How to lose weight off breasts? -

well most of my weight is on my boobs, how can i get them smaller?I m 30H (UK size) and they are really big, i hate them. I don t over-eat either.I ve started working out with the hand weights/ dumbell things but will this even help?please help me - they give me a sore back and bad self-esteemx

Good coincidence, boob fat is actually the first to go when you lose weight. Working out with dumbbells won t make much of a difference by itself. You need to eat healthy, do some cardio, and overall work out at least 1 hour every day.

How to Lose Breast Fat83rate or flag this pageBy Wendy Becket How would you like to lose your breast fat?Having extra breast fat can be a problem. If you are dealing with breast fat issues, then you are reading the right article. If you want to lose weight, the proper diet and exercise routine will help you. First, we will take a look at some exercises that will help you lose breast fat or chest fat, and then we will review some basic components for a good fat loss plan.Performing a cable chest press can help you to lose breast fat. It will help to tone your pectoral muscles, the muscles that are under your breasts, and burn calories. Sit at the cable machine facing away from the cables. Grab the cables at either side of you and pull them in front of you. Turn your palms facing inward. Allow the cable to pull back and repeat the exercise until you feel fatigue. If you do not go to the gym, and do not have a cable machine, you can perform a similar exercise to the cable chest press. If you lie down on your back, you can do a similar motion with free-weights in your hands. Holding the weights, open your arms out to your sides as if you were about to hug someone. Now pretend that there is a barrel or a tree trunk in front of you and raise your arms, with your elbows slightly bent, and touch the weights together above your chest. Make sure that you contract your chest muscles so that you focus on losing breast fat.Bench pressing can also help you burn breast fat. Make sure that you have a spotter working out with you so that you don t hurt yourself. If you do not have a bench press or access to a gym, you can do similar exercises lying on a mat with free-weights. You might need slightly lighter or heavier weights than the ones you use to work just your arms.In your exercise plan, you should aim to lose weight overall, and not just breast fat. Why not try to burn some extra arm fat, too? The main reason why you should not focus on one area of the body is because your body is all connected. Even though the goal is to lose breast fat, exercising your legs, abdominals and back will also help you. There is nothing wrong with losing a little leg fat as well as breast fat, as long as you are healthy.

How to lose weight on your upper leg.? -

squats, walking, climbing stairs, lunges, leg lifts, drink lots of water

diet

squats - toning upper leg

It depends on your level of athleticism. One possibility is take walks 3 times a day and do long distance walking 3 or 4 times a week. That is what I recommend. Power activities do not allow fat reduction by much, but it is endurance activities for long periods of time which will burn fat.Diet is important because with proper diet you will have more energy, and so you won t feel too tired to take that extra walk or go that extra mile; so avoid too much sweets, grease, and not too much salty foods, definitely no fast food, aviod msg found in some Chinese fast food. Steaks and fish are good sources of protein. You can go moderate on carbs, and should go moderate on bread, but also carbs will give you energy.Walking, and or running.

always use the stairs

IF you get a good answer e-mail me. hawthrone_freak@yahoo.comPLEASE

No such thing as spot reducing, you have to lose all over

run

the stairmaster is great for that region, works great for the butt too.

You can t lose weight in one certain area. You can lose 5 pounds but it will be all over your body, you can tone the muscles.

If you are going to lose weight on one leg, please do it on the other one also. It would look funny with one leg skinnier than th other.

run.

my sister is supposedly trying to do the same. she claims she s fat and all.. she just runs, does situps, crunches and stretches a lot, eats healthy and drinks green tea. idk if those are just things she made up or if they re some knd of workout plan but they re helping her lose weight off her thighs.

it is difficult to taget one area on your entire body. You will notice that not only will you lose weight on that limb of your body when you excercise regularly but you will lose it all over your body.I really suggest jogging/running to get the intial burning of calories going followed by Lunges with (lighter) hand held weights. Doing squats and leg presses may help you burn some fat but they will really jsut build more bulk by adding muscle. True fat buring comes form limiting your intake of calories vs increasing your output of calories such as running/ excercises.Get your heart rate up for extended periods of time and keep it up. 20-40 minutes is suggested. Another way to burn calories is areobic vs non areobic burst excercising. This is sprinting for 20-40 seconds walking for 10-20 seconds and repeating the whole cycle 8-10 times. This is what conditioned athletes do so I dont suggest you start out doing so. Best of luck and remember its only you who can stop yourself from suceeding. Also get a scale and weigh your self every morning This gives you an idea of how your doing on a daily basis and adds incentive not to eat that slice of pie but to grab the apple instead.

Walking or running is good but, try doing sets of squats. Just can t do a days worth and expect a miracle. How bad do you want to make that change?? the more you put into doing the exercises the more results come from your hard work.

one way to to lose weight on ur uper leg is to do squats.

Any ideas on how to get me motivated to lose weight? -

I am quite young, so I do have school, take that in mind. So I know how to lose weight, but I cant stay on track. I might eat healthy or exercises for a couple days, but that s it. Please tell me what to do so I can lose weight, Im sick of it.

Have yu tried the lil jack workout? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr

Lose weight because YOU want to do it. Because your health matters to you, not because of how it will make you look or how others will see you. If you are expecting motivation to come from outside, you will start and fail many times. Seek for this change to come from within yourself and set realitic goals like achieving a level of fitness rather than a number on the scale. Train to run a marathon for charity or to be fit enough to climb a local mountain and then see what your body does all on its own when presented with the challenge to come around from an idle state. Good luck.

Joining an online support group could keep you motivatedhttp://www.promiseaid.comYou can track your progress and also find some lose weight videos on Promise Aid

There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.Make a few additional small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one. In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body. How to lose weight??????? -

i lost a lot of weight and now im considered normal, but i have alil belly day mostly skin, cause i lost so much weight...ANY ADVISE?

In time your skin will shrink and adjust to your new frame. Give it time. If it is a substantial amount of skin hanging on your belly then maybe you can talk to a cosmetic surgeon and have it surgically removed.

Congratulations on losing so much weight, I hope you feel good about yourself now - it s an amazing thing to lose weight. (:Well, the only way really to get rid of loose skin is surgery, and I worked as a receptionist for a cosmetic surgery clinic in Melbourne, it s quite a pricey thing to do.Other than that try pilates (they work on the abdominal muscles) and the basic sit ups etc.If you are considering surgery call The Ashley Center (if you live near Melbourne, Australia). They re a trustworthy and reliable clinic.Hope that helped x

The best way to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight is through changing your eating habits and exercising regularly.1. Choose whole grains.2. Drink plenty of water.3. Choose lean meats and fish.4. Know the portion sizes for your calorie target.5. Limit fats to an average of 15 grams per meal.6. Choose fresh fruits and vegetables whenever possible.7. Work out for no less that 45 minutes, 4-5 days a week.8. Select foods with less than 3 grams of fat per 100 calories.9. Choose pretzels, baked chips, fat-free popcorn instead of fries and chips.10. Avoid foods with partially hydrogenated oils, trans-fats and high-fructose corn syrup. 11. Choose cereal, bread, crackers or chips that contain 2 or more grams of fiber per 100 calories.12. Choose fat-free or low-fat variety of foods especially when it comes to dairy products (milk, cheese, and yogurt).

Dear Friend, Love and suffer. It is the only method which made a weight loss for me. I losted around 10 kgs in one month. And it was very natural without any side effects.

Eat healthy, drink water, excersise, no junk food!

workout

definitely diet and exercise. Healthy diet and balanced meals - not starving yourself. That will only cause a bigger problem. Also, join a group like Weight Watchers or have an accountability buddy that can work out with you to keep you motivated.

Choose a charity you love and register for its benefit run a few months in advance. Then get out there and train for it. Once you get a few weeks from that race, find another one, and register for that. I lost all my pre-pregancy weight with both pregnancies this way. It s easy to dread exercise, but not when you call it training!
