loosing fast weight cannot be safe and good....u wanna say i think safe and how i can keep them....u cannot loose weight fast and keep these kilos is impossible....after 3-6 months u will start to take them again. also a diet is not sth simple....many people done big mistakes cause didnt took an advice from a dietitian...so u have to do 2 things if u got tired with yr kilos....u need a good trainner and a good dietitian only this complex is able to help u

What can i do to lose weight fast!? -

Kay well im 15 i weigh, 140 pounds...very fat, i know.these past two days i ve been going for a 30min walk, but i fast walk. I eat three meals a day and stay away from junk and fast food. Although i had a couple chips last night... which I m mad at myself for.but anyways what else can i do to lose weight and get a fatter tummy?Thankss.

Hate to break it to you but your not very fat. My girlfriend is 5 3 and she proly weights close to what you do and i couldnt love her more. Dont be so concerned with your weight because your really not fat. If you want to get a flatter tummy and lose a few pounds doing some cardio doesnt hurt. You can start walking and then jog or run. From what i read eating like 5 or 6 small meals a day with exercise is a lot better method to get a flatter tummy than if you start starving yourself. You can also do exercises for your tummy. that s considered average weight for your height. You shouldn t be worrying about losing weight, but if you want to be more toned, you should try eating 5 small meals a day, instead of 3 big meals. If you drink soda or coffee...then hold back on that.Also, try going to the gym to work out different parts of your body. Walking only works out the legs.
