How to lose weight off my face? -

Hi. I m 14 and really skinny. (I weigh 87 pounds) and no I am not anorexic. I eat and I am very healthy. But my face is kinda chubby. Like in my cheeks. They have always been that way but it annoys me. Help?

Other than attempting facial toning exercises, I think the only thing you can do (other than losing more weight which is not an option most likely depending on your height.) is wait for the baby fat some people call it to grow out as you grow older... I know my friend did in middle school and her face thinned out a lot as she got older (17+)

Sorry. You cannot spot lose, you can only target tone muscle. When you lose weight (fat) it comes from all over your body, and your body decides where to burn it from...there s nothing you can do to slim your face without affecting yourself all over. Unless you are REALLY short, you re terribly underweight. 87 lbs is only healthy if you are 4 9 or under (and have a small frame).

Three main things to do:- Eat healthily- Speed up your metabolism- Exercise, exercise, exercise!!!Here s a more detailed breakdown:- Eat healthily: Eat foods high in fiber. Fibrous foods tend to keep you fuller, longer. So eat whole wheats, oats, unprocessed stuff, brown rice, green and leafy vegetables, etc. That being said, eat a high fiber breakfast and eat a small high fiber lunch. It will keep you through the day. I eat 2 eggs, 2 slices of whole wheat bread, and high fiber cereal in the mornings and that usually lasts all the way into the afternoon when I eat a small, high fiber snack. To lose weight, you have to eat LESS calories than you burn. So even though you are eating healthy, eating a lot won t get you anywhere since you are still consuming a lot of calories than you need. Limit sugar. It spikes up your insulin levels which then tells the body to store more fat Never starve yourself. Your body will go in survival mode which will make it store all the nutrients to stock up on needs just in case it happens again. That mean s you ll gain more weight.- Speed up your metabolism: Eat spicy foods whenever you can. You d be surprised to taste old foods with a kick. Fire it up. Eat regularly. Not eating will slow your metabolism down which means less calories burned. Interval training work outs help speed up your metabolism. Do as much as you can. A faster metabolism simply means you will burn more calories even when you re not active, WOW!- Exercise!!! Cardio is always a good thing. Interval cardio training is better. Start out at a steady pace for 2 minutes and then slow jog for 1 minute and then sprint for 1 more minute and then slow jog again for 1 minute. Repeat the cycle at least 3 times I assume you re a girl since you said dress. So don t be afraid to weight lift. Don t lift 30lb weights and stuff. Then you ll actually build muscle. Just lift 10-15lb weights and you should be fine. It will tone you up and speed up your fat loss because muscle burns fat the fastest because it burns fat to gain energy to repair itself. If you are in very reasonable shape (you do sports or you re just physically active) try P90 (Power 90) or P90X (Power 90 Xtreme) which will kick your *** in shape in 90 days. I ve seen friends do it and it does work. I will be going on it as soon as my shipment arrives so I m pretty sure it will work. Work out 3-4 days a week. It is the most you should work out, unless you want to gain muscle and stuff. Which can be very unsightly in a dress. Haha.Good Luck!

u have great breast , i think u might have to loose a little weight in yr hips and behind..but that s OK , don t worry..people must love us for what we have in our souls..but still if u want a nice diet is = morning = orange juice a light tostafter 3 hours 2 yogurts with black breadearly evening 1 kiwiat evening(about 9 o clock) 1 meal with chicken and a saladif u do this diet for 1 week , u definately loose weight!!Good luck my friend and have fun in yr vacations!!!

The answer is up to you. There are larger women that wear bathing suits and, of course, there are slimmer women. I say do what you feel comfortable about. Also, if you are in Egypt, why in the world would it matter? You aren t ever going to see those people again; you can wear a thong (but I m really not recommending it).Just have fun!

Drink lots of water. Exercise 5 out of 7 days for at least 45 mins. Walk or jog. Cut out soda and junk food and try to eat under 1200 calories a day. Eat lots of protein like chicken and turkey. Eat whole wheat bread and watch your carbs

Alright here is what I think is best. Cut out all processed foods. Get rid of all the sugary snacks, replace them with fruit. Stop eating white grains (like white bread and rice), have whole grains or wheat. Cheese is bad for you too, but cottage cheese and skim milk aren t! It may sound difficult to do at first, but have lots of vegetables with every meal, fruit too! For breakfast, have oatmeal with berries in it.. yum!Also, if you like sweet things a great natural sweetener is Agave Nectar, it s like honey and is most easily found at a health food store.Good luck!

How to lose weight if Im too busy to exercise? -

I am told by everyone that if I lost like a couple pounds, I would look a lot better. The problem is that I never have time to exercise. For school, I have to wake up everyday at 5:00AM, get back around 4:30PM, have to go to Tutoring classes til 7:30, go home, eat dinner, do homework, take a shower, and sleep at like 1:00AM. I don t get much sleep, and never have time to exercise. The problem why I gain weight is that during my free time at school, I go to coffee shops and get coffee (latte s), go get bagels/doughnuts, and just eat! I love eating, and I can t not eat. How can I loose weight a healthy way? Are there any pills I can take?

Yes, this is very common. Your metabolism will have slowed down with they thyroid problem and exercise is the fastest way to kick start it again but you need to look at how you work out and the kinds of foods you are eating. I can recommend a book for you - How to Lose Weight When you have a thyroid problem, written by a woman who had a similar problem to yours and she finally managed to get rid of all the weight by changing her workouts and diet. Are you taking thyroxin for the underactive? I have underactive thyroid but not enough to take thyroxin and over the past year I have gained over a stone, I stick to a good diet because I have just developed type 2 diabetes and the weight wont shift. Last week the doctor started me on Reductil slimming pills and I have lost about 5lbs and still eating the same as before, I don t do much exercises . I suggest you see your doctor as if you are taking thyroid medicine it might need to be adjusted and if not talk to her about it or slimming pills. Good luck.

I assume that as you have an under active thyroid that you have been prescribed thyroxine tablets. If not, why not? These keep your levels of the hormone normal. Therefor you should not have any weight problem associated with your thyroid.I wonder if it is just that you lack the necessary willpower to diet effectively? Exercise three times a week won t do much. Join Weightwatchers for encouragement.

Maybe your doctor could give you thyroid hormone if you are deficient.

Best see an endocrinologist, or just start with your GP.

Because I get tired of eating the same thing everyday, my school is nut free and I m too young to workout at any gyms, It s hard for me to lose weight. I have karate on Monday and Thursday, I have Piano on Wednesday, I have singing lessons on Friday and on Saturday and Sunday I have to practice this East Indian dance thing to present at this multi-culteral event. I am not sure why you need to lose 25 pounds at 5 1 and 105. That weight sounds right on target. If you feel stuffed all the time - The easiest and most effective way is for you to simply eat half of what is on your plate. Actually, just eat half of everything and you will see a dramatic difference (in how you look and feel!) If your parents fill your plate, just eat half. If they make you clean your plate, tell them you want less food to begin with. I guarantee this simple thing will help you. BUT it does take a little bit of work. Only eating half a bag of chips or candy is hard - but it works. Good luck sweetie - you have your whole life to be fit and fabulous - do not let friends, family, emotions or TV make you live a life you don t want - but don t let someone else dictate a number on the scale.
