Weight Loss Tips Anyone? -

I m 5 5 and 125 pounds and I look pretty chubby right now...I m 14 almost 15 so what can I do to lose weight and/or look thinner? Nothing tooo extreme, but something that would make me look better by summer. Thanks!!

If you are serious about losing weight, have a look at the list of sites.http://weight--loss-help.blogspot.com/Good luck :)

There are a lot of little things that you can do. Stop drinking any soda with sugar in it and fruit juices (eat the fruit instead.) You can switch to diet soda if you wish but drinking water is better. Cut out or cut back junk food. You are at a healthy weight so you probably just need to change some of the fat into muscles to look better.Start doing cardio at least 1/2 hour (1 hour is better)per day- 4-5 times a week and do some weight training 3 times per week. Some cardio examples: swimming, brisk walks or running or jogging, water aerobics, tennis, badminton, soccer. Here is a website that shows how to do weight training:http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.htmlGood luck!

Lose more weight? -

About two months ago, I weighed in at 156 pounds at 6 foot. Now, I m 140 or less, since I had my coat and boots on at the time.Just with this info, do you think I could lose more?(I m 17 years old, just in case you think this is important to know. I lost this weight from modifying my eating habits, that s all.)What are some healthy weight-loss tips?

NO!Stop losing weight right now. You have a low (underweight) BMI (body mass index) a six foot tall woman should weigh around 150 lbs.

GET OFF THE COMPUTER AND DO SOME SIT-UPS!!!!!

Well it really depends... But since your that tall, that seems like an appropriate weight. It also depends on you muscle mass since muscle weighs more than fat. If you concerned about your health check your BMI:http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/

Go to the gym weekly.Eat food that is naturally good for you.And morning jogs wouldn t hurt.

I think at six foot you are at a perfect weight! You don t need to lose anymore girl... Don t worry about it, just maintain the weight that you are at right now... Trust me, your tall the weight your at is fine. If you do insist on losing more; drink lots of water everyday and start exercising more instead of just modifying your eating habbits.

At your height I think you do not need to lose more weight. Of course pictures could tell a whole lot more but at your height you might be underweight.

you seem at a good size. just keep up with the perfect body http://www.bariatricedge.com/dtcf/pages/your bmi is low

your 6 feet????????...seriously you could weight anywhere between 140-165 and be considered not even close to overweight...remember your not 5 feet...your going to weigh more...you neeeeed to or you will be unhealthy.

No, that is a ridiculous weight at six foot. If you are flabby or unhappy with your body shape, bulk up, don t try and lose weight.

i dont seem to sound like u would want to loose much weight. how much do u want to loose... 10 pounds is usually what everyone says. i mean everyone who wants to loose weight says 10 pounds . so it sounds like u already have a high matabolism if u lost all that weight from changing ur eating habits. here r the tips1) exersise in the morning before anyting. morning workouts burn fat/calories, night workouts build muscle. so do some cardio one day, arms oneday, legs the next, so one and so for2) instead of eating 3 meals a day, eat 6 small ones. they keep u filled up and boosts ur matabolism. 3) stay active, wether its making extra trips up the stairs, moving ur hands when u talk, just do it. use any opportunity to burn some cals. every move u make counts.

Exercise is wonderful. Go for a walk for about 30 minutes a day or Find an activity that keeps you going.

That weight is fine. You really shouldnt lose anymore weight or I would imagine it would be unhealthy. I m 5 10 and at 140 I look great. If you are two inches taller I am guessing you have very little or no fat on your body at all. Stay healthy

In Need of Weight loss Tips? -

I had half of my thyroid glad removed, and now that i am better i am starting to exercise and eat better. What are some tips Tools remedies that anyone used that worked?Especially to speed up metabolism?

Weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. People who lose a half a pound every week are more likely to reach their target weight than the ones who lose a lot of weight at the beginning, and then give up when the going gets tough. The best and most effective way to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight is through changing your eating habits and exercising regularly. 1. Choose whole grains.2. Drink plenty of water.3. Choose lean meats and fish.4. Know the portion sizes for your calorie target.5. Limit fats to an average of 15 grams per meal.6. Choose fresh fruits and vegetables whenever possible.7. Work out for no less that 45 minutes, 4-5 days a week.8. Select foods with less than 3 grams of fat per 100 calories.9. Choose pretzels, baked chips, fat-free popcorn instead of fries and chips.10. Avoid foods with partially hydrogenated oils, trans-fats and high-fructose corn syrup. 11. Choose cereal, bread, crackers or chips that contain 2 or more grams of fiber per 100 calories.12. Choose fat-free or low-fat variety of foods especially when it comes to dairy products (milk, cheese, and yogurt). How To Boost Your Metabolismhttp://bit.ly/10cK3nSmart and Effective Weight Losshttp://short.to/qtabCalorie Burning And Reduction Strategieshttp://bit.ly/EKSci

Drinks lots and lots of water.Try eating more throughout the day in smaller portions, this gets your metabolism going faster and promotes weight loss.Don t eat late at night, because your body won t digest the food as much while you sleep which causes weight gain.Every other day (if you have time) try doing some type of cardio. Whether it s running, uphill walking, jogging, stair climbing, bicycling.. these all increase your metabolism. If you need more energy weight loss pills can actually help in moderation, and maybe start drinking a meal replacement shake as a snack before or after a workout to get the essential proteins and vitamins you need.I hope these help, I ve tried all of them and lost 10 pounds in the past month.
