Are there any weight loss products that actually work? PLEASE ANSWER MEEE!!!? -

Okay I m pretty much a believer in the old Hard work s the only way to get anywhere slogan, but I m just wondering if there are any products out there that you have tried that ACTUALLY worked. Did any of them have horrible effects?Which ones?Also, have you heard of the benefits of using a sauna? Is that stuff true?

Keep up the hard work. I have lost 7 lbs in the last week with the help of ALLI...The more fat you eat, the more you will need to poo. If you keep the fatty foods to a min, you ll be fine. I am a bodybuilder with Hep C, so obviously I dont drink alcohol or use roids, but I like to take ephedra for energy and was wondering if anyone knows if this is bad for my liver?

How can i loose weight fast? -

i am 140 pounds at thirteen years old. i m about 5 ft. 3 in. tall i m not happy or comfortable with my body. i am not interested in jenny craig or any t.v. advertised weight loss programs, though. i don t have enough time to excersise with my busy schedule. i can t always watch what i eat. i need something like slim shots, however a friend of mine said they don t work at all. my sister drank celsius and that didn t work either. pills aren t an option either. do you know something that worked for you or something that you think is good?kthanks!

I say instead of setting goals, keep a record of your weight loss. No 2 people are exactly the same. Also keep in mind that if you lift weights you ll put on muscle mass, which weighs less than fat, so your overall fat weight will be down more than expected.So yeah, try keeping a record, then maybe beating that record. The record will keep you honest with yourself, and maybe show where you re slipping. Plus then come the 4th of July you ll be able to tell people exactly how much you ve lost.

I am 21, 5 4 and about 190lbs. I am looking to lose about 50 lbs in a little over 5 months. I think that this is a healthy weight loss time period. I am very committed and I am starting to work out. I am thinking of something along the lines of 5 or 6 small meals about 2.5-4 hours apart (depending on when I can actually eat, but not over 4 hours). Help me with my whole healthy weight loss week....? -

I ve got a week off of work and I m going to dedicate it to weight loss. (Obviously do a few things inbetween!)I go to slimming world which is a healthy eating/weight loss club, I ve been following the diet for 6 months now and I ve lost 17lb, it s easy to follow, basically healthy eating. I m also a regular at the gym (Just not so regular as before!)I ve got a week off of work, to just chill. But I m going to dedicate it to losing weight. I m going to follow the diet religiously and work out at my hardest at the gym...Any tips at all? Such as workouts? Detox stuff? The maximum I ve lost in a week is 3.5lb purely doing the diet. First of all, give yourself a big pat on the back... for dedicating the week to health and fitness... that is the first step towards success. Second, I would break away from the normal exercises you do and try something different, that you can t easily do while working.Try a 10 mile bike ride everyday... through the internet, I am sure you could find some great bike paths. Or, map out a 6 mile walk for each day... see something beautiful, and pack water! If you like to swim, do that too! There is an old vcr I have (I also have it on dvd,) called Callanetics. It is all about stretching exercises, and let me tell you it works to tone muscles you never knew you had. If you can t find it at the local video store, try amazon, or yahoo shopping. You feel totally relaxed after the tape, like you just went to the spa. You can see a difference after only 10 hours.... I m not kidding and this is not a commercial (I have no affiliation with them.)Anyhow, you have motivated me to lose the weight I want to lose, so I will practice what I preach, and break out the tape and follow weight watchers (which I am on now.)
