I have 32DD boobs, a flat stomach but kinda big thighs and hips! Im 5ft 2quot; 9st. How to lose weight from them? -

I m trying to lose a massive amount of weight around 50lbs or so, but the big conflict is that I kept craving for food and not motivated to excersise. some days I can go to the gym 2 or 3 days in a row but other days I put 1 week in gaps. my eating portion is not to good either I keep wanting more. is there anyway you guys can help me? and what food I should eat to stay healthy and low calorie

I would recommending a locally organized bicycle ride, run etc, join indoor soccer league, etc. Select a goal that is tough. Start training for that goal because you can do it. I lost weight by doing one simple thing. Every meal (4 meals a day) I put everything I m going to eat in front of me and I won t allow myself to get up for seconds. After the meal I immediately wash my teeth and gargle with mouthwash. It works, have you ever eaten anything after you have mouthwash in your mouth? It tastes nasty! :)

Losing weight is DEFINITELY not easy. I can give you help based on what I ve learned trying to motivate myself to lose weight and hit the gym. If you have noticed the gym doesn t work, try a personal trainer. In my opinion, they definitely seem to help more than regular gym memberships. Working out even three times a week is a good routine, maybe even doing cardio in between those days. As far as foods, you will want to change your routine (if you haven t already) to eat 5 small meals per day. Make breakfast your first, eat a snack a few hours later, another at lunch, one between lunch and dinner, and finally dinner. Eat healthy foods (less bread, cheese, etc.) and stick with chicken, veggies, yogurt, cottage cheese). You can eat cheese, just in moderation. If you re anything like me, you need something sweet to drink along with your food. Soda is my biggest obstacle in my quest to lose weight. Try and limit those kinds of drinks for the weekend. Make a splurge day where you eat what you want. Try and abstain from that for the rest of the week. It isn t easy, but try going less and less per day if it helps. Good workout plus good eating habits equals a weight loss. You won t lose your 40 lbs over a period of a month, but you will be on your way. Keep your motivation high so you will be apt to lose more weight. Remember, it s all in your head. I m trying to lose 40 lbs as well, and have so far lost 10. Alright hun, take it from meI m an ex-anorexic, I was just like you when I was twelve except 30 pounds heavier.It ruined my life to worry about my weight so young, my advice is don t do fad diets or listen to half these people answering.I would say, go outside at least 30 mins a day, run around, ride a bike or even dance around in your room, anything to get your body moving.That and maybe avoiding burgers and fries would be good, but remember you are only 12. you are going to start getting taller and taller and everything will start evening out. If you maintain your weight or even lose a few pounds over the next few years you will end up being perfectly healthy.But if you feel you must do something to get healthier (which should be your main goal, not losing weight) eat more veggies and fruits.Try joining a sport that you like and stick with it, even when things get hard.Good Luck.

hey, you don t need to lose weight its not healthy at your age seriously you are going through puberty and thats what happens you gain weight in places. when i was 13 i felt really insecure about my body remember every girl in your class is insecure about her body and desperate to fit in. Well first off, your still growing because your only 12. I m 14 and when I was 13 I lost a lot of weight over the summer. What I did was exercise a LOT more. I made a 30 minute playlist on my ipod and rode my bike until the songs were finished playing. I sometimes worked out at night to this workout show on the fitness channel called Total Body Sculpt With Gilad. The food I ate was definitely more healthy. TONS of fruit! and veggies. It s simple, if you get hungry grab an apple :] . Peanut butter, although seems fattening, is actually really good for you and gives you protein. Same with nuts. A handful of nuts before dinner fills you up so you tend to eat less at dinner. Also at dinnertime, get smaller portions so you aren t tempted to eat too much. When you feel too tempted to eat more, pour salt or sugar on top to make it taste disgusting. Plus, eat oatmeal in the morning. Running is a great exercise! hit the treadmill 3-4 times per week for 30- 45 minutes. do sit ups whenever you can ( even between tv commericals). eat lean protein (chicken, fish), protein ( meats, eggs, nuts) and fruits/ vegetables. cut back on the soda and drink water or low fat milk instead. hope that helps :)

No soda. Eat smaller portions and healthier foods. Maybe you and a few friends go on walks together or join a sports team. I wouldn t worry to much about it your still growing and your body is changing. But do what you think is best for you. But be healthy about it, don t over do it and don t starve yourself. oo ik! all u gotta do is do about 40 sit ups/crunches. watever u wanna call em every night b4 u go to bed. then gradually add more on. like after a few days change it to 60..then 100 and so on. im 13 and i had the same problem, but wen i did that it totally worked. i did it during the summer so wen i went back to school every was like wow wat happend to HER!!?/ it was a great feeling. you should try it.

Eat less than you usually do at meals (but still eat!). I have a friend who just did this and she lost 10 pounds since the beginning of the month. Do sit ups/crunches/leg lifts/flutter kicks for your stomach.

How to lose weight? -

I weigh about 145 150 and i am about 5 9 and 15. I want to look like my peers. I am female and i would like a plan to get skinnier. I want the look and a flatter stomach i do not care about numbers.I have a beer belly soo that is what i want. Does anyone have a diet and exercise plan. I have 3 weeks. Oh you silly goose. I was probably about your size at age 15 and I ve tried everything. Here are some healthy things that may work but what you will need most is self-discipline. 1) That beer gut is probably from sugar and refined foods. Stop eating these things asap and the tummy will probably go down. 2) Stop eating after 7p.m. , the latest 8p.m.3) I used to eat a lot of ramen with noodles (tuna fish on top)...but with only a few sprinkles of the powder that comes with the noodles (too much sodium). This is a good mix of carbs and proteins. I lost a lot of weight when i ate this every day. My other meals were usually smaller tho. Exercise!Run if you can! If you don t exercise at all now then anything you do will help you lose weight, esp. daily long walks.GOOD LUCK!

Try cabbage soup. it helps on melting fat quickly. Also drink plenty of water to keep your stomach full and if you are hungry just aim for fruits and fresh vegetables. As for excercising, go for the treadmill, crunches and squats to tone your muscles and look lovely.

cut back on breads.. i lsot about 10 lbs in 2 weeks by cutting almost all carbs.. do very little carbs, no fruit.. eat planty of veggies n meat and walk at least 2 miles a day... that s the South Beach Diet and it works awesommmmmmmeee!

Oh my goodness, you already are at a nice size. 145-150 is the normal weight for a person of your height, however I know how it feels to see your peers thin and skinny and you feel out of place. In two weeks you may not be able to lose what you call a beer belly . Half sit ups are good for toning but it takes time. If you are eating junk food, cut those things out and eat more protein and vegetables. But a word to you, I hope you are nt obsessed with your weight, you really are at a good size for your height, be careful not to let the way others think mold your thinking. Be yourself and enjoy life the way you are.
