i need to lose weight, i am 15 years old and weight 150 pounds! i am not exactly fat, but i am chubby! i think most of my weight is in my butt. so how do i lose weight really quick but still safe?

just do ab exercises! it s not that hard.. sit ups, crunches, etc.. go to the gym and use machines focusing on abdominal area. you should also try a no take-out diet and cut back on junk/fatty foods which contribute to belly fat

The fastest way to lose weight is diet and exercise. HOWEVER, because of my arthritis, I was not able to do the exercising and didn t have the willpower to eat very little. So......I did my own version of the Atkins diet with my doctor s knowledge. I kept my carbs to no more than 30 a day. I ate only what was on my list and as much of each thing as I wanted. I was never hungry because there was always food I could eat. I never cheated and I lost 90 pounds.
