Im ten. Im 56quot; and weigh 90 lbs. Am I overweight and if so, tell me how to lose weight.? -

well i dnt kno i am 14 and i weigh 95-100 or sumthin like that and my height is 54 and im not overweight...actually im under! so i think it has to do sumthin with height and i think that you prolly arent that overweight and if u are concerned consult your doctor and dieting doesnt work so i will tell you what to do...RUN running burns major calories and once you get used to it its not that bad and can actually be relaxing and also dnt eat as much junk food chew sugar free gum instead and drink lots of water THIS REALLY HELPS MAYJOR i suggest extra my favorite kind is polar ice but chew whatever you like the chewing gum thing helps so much its insane then just drink less pop and more water and run and exercise and you should be good =]

You need to think about many factors but most of them are related to issues we ve known about for a very long time. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.Make a few additional small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Im a 12 year old myself, and I lost 30 pounds by eating right and exercising DAILY. You cant run a mile and lose 120 calories, you have to constantly keep on running to lose all that fat. You cannot starve yourself, to keep your metabolism balanced you are required to eat a small meal every 3 hours. this will also keep you from taking that extra cookie from the jar. Also, make sure to have a routine, you just cant run on the treadmill for 3 hours, you have to build some leg muscle to run faster an do exercises more easier.

well dont starve yourself just dont! ask your docter and make sure u get plenty of exersize and eat healthy foods and junk foods in moderation and once ur healthy thats all that matters even if u are still kind of big just make sure u are healthy and if u want to lose weight just set ur mind to it but dont do anything bad for ur body be heathy and exersize ask your docter but dont do anything bad

moderate speed walking about 2 km a day.cut off:1. carbonated drinks.2. avoid foods and drinks containing High-fructose corn syrup (!!!)3. eat about 5 hard fruits (apples) until 2 hours from your waking up in the morning.4. ....drink coffee (no sugar) this will enhanced your metabolism...

This isn t good advice, but if you REALLY want to fit in it, and if its just going to be temporary.Eat really, really little, every 3 hours.yeah its not healthy, but you do what you have to in such situations.

um if u want to lose ten ounds consist of 3 full meals a day portion size wheat is phist if having toast its 1 toast veggetables are your hand(closed) and meat or poultry is your palm excersise every single day and have 2 snacks either fruit or vegetables dont eat after 8 and you ll start seeing weight lost in about 2 days( remember u cant lose weight over night) good luck hope u fit in the dresshope i helped=)

cut down on foods that have high carbohydrates contents. And also don t eat food that have high carbohydrates content when you are going to bed. Take protein meal if you are really hungry at nite. (tis technique will cut down 1 to 2 kg in 1 week)and once you wake up, do not take any food, just drink water... and immediately get set to run for 30 - 45 mins on empty stomach, if you can. Your body will use your body fats as energy when you are runining. Tat will trim you down. (tis technique will cut down 3 to 5 kg in 1 week)No fast foods! if you want to loose it in your stomach you have to run long distance...if you only run short distance you gain muscle more than loose fat...also this isn t healthy but you should eat less and maybe some healthy stuff too
