Weight loss tips? Motivation? Diet and Exercise tips? -

Well,I m 5 7 and 160lbs I know I m overweight..I just lost 20lbs since last January, so almost a year ago! I ve really been slacking off and I m afraid I m going to gain it back. My legs are really skinny/muscular for my weight so I have a huge muffin top. Well, I m 14 6 2 and 265 lbs. And I have lost and gained more weight than oprah since I was 11, but it is now worse than ever. so all the motivation I need to exercise anymore is to look in the mirror. but you just have to make it an Absolute priority. make it come before everything else. and try to set a specific time for it so you don t end up procrastinating. as for a diet, just try to eat more healthy things than junk, but when you do eat junk eat it in smaller portions. you re on your way - congrats on the weight loss! the best way to lose that muffin top is to build muscle. Dont worry as a women you won t bulk up (unless you re on testosterone) . But by adding muscle you re going to be a constant fat burning furnace. Combine that with the right cardio and eating habits you re sure to look even better than you do today. Remember two pieces of advice I give my clients: 1) anything worth doing is worth doing well so don t half *** it2) nothing tastes as good as skinny looks. good luck

Okay, I m 17, and I have PCOS, which makes it 4x as hard to loose weight. I m 5 5 and roughly 220 pounds. I never had issues with weight before I hit puberty, as my condition is the caus of my weight gain. I was an allstar softball player, volleyball player, and I ve been competively riding horses since I was three. I was wondering if anyone had Any good workout plans or tips? Don t worry about making anything too extreme or anything like that, because I am able to take even the toughest workouts.

Well, I ll give you some advice that ISN T an advertisement, haha.The biggest thing is to run. A lot. Whether you can go full speed or not, run as far and as long as is physically possible for you. Yoga or pilates would be a good addition to running.I m overweight, and have finally began losing weight these past few weeks, mostly through crunches (A ton of them), squats, and weights. I have lost roughly 7 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks, doing just this, as well as cutting down on food intake slightly.I am 5 9 and 195 lbs. as of Wednesday, so it s also not like I have 300 lbs to lose, so 7 comes easily. Along with just basic exercises, try eating smaller portions. If you find yourself hungry still after what should be enough, try eating more slowly, it gives the body time to digest the food.
