How would you lose weight faster??...If you ate nothingIf you ate very little

I would think eat very little. This is probably because when you eat nothing, you bloat and often when you begin eating again, you gain more weight. something like that.

dont go on a crash dietEat healthy and exercise. Millions of skinny, healthy people arent wrong.

For me, I would just excersize more.Not eating is very risky, and can most likely turn to anorexia.Not eating actually slows your metabolism,your calorie burner, which means you wont be loosing any weight.

eating nothing is never a good idea.your body needs nutrients to grow healthier.

Don t try to lose weight fast. If you fast and don t eat for a period of time, you will just eat more the next time you eat and you will gain it back. Same if you eat very little. Use the food pyramid and watch your servings. Excerise and have fun doing it. It will keep you busy.

i know its bad but i lost 40 pounds in 2 month eating only lquids and only once a day

Eat less, but don t starve yourself. If you do that, you ll just store whatever you DO eat as fat. And try to get on a good, routine exercise plan. Like maybe try jogging around the neighborhood or riding a bike. You can also go to the gym if you are that serious about this. It may be hard, but stick to it and you ll like the results.

A lot of these answers you getting are unreasonable. Colon cleansers? Green tea can be hard on the stomach, and should be reserved for adults. Be active and start running etc. and the weight will start dropping!

Your 13. Your metabolism is still excellent so just eat right and you will come to a good weight surprisingly fast. throw in just a little exercise and you ll be slim in no time

Just eat healthy foods. You shouldn t be worried about your weight at your age. Your body changes as you get older, like losing all your baby fat.
