What should be my body size?? need answers!!!? -

im 167 cm n my weight is about 58kgs.. im on a weight loss program.. im nt keen to be an anorexic size zero.. bt yaa i want to be slim n fit.. what size should i aim to be.. also let me knw what would be the vital stats of the recomended size.. thnx..

Trying to lose weight? -

I have a 5 2 frame, I m slightly overweight, and I d like to lose around 30 pounds (slowly but preferably over a period of time) before the beginning of september.I am very interested with the online weight loss programs, but with everyone I ve tried signing up for has turned out to be pay this cost per week/month. Half a pound a day for 25 days...? -

I have to walk in a fashion show in 25 days, and it kinda snuck up on me. I ve put on a bit of weight, and I had intended to lose some before I gained anyhow. My ultimate intention is to lose half a pound a day, or 3.5 a week. However, I wouldn t sweat it if it was somewhere between 2-3 a week. I need to lose 10-13 lb. total.If I only eat white meat, raw veggies, yogurt, and go easy on the carbs, would that be enough food wise to aide the weight loss? If I go easy on the coffee and substitute with green tea and drink more water, maybe an occasional Gatorade, would that help, or does it not matter too much? Then if I hula hoop every other day (it s fun, and keeps my hour glass shape) for 30-45 min. and walk for... say 45-60 every day, would that be enough physical activity (excluding all the walking and lifting I do at my regular job) to boost the metabolism?Any advice for a quick and not-so-healthy weight loss? I won t maintain the odd diet, and intend to replace it with a healthier one once the show is done with, so don t tell me what a horrible thing it is I intend to do, I already know. And I m not going ana/mia, either.

I think you have a very good plan to lose the weight but the hardest part might be an occasional hunger pain. This might not suit your plan, but when I feel very hungry I drink a can of soft-drink (it does not matter what type) which most times takes away the cravings. The can is like a mini snack because it has a lot of calories which I know is the wrong thing to do, but I feel its a better alternative than eating solid food.
