Help, i need to lose weight very fast in two weeks does anyone have any ideas on how to lose weight fast? -

Eat a bag of prunes.Run 2-3 miles every day.Eat light and drink pleanty of water.

Yes, walk and run and do the HollyWood diet. I have seen people lose up to 15 lbs in 2 weeks.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don t over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. I m thirteen years old and according to my doctor I weigh 187 pounds but I look like I weigh 130 or 150. I m already on a diet pill but how can I lose wight fast enough before the summer s over?

Would like to know why a 13 year old is being given diet pills in the first place!?The only way to lose weight is to eat sensibly.....no crisps, chocolate, fizzy drinks, fast food etc and to exercise more. It s very bad to rely on pills or stupid diets as these can affect your long term health and can make things worse. Please just try and be sensible about this!!

diet pills dont work and you cant lose weight fast it takes time the normal rate is 1 or 2 pounds a week depending on how hard you exercise and what you eat. you can still eat the foods you like just eat less of them and you will lose weight

besides exercise what I did was make some rice with a chicken bullion cube mixed in while your boiling water then a pat of butter after you cover it. Don,t use margerine. I,m totally against margerin. Did you know it,s only one molecule short of being plastic. Truth. If you put an open container outside nothing not even insects will touch it. bad stuff. anyways eat rice in small amounts with the bullion and you will drop weight fast. also drink water.

buy a can of slim fast powder. mix it with milk in the morning and have only a shake for breakfast. (they are really good too!) then throught the day, exercise plenty and stay away from high sugars and carbs.
