Well its summer time and I want to lose fast . Any recommendations what diet program I should use , what exercises to take and so on. All suggestions welcome

I had my Doctor tell me that a good diet is to eat these-*chicken*water*veggitables*fruitInstead of or less of these-*beef*starch*sugars*soda*juice.Also eat more meals with less in each meal. If you eat every 3-5 hours, your body won t store the fat for later use. It does this because it doesn t know when it s going to eat agian.Of course exercise helps.

Yes.. you will lose weight if that is all you eat but it is not a healthy way... I am presently ln a diet and my goal (which I have kept) is 2 lbs a weekby the way.. I do not know why but that fat free or (low calorie) yogurt does wonders for losing weight.. ALSO. be sure to drink PLENTY of water

You are thinking healthy but I would suggest more variety in what you suggest to eat.

Yes, you will most likely lose weight if that is all you eat. Keep in mid though that your metabolism will also slow down because your body will think you are starving so it will go into starvation mode - it will try to hold on to every calorie it can, and it will get harder and harder for you to lose, You may actually find it easier to lose in the long run if you eat more.

drink lots of water and green tea so you will feel full, if you do not eat anything else you will feel faint, you need to have at least one fruit, yogurt and maybe an All Bran cereal bar to keep you going

Don t be stupid, of course you re going to lose weight. THat s like 500 calories a day.

I am a teen girl and i need a way to lose weight fast, the only thing is i dont have any exercise equipment and my house isnt the best place to do any walking or running...so any ideas??

Fast and healthy do not go together when talking about losing weight. If you lose weight fast it is obviously not healthy and will gain it back but if you go for a healthy approach it won t be fast. anorexia manly has to do with body image, like when you are skinny but you think you are fat, so losing weight does not make you anorexic, maybe malnourished/unhealthy. and losing weight at 2 pounds a week is about as fast as you can lose weight at a healthy pace, which makes it easier to keep off. diet - weight watchers works for a lot of people, exercise - run/walk play sports as much as possible, there is no secret easy way to do it.

ur weight is not bad...u should think about toning more...do yoga or callanetics and lift weights and try to do at least 30 minutes of cardio...i think if u firm up u won t worry so much about how big u are...and in the end up those muscles will help u burn the fat off...and lastly....eat a lot of fiber foods and maybe taking fiber supplenments as well...also take ur vitamins...it ll help ur body work better...thus helping with ur metabolism

Simple ...eat less fat and simple carbs. go for whole meal products. drink more water and green teawalk 3-5 times a week for 30-60 minutes. walking is the best to lose weight.
