Any tips how can i loose my last stone of baby weight, when i am already dieting and regular exercising!? -

I am starting to feel depressed as i no longer have my perfect size 10 figure! All weight loss tips wanted!!!!

Give yourself time, your body goes through hell when you re preganant, sometimes it just takes a while for the last bit of weight to come off. You sound like you re doing everything you should be, exercise and healthy eating (I hate the word diet coz it makes me wanna pig out . Give yourself a break and the weight will come off.

Let me know when you do it cause I m still not there 3 years later!

How tall are you? You size may be already fine depending on your height. Keep yogurt or at least calcium in your diet. I don t know why, but Calcium seems to help the weight loss problem. That s how I did it after my second child. Also, DO NOT Skip breakfast. It will slow down your body, because your body will think it is in sleep node still...without that breakfast boost in the morning.

Be patient. The diet and excersise will work but you need to keep it up. If you get discouraged that the weights not dropping fast enough, you may want to quit. Thats the big mistake alot of people make. You just have to have patience. Hope I helped. Mike, Former USMC

Be patient - my rule is it took nine months to go on - expect nine months for it to come off! How old is your little one? Is he/she breastfeeding? Eat healthy, regular meals and keep moving, drink lots of water and make sure you are well rested (well as much as you can being mum to a newborn!) - one thing that really makes me cut back is writing down every single thing i put in my mouth, it makes me think twice believe me!

think yourself lucky you are nt bigger, did you think you would be a 10 for ever. Anyway once your baby gets to toddler stage exercise happens without you even thinking about it.

Edit this post with what you ate yesterday. Be honest, i m sure we ll be able to see something your doing wrong. Also what sort of exercise are you doing?There is method of dividing your weekly calories by 7 and then having a very high calorie day a few normal and a few below days. This way your body wont think its on a diet and will not hold onto its fat reserves. When on a diet for a long time the body can think that there is not enough food and store fat, this is from cave man days when this reflex was needed to survive winter

1) your body needs time to adapt that you are no longer pregnant!2) when you execise to much the fat wont be burned off it will be still there but as musclestructure. so if you give your body a rest for lets say about 4 weeks and you eat healthy food as well as using good cooking oil then you will see that you will lose the last stone in a couple of weeks.. some vitamines need oil (fat) to be used for its purpose .. if u leave out oil(fat) completely you harm your body ...lack of vitaminescheck the local weightwatchers website.!

I have had 3 children - after my first, I lost all the baby weight and more! After babies 2 3 I am still stuck. I am 10 kilograms heavier than I should be and it is the most depressing thing ever - I feel your pain hun and if I had the answers, I would share them!!! I really dont know if one can ever be the way they were after having had children, sorry hun :(

about me ;age; 14 weight ; 125 height ; 5 2hi ! so ever since school got out i have been telling myself that i was going to start going to the gym and eat healthy . unfortunately , i haven t done any . but i have tried . so i then signed up for YMCA to go . once again , i didn t go except for one time . fast forward to today. i am now REALLY up to it to lose weight get toned . i don t want to have to face another year of school looking like this . i am not ugly fat nor have a flat stomach . but i really want a toned stomach stomach . also , is 2% milk fattening ? what other types of foods are for making a toned stomach ? i have also heard that green tea helps you lose weight . how ? do you have to be in a diet in order to lose weight while drinking it ? im also going to start running at YMCA so i can get fit when school comes . i am going to try out for cross sports again so yeah . any workouts i can do ? realistic ones ? what else can i do at YMCA so that i can get a toned stomach ? do you know when i will start seeing results ? i am up for anything now . i have exactly one month left before school starts so i am afraid i won t get any results . any advice will help .thanx in advance . ; ]

Can anyone give me good, SAFE weight-loss tips? -

I need more dietary techniques than exercise tips. I m a fairly busy Junior in high school. I have no access to a gym, and I m pretty lazy. I don t get to eat right because I don t have a license yet, I don t know how to cook, and my parents work all the time and normally bring me fast food or take out.

First cut out all soft drink and cordial. Drink water. There goes quite a few calories already...Eat pasta. Its not hard to cook - put it in boiling water for 10 minutes. lol.Pasta fills you up a lot for the amount of calories it has. You can buy ready made pasta sauces and add a tin of tuna for some flavour! Takes about 15 mins to make, and another 10 to bake. Too easy!

If your going to eat the fast food--- then your activity level should remain on the high pace, or it will show every last inch on your body ... Unfortunately we are what we eat or drink. Good luck to you!

I agree with the other comments that 185lbs at 6 2 is not a bad weight. I would guess you are unhappy with your body composition. Probably have more body fat than you like. Try these tips:1. start lifting weights to build your muscle mass. The basics at first will do; Bench press, arm curls, arm extensions and squats. This will help increase your metabolism and help change your body composition.2. instead of running 2 miles everyday. Run for 30 minutes ever other day. Usually fat burning starts after you have been doing cardio for 20 minutes and giving your body a day off will help the body recuperate.3. Don t starve yourself. Eat 5 small meals spaced evenly throughout the day. Make sure to include protein so when you do lose weight it won t be muscle. This will also increase your metabolism.
