How can I lose weight? -

I m 20 years old and not happy with the way I look,. how can I lose weight fast and keep it off?

Eat normally, but just try to resist cakes, crisps, chocolate, etc. But u don t need a diet plan - its all about the exercise. Start going to a local gym, or a cheaper solution: go running (take a friend to make it more fun and maybe a challenge!)Hope this helps to make you super slim :D

The only fast way to lose weight is mentally and emotionally preparing your mind to the CHANGES you will consciously make in your life. Obviously diet exercise are what they say it s just what they do first not they do not think. So in the course of that diet and exercise they quit and says who cares anyway? But you must instill in yourself Mind over Body because it doesn t change the fact that your Mind is over your stomach not the other way around. Decide to lose weight and make the changes to lose weight and feel, look better.

My friend suggested eating frequent meals in a day, but make the meals smaller than usual... Apparantly helps boost the metabolism or something, but it worked for him, so yeah...And exercise, of course.

The only thing you need to do is cut out breads, flour, and sugar and bad fats. Drink plenty water.EXCERCISE EVERYDAY. Thats the key.

drink lots of water, dont eat so much, excersize, and eat very slowly.

If i eat about 1500 calories a day than the recommended 2004 for me will i still lose weight? -

im 14weigh about 185should i eat the recommended or eat about 1500 to lose weight faster??will that help me lose weight faster??

Try changing your lifestyle. Have a healthy living lifestyle by picking the right food to eat at the right time. If one really wanted to get loss of the unwanted fats that might cause diseases after time, he must have the will to change. Well, i know that the basics of losing weight were quiet hard - like dieting, exercising much and working hard enough. As for me, I was thankful enough to have been influenced by some septuagenarian mentor of mine whose mantra of healthy living lifestyle proved it all. So, for I really have a huge body last year, I pushed through these tips. Amazingly, I find it not so hard at first; instead it was like the usual ways after all. But, the change happened only with my intakes, the food, when to eat the right kind and the beverages that could badly affect my body were slowly eliminated. i too, can enjoy a feast of food in a day of the week, thus far making these tips not frustrating.
