Well first you need to start eating healthy three meals a day and two snacks. Breakfast some cereal with a bit of fruit and fresh orange juice. Lunch a good healthy sandwich with a ton of salad in it with a healthy drink. two snacks a gonrlo bar and mabye a fruit salad. one typical day of eating. and take up a sprort and go to the gym for about five days a week.

Try to eat low carbs which brake down into simple sugars, but if he needs to cut weight he can cut up to ten pounds in 3 days easy! I am in the same boat you are in right now. I have been exercising and dieting for the last 2 weeks and have lost 17 lbs! How did I do it? Well I decided to go on the Southbeach diet. There are 3 stages to this plan. Stage 1 is to only eat vegetables and lean proteins. Starches are off limits. Including bread, pasta, potatoes, peas, corn, and yams. No fruits of any kind are allowed either. Sugar is kept at a minimum and of course exercising. Stage 2 is when you slowly introduce whole grains and fruits back into your diet and stage 3 is the maintainence part. I will tell you one thing I have never felt better. I love this meal plan and I especially love the fact that I have lost so much weight in such a short period of time. Hi there!!! Its so nice to meet you!! I had the exact problem!! Last year I was 10 pounds chunkier then I should have been. I wasnt overweight I was normal weight but had chunky thighs and a butt. I dont know if you can lose weight fast but this is what you should do to lose weight in about 4-8 weeks. It may seem long but if you are patient and really want to lose weight here s what you should do. First dont sit down too much. Make sure you are walking around instead of sitting. Dancing works too. Start by moving your legs to your favorite songs. Then start moving your body to the beat. 10 Minutes of dancing can even help you everyday and burn calories. Running can also help too. If you have my problem where you cant go running outside cause its not safe then even running around the house. Try out with 10-20 situps a day! Believe me it helps trim the tummy fast!! As for your thighs and butt make sure your running and that you can burn off the foods you eat. As for food, Limit your sweets to very small pieces. If your like me where you have a sweet tooth pick up on fruits and veggies. If you think veggies are BLEH! lol try eating carrots they re really good and healthy! Instead of cake or chips try eating lots of fruit. That way you start losing inches off your weight because your watching what you eat. Drink alot of water too!! I mean alot!! You should exercise everyday, or at least try too. Running is a great exercise. It works on all parts of your body, yet you don t need to go very fast. Just a slow jog everyday and u ll c a difference!!! Good luck!

I am 5 11 and I weight a little under 160 lbs. I am only 14 years old so I feel a little uncomfortable around my friends because they are a lot smaller than me. But I eat healthy and I workout atleast once a day. I am playing basketball, softball, and track right now and I just get really frusterated because I cant get my body to look the way I want it to. You can t just lose weight in one (or three) places on your body. It chooses where you lose the weight. You re eating healthy is GOOD! Just eat less, but eat something 5 times a day. Avoid junk foods candy colas. No butter no mayo. Sometimes when we think we re hungry, we are just bored or thirsty, so first try a glass of water when you think you re hungry. Add some weight lifting to your workouts add more time . Weights on your wrists, ankles, or fasten them together around your waist. I have read many, many diet books this is TRULY the BEST way. Once a week, you can eat ONE normal serving of something that you re craving, (not all day). Oh, and don t eat just because someone hurt your feelings or made you mad. Good luck.
