Weight loss tips? please help!!? -

I m going to a beach party with my friends in 2 weeks and I noticed my lower belly sticking out when i tried on a swim suit. I m looking for any recommendations on how to get rid of this!!Thank you!!!!

2 weeks? suck it in!!. try to eat MUCH less calories. to survive, GORGE on fruits. oranges and apples. bananas. grapefruit. vegetables (those green things at the store) cucumber, cabbage, carrots (not the green ones- those have rotted!!) calories are the key to weight. work out at what you can. run, walk, bicycle, aerobics, swim, just BE ACTIVE!!!!good luck!!

Running is the miracle exercise, it burns fat EVERYWHERE. Cardio, cardio, cardio! Running, jogging, walking, swimming, etc. Don t eat lots of fat, either. And try to cut down on carbs. Also, drink lots of water and do crunches to strengthen the abs.Good luck!

Hehe....the title probably caught your eyes, didn t it? ;)Well...I m male, 25 years old, 180 cm (that s 5 11 ) tall, 88kg (that s 193 pounds), and I feel like I m embarrassingly overweight. I m going to a cousin s wedding on July 11, and I m planning to lose some weight for that; say 20 to 22 pounds may be? That should be medically sensible right?Anyone got any simple, elegant weight loss tips, that contain dieting plus exercise?The condo in which I live has a gym facility, with 2 treadmills, 2 stationary bikes, and 4 weight machines, and I d like to take advantage of those too.Thanks!

hello, i m a mum of two just had my second and i m done, so its me time now, yay :)... ive just joined a gym i go three times a week for an hour, my diet isnt thaaat bad, i think its in the portions, but i need help with foods, what are good healthy foods, either that i can eat however much i like of, or tasty healthy snacks. and any other weight loss tips, i only drink water now, iv cut all soft drinks, how are those slim fast shakes? or any of that is it all rubbish? or is it good?... so yeh, tips of exersice, food anythign really. oh and flabby tummy toning. thankyou very much.

I am horrible at diets but this is what I did when I needed to lose 60 pounds after the birth of my son...Breakfast: whole milk yogurt with grape-nutsLunch: broth based soup (no cream) and crackers or dry toastDinner:half portion entree with pasta or potatoes on the side...small salad with no dressing...vegetable.Now you can mix this up...say you re craving waffles...have the waffles for breakfast with honey or fresh fruit, a glass of whole milk, side of bacon or ham...that would be your big meal of the day so supper would be just a salad on that day.Sometimes I have the soup for dinner and the half entree with additions for lunch.I was able to lose 10 pounds a month doing this with exercise. So it took me 6 months to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Once you get to where you want to be you can modify your diet to include more snack type items and a bigger entree but be careful or you will start gaining again.

Now, im not a parent of a teen, i am a teen and i need some help. I really wanna lose weight, but nothing i ve tried has worked!! (im NOT doing surgery or any types of pills/supplements) and every website ive found has been tips for the parents of teens and that is NOT what i want! Weight loss tips !? Help Please? -

I need some tips on how to lose maybe 3-5 pounds in the next month or so.I have been dieting and exercecising for the last couple weeks and the scale says i am the same weight but i look a little less flabby.I am 125 pounds and in 5 foot 4(Im also 13 years old). And yes i have been drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day :)But what i m doing right now doesn t seem to be working that well , any specific tips anyone can share would be great :)Thanks so much =]

okay. the most important thing is don t eat past 6 p.m. it really works. it will help your metabolism also. If you can excercise in the morning to jumpstart your metabolism. eating spicy foods can help curb your appetite. Also, replace any carbs with lean proteins and vegetables. good luck.

It could be that you are losing weight but gaining muscle so you will be looking better but not necessarily show youre losing weight on the scale.
