I need some help on how to lose weight!? -

ok i am 15 years old and 5 9 and a female and i weigh 167 pounds and i really dont like how i look. I play soccer for my high school and i do exercise with them but im a goalie which i dont do much running during the game so that does nothing for me. I really want to lose atleast 37 pounds atleast by the end of 2008. maybe in 6 months but i really want to change myself so i can finally wear that bikini!! Can anyone tell me some specific diet plans or meal schedules(breakfast,snack,lunch,dinenr) or even workout schedules.

I use winsor pilates buns and thighs and 8 min abs been only using it for 4 weeks and see great results....it really tones up the body. I also started to eat healthy....cut out junk food and soda! I eat 5 small meals instead of 3 regular portioned meals. This keeps me fuller longer and helps prevent me from snacking on things that aren t good for me.

ah... the famous weight loss goal as a new years resolution.okay, it would take way too long for me to type you out a meal plan and workout plan, but heres a few tips.obviously, watch what you eat. try to cut out all of the unnecessary snacking on junk food. your dinner plate should be half filled with something like a salad, some sort of vegetable. 1/4 should be pasta, roll, etc. and 1/4 should be meat. thats an example anyway.exercise is KEY! have a good balance between cardio and weights.4 small meals a day to keep you tied over is better than 3 huge meals.the internet is amazing. you could probably find some good workout plans and/or diets plans that would work for you.lastly, make small goals at a time. ex. go to the gym Xamount of times this week, increase next week, etc. and know that you may not see results for a while, but make sure and stick with your goals.hope this helped, at least a little. good luck !

Try to exercise as often as you can, 20 min a day is a good start. Don t over do it and hurt yourself. Drink lots of water. Stay away from junk food and soda. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Control your portions. Try using a small plate. And something I saw on TV today about portion control, they said if your food doesn t touch each other on the plate, you will have less on the plate. Good luck! I m trying to lose weight this year too. I lost 25LB last year in 6 months but then by Dec. I gained it all back. This year, I m not playing the numbers game. The best advice I can give you is to focus on losing fat, not losing weight. If you lose three to five pounds per week, and it s all fat, no muscle - more power to you! Eat healthily and exercise properly... walking is ok, but do some real exercise and get your heart rate up!You might find your weight will actually go up for a short period..but that s muscle and perfectly natural, your actual fat content will go down.Have plenty to eat for breakfast, and also have smaller and more frequent meals to keep your metabolism high. Cut out sugar, but keep eating properly, don t believe all that cutting carbs or weird diet rubbish. Eating well never did anyone any harm, but when you re not hungry anymore.. stop eating. First off diets are retarded unless you know the most simple ones. Only eat organic fresh foods wich will give you the good carbs rather than the unhealthy bad carbs Joging,Swimming,Running,Go to the gym, Sweating, And also thereis proof that if you just think about losing weight and what you are doing is working then you will lose more weight

One sure way to lose weight fast, is to fast. Not the best idea, in the world, but one that sure does work fast.It s a simple formula, eat less, exercise more. The less you take in, the less calories you have to burn off. So if you eat less, and exercise more, that weight will come off.

try to add pilates (if you really want to lose weight) diet+excercise+pilates. i had the same problem because genetically speaking, my whole clan is kind of overweight so nothing really seems to make me lose weight. but when i tried this combination, it worked... not that fast though... of course it will take time but losing weight is not about how fast you lose weight but how much you changed your lifestyle to have a healthy weight.

Do some cardio exercise, like running. Then sit ups, crunches, and there are variations to these as well. Go on prevention.com. They have some good exercises that will work. Just remember, you need to do fat burning cardio exercises in order to really get a flat stomach.

I take it by fasting you mean starving yourself, which is anorexia. There are much better wasys to lose wait. Try excersise and cutting out junk food.

Okay. I actually had the same idea a while ago. I researched around a bit and I found a great way to lose weight quickly and efficiently through fasting. First of all, I am going to warn you that this is a DANGEROUS diet; you musn t stay on it perpetually (who could, anyway?). When you don t eat, your stomach begins to eat itself, in the sense that the acids have nothing to digest. That is extremely dangerous as it can create stomach ulcers and the like. Therefore, a proper starvation diet is one that involves fooling the stomach. What you do is, you eat less than 500 calories a day. Every 4-5 hours, you have something very light. Crackers or celery sticks. Preferably an egg or two (for protein). This way, your stomach is always being forced to work and digest.This is NOT A GOOD PERMANENT DIET. Only in cases where you need to lose weight FAST. It will help you lose at least 6lbs-10lbs a week. Be careful and good luck!
