How To Lose Weight VERY Fast? -

I want to lose some wieght, not drastic, just seriously get the fat off me. Just tell me, don t ask about how much, age or what.

You don t want to lose weight very fast. You do that, and you ll end up getting it back equally fast and probably even more than you started off with. This is not a good diet, you obviously will be too hungry to just eat just bannanas and carrots, you need some protein at least to give you energy to exercise. Eat 3 meals during the day and fruits in between as snacks and exercise like crazy!

it depends on your age too. the younger the quicker. but the average is abut 2-3 pounds a week when you are dieting hard. The first week you could lose 4 because of water loss.

You possibly can lose that much in a month but it just depends on your body. I lost 100 pounds in about 18 months, but there were a couple months where I was losing anywhere from 5 to 20 pounds a month and then out of nowhere I couldn t lose any weight, I tried working out harder and stuck to my diet but my weight did not budge. you will not be losing fat with 5 lbs a week. realistic weight loss is 2 pounds a week maximum. if you lose 5 pounds, much of it will be water (70% of your body is made of it) and muscle. you want to make sure you re burning FAT. ignore the scale, lots of times when you work out you are losing fat but it s being replaced with useful muscle (muscle burns 5x more calories than fat) so your metabolism will speed up. Yet, the scale won t show that much a change. You should look at how your clothes fit, they are the best indicator of weight loss. Make sure you eat whole wheat carbs (most of it during the day), lots of lean proteins and vegetables, cut out sugar, take multivitamins, have oatmeal for breakfast, and 8 glasses of water a day. Exercise at least 5 times a week, min 30 minutes each time with additional good stretching and you will be leading yourself to a lifestyle that will make you live longer and healthier. I am on a diet and trying to lose weight. What you should do is eat a healthy breakfast like whole grain toast OR yogurt and apples OR fruit salad if you have no time. For lunch you should eat: Vegetables and Grilled chicken OR whatever you like but in really small portions.For dinner: i usually have salad because i have a big lunch. For snacks you could eat fruits, carrots, celery, cottage cheese, Dannon light and fit yogurt.Eat alotof water and do alteast half hour of excersise. Like bike ride, jogging, swimming.I am not allowed to go outside and workout alone so i just climb stairs ALOT and do crunches, pushups, situps, and so on. If you pig out like i do sometimes... Dont feel guilty it happens. Just workout 10 minutes extra for the amount you ate.Believe you can do it its just a matter of time.. I have lost alot of weight and feel good... Treat yourself once a week so you wont crave it much.If eating out go to Subway: Get whole grain bread, grilled chicken, and fill it up with vegetables.... Dont drink soda and bad juices... Without exercise, eating less won t really do anything. Exercise doesn t have to be running miles upon miles; it can simply be jogging to class, or little stuff. Perhaps you should do pushups, and crunches, and join a sports team at your school.

For me it was totally getting up and doing some cardio. I was getting slightly over weight and signed up for the YMCA, after about 3 steady weeks of 5 times a week of walking/jogging and 2 days of that week i d do some body sculpting classes, I dropped almost 15 pounds. I m much more toned and feel great!

Doing nothing isn t healthy for you, and certainly isn t going to help in the long run. Try cutting calories and developing a better eating plan, and breaking bad eating habits-- don t snack late at night, get tempting/unhealthy/fattening foods out of the house... That should help you reduce calorie intake... There are also some good teas (I like one called Super Skinny and it is yerbamate, cintrin K, and someting else-- it helps stabilize blood sugar and control appetite)... nothing is really no fail though, you will need a healthier lifestyle in order to achieve real results that last.

I don t think you can safely lose it by doing nothing, but here are a few things that may help. Taking 2 teaspoons of raw organic apple cider vinegar before meals, increasing fiber, drinking more water, and taking digestive enzymes. C mon don t be lazy! You can do this....If you are trying to lose weight there are literally hundreds of ideas out there. In my opinion, the best way, which has been proven time and time again, is a two part method: Eat right and exercise. First, exercise is a no-brainer. You have to burn more calories than you take in for exercise to be considered exercise. How you do it is worth another answer all to itself. So, that brings us to the Eating Right part. If you understand how your body works, you ve got a head start on the world. Food is fuel for the body. Once you ve accepted that concept as more important than the idea that food is entertainment, then the rest will be relatively easy. If you are American, and I assume you are, the Nutrition Facts label that you find on all foods bought in the U.S. are the next thing you need to understand. Go grab something from your kitchen (i.e. jar of peanut butter or a bag of chips...anything with a nutrition label). OK, yeah you need vitamins and minerals and all that. But focus on these three items: FAT, PROTEIN, and CARBOHYDRATES. Let s take these one at a time: FAT is basically divided into good fats and bad fats. The body needs good fats (mono- and poly-unsaturateds). You ll find these in stuff like olives and avocados where the bad fat is minimal if not nonexistent. The bad fats are your saturated and trans fats that you ll find in meats and oils. If you are trying to lose weight, keep these to an absolute minimum. My suggestion (based on a 1500-2000 calorie diet) is to limit yourself to no more than 15g of saturated fat per day. This is hard to do if you re used to eating fast food. It s also hard to do if you drink whole milk, eat cheese (even the 2% variety), and eat fried foods. All of these are high in bad fats. The good news is that you can substitute your diet to eat the very things you like to eat but with better ingredients. If you eat cheese, buy fat free. If you drink milk, buy skim. If you eat a lot of ground beef, use the extra lean variety (96% fat free/4% fat), or substitute lean ground turkey instead. Do whatever you have to do to get the bad fat grams down to less than 15 per day.PROTEIN: The building block of nutrition (aside from your vitamins and minerals) is protein. You need it strengthen your muscles and it will be essential with your exercise routine. Without protein, you can t build muscle tone or lean body mass. And guess what? Just having lean body mass (muscles) allows your body to burn more calories even when you are sleeping. Therefore, you are able to lose weight (bad weight, that is) just by sleeping. But, you have to exercise!! Don t forget that. You can find foods that are high in protein but also high in saturated fat, so be careful. Stick to poultry (chicken, turkey), fish (tuna is a great source), and beans. Don t fry your meats because if you do, you just added a bunch of bad fat to your otherwise healthy protein filled meal. Instead, grill, broil, or bake. You can do this! Don t forget to exercise to exponentially reap the rewards of consuming protein. CARBS. In my opinion, the no-carb diet is crap, because you need carbs for energy, especially because you are exercising! That s right, you can t forget you are supposed to be exercising. The trick is choosing the good carbs. You ll see on your nutrition label Total Carbohydrates and Sugars. Sugars should be kept to a minimum and should be avoided within hours of going to sleep. The calories associated with them get stored (for energy) but are not easily burned when it comes time to burn them. Therefore, it s harder to lose the weight associated with them. That s why it s not good to eat lots of candy, cookies, and ice cream that have a lot of sugar. The other kinds of carbs (complex carbohydrates) are essential. You can get these from grains and potatoes. Good stuff!!Now that you have a brief understanding of these three nutrition components, time to get to it. Not as easy as it sounds? That s because, you re human. If you treat your body right (and I mean very right, by limiting your saturated and trans fats, limiting your sugar carbs, and eating plenty of protein), then you deserve a day when you can eat whatever you want. The body has cravings and you should be able to fulfill these cravings IF you can stand to wait until the end of the week. I call this one day of decadence your cheat day. To lose weight you should balance exercise and healthy eating. You should always have breakfast because it jump starts your metabolism and you should eat every 3-4 hours all day to keep it going. Eat small, well balanced meals. Your meals should be about 45% protein 35% carbs (not starches, carbs can be in veggies) and no more than 20% fat. Do cardio 4-5 days a week and strength train 2-3 days a week. Never strength train on back-to-back days.

I think you need to try to determine how many calories you need in a day just to maintain, then create a calorie deficit nothing too low. Then create your meal plan which you will space into every 3 hours in 4-5 mini meals throughout the day. Add in some excercise which is 30 - 40 minutes everyday and you re good to go.

Ok so im on a diet right now and i was wondering what i have to do when i excersice. and im only 13 so i cant go to like yoga or that stuff. so when i work out in my gym i have weights, boxing thing, tredmelle, some thing that you do with your legs and arms and stuff and jumps ropes and some other stuff. i really want to wear a bikini on my eighth grade trip thats in 12 days. however, i know that i will not look perfect but close will be ok.
