also 13 i am 5 1 1/2. i know i m short, but i weigh 114 lbs. it may seem like i am fat, but i m really not. If your 5 4 weigh 95 pounds maybe you should get up into the 100 s. it could help. or if you have other problems, you should contact a doctor.

Hi! It s great that you want to get in shape, but I don t think you need to lose weight... instead focus on being healthy. What you should concentrate on is living a fit and healthy lifestyle, not focusing on the number on the scale. That being said, I do have some suggestions to get your started! The Wii fit is a great way to get started and get active, but you should make some key switches to your diet. Eating more fiber helped me lose 21 pounds and my husband lost 52! All we did was switch from white breads, etc. to whole grains, and add fruits and veggies to every meal. I recently wrote an article about our experience. It s published here: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/2253233/2009_my_year_of_healthy_highfiber_living.html?cat=5Good luck!

Tuck in your tummy whenever you walk. Get that proper gait. And the best way for that is to tuck in your tummy and inflate your chest. Do not let your tummy hang above your belt line like some unruly layer of flesh. Bring it under the belt. Each time you tuck in your tummy, you will feel the pressure on the muscles of your stomach. This tightening and loosening of these muscles is even better than stomach crunches.

Do things like fetching, turning things off and on by you Often when we come back tired from work, we tend to get others to do simple chores for us. These things are no big deal. They are things that we can very well do for our selves but we dont. That is why we often ask our kids to fetch us this or take away that. Training your pet is a wonderful thing indeed. It is quite remarkable how some people get their dogs to fetch them something. But the fact is that while you may be making sure that your dog is getting a lot of exercise, you are neglecting your bit of the story.

I wish i weighed the same as you, your actually underweight so it would be unhealthy to loose just eat fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water to stay healthy.

I was wondering i can workout at the age of 14? I can curl 60 pounds and ive been going to the gym for about? -

a month now. I workout 6 days a week and i do a lot of cardio also though i have a little extra fat i get a lot of protein from my food. I had nice bicep cuts after just 2 weeks! I weigh 165 im 5,8 and ive hit puberty a while ago. And i was wondering if its safe and if i will continue to grow. Also does anyone have some weight loss tips at the gym =D.

Weights are safe to do after you hit puberty--that s when your bones harden and won t be warped by doing weights. You should only do weights 3 times a week and never 2 days in a row (anything extra will do more harm than good). Get someone to design a weight program for you (VERY IMPORTANT!!!) Do cardio the other days. The elliptical machine burns 600-700 cal/hr. If you re active, you shouldn t have to worry about your weight or shape. Eat more fish and chicken and less fatty meats like pork and beef.

You are still too young to do such heavy lifting, what you should be doing is going for lighter weight. However to adjust to the drop in, weight you can try to increase the amount of reps. Also where health is concerned you should try to get all of your nutrition from foods alone, as your kidneys are still developing and cannot handle protein supplements.

Although it is great that you work out, you should be really careful doing heavy weight lifting during your mid-teens. Your bones are not completely solid and are malleable to strong pressures. Im not telling you to stop, but be-careful what you re doing, the last thing you want is to cause an injury that wil last a lifetime.

that is a huge mistake unless your six feet tall at the age of 14. lifting heavy weights above 10 to 20 (even i think 20 is too much for 14) can stud your growth which means you will stop growing taller unless your okay with staying at 5 8 through adulthood

nice nice

yur too young 2 go gym, yur body wont develop properly!
